Unprofessional staff and rude, sold my family burnt chicken. When ask for a manager pretended to be one name Amber then claim that Amber left at 7pm but called the store at 8..... and kept giving a run around about who is who and made a simple transaction an unnecessary hassle. Wouldn't waste your time with this location. Gregory the supposed correct manager at the time wasn't much help either.

This KFC location told us to place our order through the app because the employee didn’t have time to redeem points. So we did — but then the very rude young lady working the drive-thru told us to leave and come back because we were holding up her line. We only did what she told us to do. She was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I will not visit this location again.

Horrible service, didnt get my order right. Very rude and unprofessional. Didnt let me know that it was exact change or card only till i pulled up to pay. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Stood around waiting to order while the two employees laughed and joked with each other. Watched them get a drive-thru order wrong and ask the customer at the corner to repeat themselves three times because they weren't really listening to anyone but each other.

Third time I waited outside for over 10 minutes after I ordered for them to mess up the order with missing items. Don’t waste your time. Go to another kfc.

Disgustingly kept place all around. Staff are unprofessional and aren't trained properly. Will make food before-hand and let it go cold so that they're not having to constantly make food fresh and be as busy as they should be. You may be eating food thats been sitting out for an hour.

Terrible service!! We got told to pull around and wait for our food and after waiting about 20 minutes, we finally went inside to check and they didn’t even know we had ordered. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer any support.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal today and an extra mash potatoes they charged me $64 and only gave me 8 pieces of chicken! Didn’t drive back because they didn’t give me a receipt ! Sad you have to double check Everything before leaving the drive thru! It’s not the first time they’ve ripped me off! Either Never Again you guys are crooks!😡

Ordered through Door Dash. The food is old, the condiments were missing, and there weren’t any utensils. After being in the hospital for 4 doors, I just wanted some decent food.

Very disappointed with the food. I really don't know what is wrong with this store. We went once a couple of months ago and said that their "chef" wasn't on their break so they couldn't serve us any chicken, didn't know it was that hard ro fry chicken but fine. Went to give it a chance today and oh boy. Well all you need is pictures to know, but yeah the chicken not covered with the crispy skin and there was bearly batter on the actual chicken and the batter that was on there was undercooked and soggy. They were in some hurry, it shows in the food, yet I was the only person in the drive thru. I guess I can see why now. Extremely disappointed and pretty much done with this store, hopefully there is another KFC I can go to that actual does crispy fried chicken.
