Buen bar para tomar un vermut, ubicado en el espolón de Logroño, un sitio maravilloso si vas con niños. Cuenta con una terraza extraordinaria y una reforma muy actual

Un buen bar de copas para pasar un rato agradable en compañía. El personal en términos generales es muy atento. Un bar con buen ambiente para las tardes y noches de los fines de semana.

A very well-located terrace on Paseo del Espolón. The place is very clean and spacious. There's a wide variety of tapas, all of which are good sizes. It's fantastic for breakfast or a mid-morning snack. It would be perfect if the prices were a little lower.

We ordered a regular tortilla slice, and after a while, the waiter brought out a ham tortilla slice that we hadn't ordered. Then, on the bill, he charged us for the ham slices we hadn't ordered, even though the waiter had told us it was the same as the regular tortilla slice. I wouldn't go back.

In the center of Logroño, on Paseo del Espolón, a spacious and modern establishment with a street-level terrace and a well-stocked bar. Good atmosphere, but customer service could be better.

Pondría 1 estrella en caliente, pero en global pondría más. La comida y los precios no están mal, los camareros educados, y la terraza está muy bien ubicada. El gran problema es que las veces que he venido atienden extremadamente lento. 1 hora exacta desde que me he sentado para pedir un vermut hasta que lo he pagado y me he podido ir. Más de 20 minutos para pedir y más de 20 minutos para que me cobraran, habría preferido simplemente entrar y pagarlo. No es un bar para alguien con prisas

The service is terrible (on other occasions, of course, because this time, it wasn't even that). If they even serve us at all, we waited an eternity, a quarter of an hour, and we walked past them three times. They only serve large groups, that's it. It gets one star because the location isn't bad. This is from a review I tried to publish a year ago: I'm giving it two stars because the waitress with braids seemed efficient and the manager, a dark-haired man with short hair (if he's still there), is friendly. Today, September 9, 2023, they served me a Guinness beer with a "best before" date of September 10. I'm including photos. The first time I've ever left beer. Thank goodness I was thirsty.

Personally, I don't like the place, either because of the impersonal service from the waiters or because of the constant crowd. The music is always loud, and you have to shout to talk to the people at your table. They have a variety of tapas, but nothing special except the high price.

Horroroso. Desayunamos en este lugar y nos pusieron una botella de aceite rellenada de aceite que, obviamente, no era virgen extra. Un timo. Si lo tienen que cobrar caro que lo hagan o no lo pongan, pero engañar a los clientes es lo peor que se puede hacer en hostelería. Sin duda, denunciable.

Muy mal servicio más de media hora esperando a que te atiendan en la terraza y nada no hay manera!! Contraten más personal, o quiten mesas en la terraza.

Le he dado varias oportunidades pero no vuelvo. Están hablando entre ellos de sus cosas. Hay que interrumpirles para que te atiendan. Ni un buenos días ni un gracias. En el último sorbo de mi cerveza me quitaron el vaso de mis narices. Da la sensación de que quieren que te vayas. Que menos que esperar a que el cliente se haya ido. Al ver que la gente a mi alrededor tenía unas patatas de cortesía las pedí y me pusieron mala cara.

Let me tell you what happened: January 6th, around 2:30 pm, a family group stopped in for a last drink before lunch. There were very few customers in the bar. We ordered 4 vermouths, 2 grape juices, and 1 beer. I noticed that one of the vermouths was noticeably smaller than the others. I approached the waiter and asked if he could add a little more vermouth, as the difference was quite clear. The waiter's response: he had added too much to the other three drinks, and if he wanted, he could remove some vermouth from them to make them the same size. My thoughts: How rude and unprofessional can you get?! This kind of jerk should definitely be doing something else. His attitude is detrimental to the bar, his colleagues, the customers, and the owners. What a shame! What a pity... I've just realized how many negative reviews there are about the service in general. I don't understand why the owners haven't addressed or resolved this issue...it's undoubtedly worrying for the smooth running of the business.

The atmosphere and location are very nice; however, the service is poor. Even when they're not busy, they serve you reluctantly and lack the patience to explain or assist you. They also don't have everything shown on the screen, and it seems as if they're making fun of non-locals.

After waiting a long time to be served and signaling to the waiter to serve us, we realized we were invisible... We were forced to leave without a drink, due to the waiter's lack of attention to our presence. Then it's the hospitality industry that complains... It's outrageous...

I've tried to give it a try several times, but the service is degrading. They don't serve you even when you wait patiently and politely ask to be served. They're rude, they make mistakes about everything. After paying, they don't even notice if you've paid. And to top it all off (for the second time), the waitress laughs in my face and says to her colleagues: "That stupid girl, say she doesn't like it, wait, let her go somewhere else!" or "You could have ordered inside, I don't have to go out on the terrace in this heat." It was great to hear customers say: "This can't be tolerated." So today, quite a few of us decided to give this place a hard time, as such rudeness just isn't tolerated. Add to that the fact that the waitress didn't know if the tapas contained gluten, onions... There are too many bars in Logroño!

My experience was quite unpleasant due to the lack of attention and coordination from the waiters. After I paid the person who served me and received my change from a different person, the same young man who had brought me the change came to demand payment for my breakfast after I had already left the premises. He told me to come inside to clarify the situation. The young woman I had paid denied having collected the money, threatening that there were security cameras. I said I wanted to see them, but they wouldn't let me. One of the waiters apologized, but the person responsible, who caused me the most embarrassing moment of my life, continued to deny everything. It's a shame about this place because of their poor coordination. I doubt I will ever return, and I would never recommend it.
