It’s been awhile since I’ve been back to Acapulco and being back after so many years I don’t know why I never came back until tonight. We were greeted with such upmost friendliest and polite hospitality and our server Jose. R was definitely the “raspberry topping to our flan”. Me and my sisters enjoyed the customer service and the food was “Muy bien”. I definitely recommend coming to Acapulco especially the Long Beach location. We also want to thank the manager Vianey for making us feel the warmth and welcomeness of the Latino culture. Thank you Long Beach Acapulco for the wonderful experience and hospitality; you will see us again definitely.

We had such a great dining experience yesterday thanks to our waiter, Jesús. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. He made excellent menu recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and checked in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed. Even when the restaurant got busy, Jesús maintained a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His service truly elevated our visit and made the meal memorable. Jesús is an absolute asset to the team, and I would definitely come back just to be served by him again!

The staff is very welcoming soon as you walk in. The food was very delicious. I recommend the Beerf Birria tacos which is what I ordered. My Son had the carne asada plate which was delicious as well. Thank you very much for the great service.

Well, being a former Acapulco employee, I must say that the service was excellent. Great customer service, a very clean atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Our server was very attentive and super friendly. It was a busy day, being that it was during brunch hours, but the service was excellent, as I mentioned before.

This was the second time I've gone here on my Birthday. I think it has become a little tradition of mine. We came for Sunday brunch both times! For the amount of food (buffet), the quality of food, the service, the atmosphere, the bottomless mimosas.... it is well worth the $30. I love coming here and look forward to visiting more and hopefully more often to experience their other awesome daily events.

Very nice restaurant, with a wonderful wait staff. We couldn't stop eating the delicious free chips and salsa it was so fresh and tasty. On top of that their food was delicious, the dessert yummy, and the adult beverages tasty. We'll definitely be returning.

Don't let the ugly tile floor at the entrance discourage you. The food in this place is excellente. I had an enchilada Ranchero with a salad that was very delicious. The margaritas were awesome too. Get the bigger sized, it's worth the price.

We rented the party room on the 1st floor with a marina view. It's a bit of a walk to the buffet, but the connected private restroom was great for the kids and seniors in our group. Buffet food was acceptable quality with lots of options. We had a private server and was attentive.

My review mirrors that of another customer, Linda Kuwahara, from three months ago. The quality at this Acapulco location has gone downhill, especially if you’re not Hispanic. We ordered a combo with three items and drinks, but the enchilada came with chunks of beef instead of the traditional shredded beef. The menu specifies shredded beef, so they’re aware of this standard. I didn’t make a fuss, knowing we won’t be returning. Also, if you post a negative review, the owner won’t respond, which says a lot about his concern for customer satisfaction.
