Unfortunately need to downgrade my review from the original 5 star rating to 3 stars. Great good and friendly workers, but the men's room is gross. Urine all over the floor around the urinal, no paper towels, and the floor was very sticky. Yuck.

With the prices of food so high they should fill the contain. I gave a 3 star because the food was good. I’m still hungry.

I give 2 stars because the first time I came here I had chicken tenders. They were decent but small. The 2nd time I ordered a burger..the bun was cold, old and falling apart. Worst burger ever..huge bun and very little meat

Just by coming up to the door that had rust on it and there being no cars there I already knew it was bad. The only thing saving it was the food was good. Dirt store no help no one helped us. No straws in holder all just a mess.

Cashier was very nice. Confirmed my order, extra mayo. Table was dirty, despite only 1/2 the tables being open.Got my food, fries are barely warm, and burger didn't have extra mayo. So I had to ask, then open and squeeze it on. Now my burger is cold too. The drink was good. Kitchen was having fun and one employee needs to learn....you don't use profanity, or outside voice, in a place of business. Won't be back.

They have 2 TVs and neither was playing anything. I asked if they could turn on some sports and they said that they are only allowed to show Family Fued reruns and the news. Due to this policy, I will no longer visit this DQ and don't expect anything good to come from my word of mouth advertising.

Over an hour wait for fast food, out of multiple items with no notice until after ordering, and missing items we paid extra for. The manager was extremely rude when we tried to resolve the issue. The cashier was very sweet and did her best, but overall a frustrating and disappointing visit.

All of the icecream was not available machine was down they didn't have mocha flavor they didn't have orange Julius flavor. What's the point in dairy queen. Come on livingston get it together.

We ordered then had to leave because the girl that took the order at the window was rude and unprofessional. Also, I asked for the blue crunchin cone and it's advertised everywhere on their building but yet she said they don't have that. We left mainly bc she was rude at the window. Sunday @ 12:50pm

Went through the drive through tonight and was shocked at how poor their customer service was.The workers were extremely rude and snappy. They talked badly about the car in front of us. Tried to order the ice cream cupcake advertised on social media. Lady, taking our order didn’t even try to figure out what I was talking about. Immediately shut us down and was snappy with the rest of our order. As somebody who has worked in customer service for many years it was frustrating to see how poorly they went about their job.
