The food quality is inconsistent; I've had varying degrees of enjoyment depending on the occasion. For example, the paella was perfect one time, but the next it needed a scraper to remove it from the pan. That said, the quality is generally more than acceptable, and perhaps the problems are related to the influx of customers. What does make me a little uncomfortable when I eat at "Sirena" is the obsessive haste with service, even when the restaurant is half empty. The fact that you're served quickly from the moment you enter the restaurant until your dishes arrive is appreciable, except for the fact that a waiter comes by every 30 seconds to check on you. I can understand when the tables need to be vacated during busy periods, as well as at the end of service when the staff, rightfully, wants to clear the table and close up. But halfway through service and with more than half the tables empty, having people constantly look at your food almost makes the customer feel like they're a nuisance.

A pleasant experience after a long walk along the seafront. We chose seafood linguine and a sweet white wine. We found the first course to be truly delicious. We appreciated both the quantity, the seasoning, and the flavor. The wine by the glass was also delicate and pleasant. The only flaw was that a waitress approached us as soon as we'd finished our course, inviting us to admire the color of the sea while she took away our bread basket. Another question about work, she cleared the table, and gave us the entire dessert menu. A little taken aback, we took our time and postponed our decision. To be honest, I would have calmly eaten the second sandwich, which was truly soft and flavorful, paired with the last glass of white wine. Well, not everything can be perfect. Anyway, after commenting and joking about the incident, clutching the bottle of wine while we asked another waiter for the dessert menu, we chose a strawberry cheesecake, which we found to be on par with the rest of the meal. We highly recommend it. But... watch out for the waitress! And enjoy your lunch!

I'd give it 5 stars, but we had two pizzas that weren't cooked through. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. The service is really fast and the fried foods are delicious. The rosemary focaccia and the salmon pasta are also very good. The atmosphere is very nice, and the best part is that you have a beautiful view of the sea. Reasonable prices.

I'm a regular customer; I come here every year. This time, two of us came. As usual, the food was delicious (I recommend the mixed seafood appetizer and the seafood linguine; they never disappoint). The appetizers both arrived at the same time, but when it was time for the first course, only one arrived, and the other took 20 minutes... It's the first time something like this has happened here: never mind, I must have been unlucky, nobody's perfect, and these things can happen, but when they happen to you, it's not great. Food 4/5 (because a 5 is given automatically if the food is from another planet), but service this time was 2/5 (the waiters were still very courteous). Even if you see 3 stars, I still highly recommend it.

I'll start by saying I've known this place for at least 20 years. It's been about 3-4 years since I've been here. Today I was in Loano and thought I'd go back. What a big mistake! Beautiful place! Too bad about everything else... terrible service, too fast. They forgot our plates (and it was half empty). My spaghetti with clams arrived after my companions had already finished eating. They were tasteless, full of oil, and with 15 clams (maybe), some of which were empty. It was pasta all'olio. Not to mention the seafood appetizer (which I know well, I repeat because I've always been there). Two things were thrown on my plate. What a shame!

I'm giving one star because 0 isn't possible... terrible food, poorly cooked, poor quality fish, the mussels were swimming in a pool of "cooking water." What a disappointment! My husband ate here in September and had a great time. We won't be returning.

Worst place in Loano! Food was bad and the service aswell. Entrecote was way overcooked, pizza was very dry and thin, and two had already finished their meal, and after 30 minutes the last one come, when everyone was already finished. Really bad food, just simple thrown on the plate! Don’t go here, save yourself!!

Obviously everything was bagged, nothing prepared. A typical tourist restaurant; in short: - Cuttlefish and shrimp salad, the shrimp so tough I couldn't cut them with a knife, and cuttlefish (?) soaked in oil (not olive oil). I've attached a photo. - Paella, guys... It tasted like saffron rice soaked in oil (not olive oil). I couldn't finish the dish, I couldn't handle it. Broken pieces of shellfish ended up in my mouth, incredibly annoying, it felt like eating sand. (I've attached a photo.)* Never had such a bad meal at the beach, never mind.

This establishment has terrible customer service. the waiter asked me to quickly place my order and have time to leave at 21:00 because the table was booked for other people. At the same time, we were not warned in advance that we needed to leave, we ate everything very quickly and the waiter constantly urged us on. We were not yet warned that we need to pay the bill at the bar. Keep in mind if you come in a big company and someone from the company is late, those who are already there will not take an order (I hope I don't visit your place again.
