A rating of 5 stars to me means that I would not change a thing. I’ve not been to Red Lobster 🦞 for years and was craving their garlic buttered biscuits 😋. We definitely got more then we bargained for. I got seasoned pasta with snow crab 🦀which was delicious, my daughter got a seafood plate and a specialty drink from the bar that made both our experiences wonderful. The staff incredibly professional and on top of things. A all round yum 😋

The bartender Cameron and Tammy were outstanding with their customer service very friendly. Our waiters waitress was also Tammy. She would continue to provide superior customer service along with Chloe. I’m really amazed how much effort they put into making our dinner be at first rate experience and they did And the general manager I forget his name was very nice.

Beth was our server. She was attentive the whole time, amazing listener. While taking our order, she explained and asked all the questions regarding the food and our food come out perfectly as we ordered it. It's been several years since I was last here at Red 🦞 Lobster. They haven't changed at all, still have great food, service was top notch and a very comfortable atmosphere. It was my wife's first time going here and she absolutely loved it too. Needless to say I'm sure we'll be back real soon!!

Yesterday, January 12, 2026, my husband and I visited the Red Lobster located in San Bernardino, California. Our visit was such an awesome experience, the best service and care we've ever received! Our server, Jay, asked us if we were celebrating anything today while he seated us in a booth. My husband replied, as a matter of fact we are celebrating something, we just found out my wife is cancer free! We had just left Loma Linda Hospital after my appointment with the surgeon that 3 1/2 months ago performed a surgery removing my entire left kidney. We were there to celebrate 🥳 🎉 🎊 the victory by having some Lobster 🦞 and Shrimp 🦐, both our favorites! Our server, Jay, was the best! He was very kind 😇 and compassionate. He was genuinely happy and excited for us! He stated that's great news! You kicked cancers butt! I was not expecting anything like this, he was so authentic! It was that moment that it truly sank in. I'm a warrior and people really care about me. He paid special attention to us even bringing a lovely dessert and a Shell-ebration card signed by him and other co-workers with congratulations and well wishes. Red Lobster corporation should be so proud to have kind employee's like Jay, Kayla, Mayra and Mariana for taking the time to provide love and care to it's patrons. What a Blessing they are! Our server Tayler had one of the most beautiful uplifting spirits. She was very pleasant and her comments were positive and uplifting. I don't go to Red Lobster often. I usually go for special occasions like birthdays, anniversarys, ect. The day I went for my future father-in-law's birthday was excellent. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. We only waited 5 minutes to be seated because we had a big party. Our server was very nice and attentive. She made sure our drinks were full and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the food. I ordered the Admiral's Feast. Everything was nicely fried and had great flavor! I tried my fiance's Garlic Butter Alfredo Shrimp pasta and that was also delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. I want to come back for their lunch specials! 😁

As a former Red Lobster fan, I honestly stopped liking this place besides when they had Endless Shrimp. There was always a lack of flavor, personality and overpriced. I know the Endless Shrimp Promo is what ultimately took them under, but I felt that was the only time I ever got excited to eat at Red Lobster. Fast forward to today after after a Bankruptcy and Rebranding, I can honestly say the new CEO has turned around the company for the better! There's Flavor, Personality and Flare when it comes to the food. Still a little pticey, but I understand it's a business. Much better improvement! I got the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and Linguine with added Grilled Shrimp with extra cajun seasoning . My Lady got the Lobster & Crab Flatbread. My Lady's Son got the Lobster and Shrimp Linguine. My Lady said the Flatbread okay.. but other than everything was good. Especially when I sprinkled a some extra seasoning. Was already tasted pretty good on it's own, but the extra Cajun Seasoning really stepped it up!

We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our server Tayler, made the experience so wonderful! She was nice, professional and personable. She went out of her way to make my daughter feel special including having the staff give her a personal birthday card! The food was delicious, accurate and piping hot! We have been coming to RL, San Bernardino location for over 8 years and over the time we have seen a decline in food, service, etc. THIS time around my husband and I could see the changes they have implemented, from the food, service and execution. The service was great, our server Ayanna was timely, attentive, patient and polite, everything you look for when you ask, what is customer service. The food was hot, seasoned and delicious. Management was great, they checked in on how our experience was going and actively listened as we shared how impressed we were. We will definitely be back and will look forward to the continued improved service. Someone is listening to the customers and we are seeing it play out in our dining experience. 10/10 experience from arrival to departure.

My son decided to take me out on a date and he chose red lobster we have never eaten there mostly because my husband doesn’t eat seafood. I was a bit worried because my son is on the spectrum and I wasn’t sure he was going to like what he ordered But our server Ayanna was so amazing and told us the best way to order the food he wanted and he ended up, loving it and eating it all. All of the food was really good, but I was extremely impressed with the stake I’m kind of picky with my steak but not only did they cook it perfectly. The flavor was amazing. On top of that, the music they were playing was on point. It was a really good vibe and I’m extremely glad that my son brought us here. We will definitely be coming here again. I only hope we get the same server she was amazing !!!

We arrived at 9:30 and it was not very busy we’re seated right away we got waited on right away he brought us some bread and was kind of dry so we asked for some butter it was better with butter I ordered the fish and chips substitute the chips for a baked potato and had it loaded my wife ordered the clam chowder soup when you think fish and chips you don’t think you’re just gonna get one piece which I got one piece and the first bite was pure breading no fish the second bite barely had any fish at all there was fish in there and it was good fish it was a big piece just didn’t have fish all the way. The clam chowder soup was watery clam chowder is usually a thicker soup and this one was like milk and it didn’t have much meat or anything else in it the soup came with a teaspoon and not a soup spoon and usually they give you oyster crackers and they just had plain crackers so the soup is kind of a letdown overall the experience was OK I just feel it could’ve been better

Jennifer our server was great.... she was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She also brought out refills before we ever had to ask. The food was decent considering we are no where near the ocean. It's cool they have the live lobsters you can pick right out of the tank. All of us absolutely love the biscuits!!! I couldn't stop eating them. It's been a long time since I've been here and I remembered it was pricey but it seems like it's gone up quite a bit since and I think that least $5 over priced on every single item. So because of the pricing, I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead.

Our server was very kind and polite! The atmosphere was great! But our potatoes were burned so badly, I should have said something honestly. You can see them leftover on my plate! Eating crab legs was hard work 😄😄 Having potatoes to help curve your hunger as one figured out how to effectively gain the treasure stuck inside of that hard shell, would have been nice!

It was special occasion recently that prompted a visit. Reserved a table before arriving. Red L crew were busy for a Saturday afternoon still seating did not take long. I ordered the Surf and Turf 7 oz Sirloin medium well. The food presented looked appetizing. The concern noted steak was well done not burnt or charred. The steak seared to a crisp outer layer the inside had no indication of medium well. Having no extra time to wait for a new steak to arrive I took a bite. The taste was acceptable though not prepared as requested. Service on the floor spot on. Lobster and sides were great.

Service was pretty good. Only delay was the food. took them a long time for us to start eating. The food was good so it was well worth it.

Took about an hour for the food to come - a good 45 mins after placing an order. Other people that came after us were eating before us - that was a bit strange... but the food was great

The food was very good this day. Unfortunately, we got a server who forgot about us, even though she could see us from the bar area where she hung out. She seemed to enjoy taking her ponytail down and back up again (several times) right there at the bar while looking in the bar mirror. Yuck. Plus, she took my credit card away for my bill, and I watched her playing with her hair, wondering where was my credit card and when was she going to bring it back.

Came here with the family to eat. When I arrived I waited sometime to be greeted by a host and to be seated. On the other hand the food was decent, it could have been better but it was well. I’d recommend people come as it’s not too busy

The waitress asked what kind of salad I wanted so I said caesar. Then when I got the bill she charged me for it when I thought it was part of the meal. Service was ok but we had to ask for refills. Steak was cooked overdone and had to send back it was like shoe leather. Didn't bring A1 had to ask for it no garlic butter with lobster had to ask for it. Not worth the high prices. Probably won't go back for quite sometime.

Food was the worst EVER. We were SO excited to try the new lobster and shrimp taco plate, but we were highly disappointed by the quality of the food; it was barely eatable and a waste of money. The tortillas were hard and chewy; the lobster was fried into blobs of breading, not lobster meat; there was no biscuits or sides or utensils. I've made a request for a refund but haven't received a response yet.

My family and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We were so excited, but the service was a huge disappointment. The place smelled really fishy when we walked in. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for ages. We didn't even eat it. The manager was nice enough to comp our drinks and biscuits, but the whole experience ruined our celebration. The restaurant is aged and poorly represents the Red Lobster brand. This is a perfect candidate for a store closure. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst food to date! All 5 of ours meals were terrible! Lobster was like rubber, all you can eat shrimp was dry and tasted like they were frost bitten, the salad dressings tasted like grocery store bottle dressing and lastly none of our meals were hot... Luke warm at best (the butter wouldn't even melt in the baked potatoes) ... the ONLY good thing was the Biscuits! Red Lobster used to be my favorite, now its just Dreadful! Nope never again!

We had our reservation at 8:00pm , we came back around 8:55pm to see if our table was ready( they told us it would be a 20-40min wait) it was not. What's the point in making a reservation if they won't honor it. Definitely wouldn't come back here after this experience. People before us made a reservation at 7:45pm and they still were not seated. Insanity. Also the parking lot is a disaster.

Extremely disappointing experience. The host, Gianna, was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming from the start. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was a complete lack of basic courtesy or professionalism. As a guest, you expect at least respect, but that was clearly missing here. I would not recommend staying if you value kindness, communication, or a pleasant environment.
