Lovely Pork Belly, and attentive and friendly service from Rabbi. And another night, lovely, friendly, and attentive service from Mariya, and delicious beef, finished off with a great Bramley Apple Old Fashioned.

After a trip to London we had a few hours to kill, myself and 3 other friends were just looking for a coffee.....16 cocktails and food later we had a lovely time in this bar, the cocktails were amazing, lovely food, really good atmosphere. The staff were lovely and even brought myself and my friend who were celebrating our birthdays a cheesecake with a sparkly candle on top! We have cowed to come back here next time we are in London. :)

Meeting up with cousins we had a delightful afternoon. We received a very warm welcome and service was great throughout, especially from Michael who looked after us superbly, and made cocktail recommendations which we repeated over and over😋. It really was a happy experience. Thank you.

A beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff and the food!!!! We had a party of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals. Dim sum, popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, squid, pasta, steaks, desserts. Everyone was happy!

The food here is amazing. The portion sizes are generous and the bar is spectacular. We were able to view the hotel as well.

Based on the food I would recommend going here, the atmosphere and cleanliness were appealing. The service when they were at our table was great, however it felt like we were ignored a bit compared to other tables. We were sitting at our table for a while before we managed to ask for our bill and then waited a while longer to receive it for payment.

The Clermont Hotel is in London’s Victoria Station. It contains bars and restaurants very handy if you want to be near your train departure or if you’re waiting for someone to arrive. The Soak Bar is where we decided to go. We were looked after so well by the staff. Our table wasn’t near anyone else and we were attentively waited upon. We shared a bottle of wine and some dinner. They have Ping Pong dim sum and it was excellent. The fried chicken balls were the hit of the evening. They play music in the bar, but it isn’t that intrusive. Lively atmosphere and we had a lovely time. When it came time to leave, we went to the Victoria Station exit and caught our trains with time to spare.

Edmond and Manni are great, polite, and friendly, but Antonio ensured everything was perfect on our multiple visits. Smoked old fashioned was perfect, Godfather made with Blue Label was smooth as silk, wife’s strawberry daiquiris were made to perfection and my daughter enjoyed her Shirley Temple. Food is phenomenal.

Rabbi and Mariia were fantastic. Very sweet service. Very friendly people. Super good food. There is a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Service was wonderful , staffs were ever welcoming and polite . I came with my family and friend . The interior and dinning area was superb, all the started and main course were delicious and ofcourse the drink especially cocktail. Overall great location in central london and easy access to train station. All the staff were very good.

Excellent food and very friendly and efficient service. We had dim sum and stuffed mushroom starters and a sea bass main course. All equally well cooked and presented.

Lovely place in the heart of London, when I get a train cancelled is my place to seat and enjoy. Service is good, the drink are serve and made with passion. I have not dine in here but the nachos were excellent. The decoration is so lovely.

Group of 4 of us with mixed food likes, and I was given task of choosing where to eat, booked here and everyone was pleased I did, premium feel when you arrive, almost hidden away up some steps directly at victoria station (part of hotel next door) We had 2x steak burgers and chips, a rump steak, and feather of beef with red wine jus and mash - delicious. High quality ingredients and well cooked. Asked if we wanted water, £5.50 bottle (although jugs of water seen) 13% service charge added automatically. Had a bottle of coke each and 2 of us had dessert (apple tart tatin and choc cheesecake with raspberry sorbet), £150 total. Considering central London and quality of food, I was happy with that and would go again next time we visit London.

I have stayed here many times, the hotel itself is simply stunning, convenient and the staff are amazing. I have dined at the soak almost every time, they are super accommodating and friendly. I must give a special mention to Deepak, he has served me each time I’ve visited. Always with a smile, remembering my favourite’s from the menu and amazing service. Thank you deepak. Your a a credit to the wider and wonderful team here at the Clermont and the soak.

Lovely place to have dinner, great food portions and really fast service before our show, amazing service from waiter Rabbi who was attentive.

We had a lovely time at The Soak (somewhat misnamed imo). It's a very relaxing venue and a lovely space to be in; as is the bar upstairs also. The staff there are really great. Helpful and efficient. Sabina (I hope that's how you spell it) was particularly good and deserves a mention.

I came to London for the first time and chose this restaurant because of the vibe it gave. The food was excellent and I received a large portion. The waiter, Rabbi, was very kind and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Tanim was an amazing host, making sure to tend to our sever nut allergy needs and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The food was lovely and the service was spot on. Thank you Tanim for a lovely experience and excellent hosting. We cannot wait to return.

We are staying in The Clermont, the food is delicious. The decor of the hotel and restaurant is out of this world. We have ate in the restaurant every night. Rabbi the waiter was very friendly and ensured we were very well looked after.

An absolutely outstanding experience at the Soak Bar and Restaurant, London Victoria. All the staff are incredible and the food was delicious - it really couldn't have been better. A big thank you to all the staff for making our experience so enjoyable. There was always someone on hand to serve us, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had lovely meals on both nights of our two day stay. The first night served by Rabbi and the second was by Vittoria, both couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend.

Rabbi is the best! Our group ate burgers (delicious), dim sum (delicious) and the beef entree (delicious). We finished with the lemon meringue. *chefs kiss* The drinks were also excellent. We had wine, the toasted marshmallow martini (so cute), and the bourbon soak (so cool). The service and atmosphere were perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience bringing our family in for lunch. The food quality was outstanding, and the service was truly top-notch. Our server, Eva, was exceptionally attentive, professional, and kind, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning.

I cannot recommend The Soak highly enough! Despite arriving on a busy Saturday evening, the General Manager, Douglas, promptly helped us secure a table for three. From that moment on, the service was outstanding—some of the best I’ve experienced in London. Tamin, the Manager, ensured every detail was taken care of, while Bhavani and Rabbi served us with energy and genuine warmth, making the evening truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, complemented by expertly crafted cocktails that were full of flavor. The Soak delivers on every level—fantastic service, incredible food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely fantastic experience at The Soak! I had booked A la Cart as we didn’t want to be restricted to what to eat but this place does offer Brunch too. Our reservation was booked for 2 hours but we were accommodated and stayed longer though had to move around twice. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole visit feel effortless. Tanim was very friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend anyone to pop in to this place. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a great spot to unwind, The Soak is a brilliant choice. Highly recommended!

We had the monday menu which was great food at a nice, affordable price. We weren't big fans of the calamari, but everything else tasted amazing. We barely had to wait for the next round of food either. The service felt a little bit lacking whenever our empty plates were taken away. Not asking how the food was, how we're experiencing it, if we wanted more drinks etc. One thing we found slightly odd was getting a big spoon for our small desserts. I'd personally recommend giving a small fork. We mentioned this to Alex, who had been serving us well whenever he came by, and he said that he would discuss it with the rest of staff. He definitely raised the stars for 'The Soak'. We would most definitely come eat here again if he were the one serving us.

The decor and atmosphere are amazing. Our server was really good. My steak was over cooked, but my wife's fish and chips came out great. The drinks were very well done, and the dessert was very tasty. I would absolutely recommend this place.

My mother and I came here as tourists after our day trip returned to the coach station. She had the curry and I had the fish and chips, we both enjoyed our meals. She found the curry to be the right amount of spice, I found the fish to be breaded well and with a light crisp texture (not wet/uncooked batter). The wait staff was phenomenal and answered every question we could have (as travelers it tends to be a lot). Overall great experience!

Overall, The Soak definitely deserves a visit if you're looking for amazing food, a great ambiance, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning soon!

A little disappointing to be honest, we went to have an early dinner with a friend as we were staying in the hotel and we didn’t have the amazing experience everyone else seemed to have. The server wasn’t very friendly, and seemed confused with us asking how big a certain dish was. Our ask for a tap water refill was also met with a weird look. The dishes were good, but nothing incredible and we were left with a bad taste in our mouth once the bill came and the server told us it wasn’t possible to charge it to the room and the gratuity was automatically added without asking. We would not come back.

First time visiting this venue yesterday, Manroj was a great waiter and very helpful. Food was not the best the steak was very well done when ask for a medium-well steak, tasted like rubber. When we entered one of the waiters Deepak was very rude and arrogant and had 0 customer service skills. He just chucked the menus down and was not professional at all. Unfortunately won’t be visiting again
