I have missed Red Cup Day year after year...FINALLY made it this year...and on historic Route 66 (1100 Lynn Riggs Rd, Claremore, OK) while traveling. The staff was friendly. They made the holiday drinks just right, and quickly, especially for a busy time.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It took 13 minutes to get a single normal latte inside. Very unorganized and orders coming out in no particular order

The quality of Starbucks has really gone downhill. I typically enjoy the drinks, food is substandard. I don't often have a problem with the drinks but this last visit, I could tell by the weight of the cup that it was not filled to the very top and the taste was really off, I don't know what they did to it but it wasn't even drinkable. If I'm going to pay over $5 for a small drink I expect it to at least be full.

Everyone here is nice, and I love the drinks here. The Claremore location is one of the slowest Starbucks locations I have visited. This is the only complaint I have. No idea why it takes so long, they could just be short staffed but 40-50 min sitting in line is way too long.

Look here's the thing when you go through the drive-thru and pay by a credit card they shove their little credit card reader at you to guilt you into giving them a tip. For what? Why would I tip you when I'm going through the drive-thru? I'm not tipping the drive-thru people even if I was I would be tipping the person making my drink. Anyway enough about that because it doesn't matter. What matters is making customers feel like they are obligated to give you a tip. They are super fake nice to you to your face when you go through the drive-thru but when you don't give them a tip they instantly turn on you. Their demeanor completely changes and now they aren't so nice. They also make you touch their nasty dirty credit card machine with a bunch of fingerprints all over it. No thanks. The drink that I ordered was halfway if that full and very subpar. It was also very lukewarm. Save your money and go to Dutch Brothers.

Super sad and really unacceptable this is what you get when you pay and order a large. I love me some SB but this is not ok for the price you pay. This was the second ti.e this has happened I thought the first ti.e was just an off day but this is even less then the first time it happened. Very disappointed we will not continue going here and will go to the other coffee shops in town.

Very rude drive thru employee, immediately had an attitude. Two drinks was apparently too much for her so she yelled to another employee "omg take this guy I can't ". We drove off totally unacceptable

This is the worst starbucks I've been to thus far. Lobby was closed so the lady in the drive thru felt the need to rush me ordering in a very rude voice. I forgot to ask for light ice due to being flustered by her rudeness so I asked at the window. I ordered a Dragonfruit drink it has 5 prices of fruit in it and taste like coffee. I am very upset about the service and will not be returning to this location.

I have been having an issue with Starbucks about the sign and the cost. I have never seen a company do fine print and in that fine print charge for ice. Here was my response when they finally explained themselves: "Okay thank you for pointing out the fine print. I find it very unsatisfying to have ice cost me extra. In fact, you are the only beverage company I have seen do this. So, I will tell all my friends and family your policy so they can rest assured the fine print says you pay more for ice and get less beverage because of the ice volume. I am not sure they will think this policy is fair either. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused Starbucks. However, in the future I will be unable to purchase your product anymore. I can't afford the ice! Have a great day."

I've been in quite a bit this week and i don't think I've had ONE correct order!? I get a vinilla latte with 7 pumps vinilla hot and a venti strawberry and cream. First day i got a strawberry acie lemonade thing. Second time they gave me a iced latte, i told them they "fixed it" i got a CHAI tea with oat milk?!! The next time I get a small strawberry and cream instead of the venti i ordered. Today I got frozen lemonade thing and it looked like this??? I literally took this in the parking lot
