You know it's kind of weird to review a Jack in The box but honestly this place was really cool. People were super nice order was really fast and overall left the place smiling. Not a bad way to start a Monday. Thanks so much.
Today it's thanks giving due to forces I can explain I had a none family thang so late at nite I went to see jack... What I got from them was just excuses and I'm on my brake?? Doesn't fast food restaurants supposed to have employees that can relieve people on brakes? Any way I waited the 10 min and they took my order.. but I was under the impression they still was going to lag and play the part.... Well....... Humm I was served immediately and efficiently... Wow they made me change my mind ........ They are ok after all...!
Place is always a good place to go grab a quick bite they'll miss something of your order or give you the wrong thing on occasions but most of the time they always get it right foods great mom, twin, & I really love the tacos with butter milk we also love those burgers & ice coffes

Its a clean store and its manged very well by some very polite brite young lady the time I was there she was training a very shy nervous young lady she was a great teacher was very caring and careful not to over whelmed her I returned a week later and was greeted by a very well-mannered confident young lady i was truly blown away good job boss.
Stopped in to grab a bite to eat. Service waa great. Didn't have to wait long for our order. Food was hot and fresh. The lobby was very clean. We got the order to go. Was delicious. So if your ever on the west side of long Beach & you get hungry stop on in and get good meal with friendly service. I reccomened this place if your looking for a fast good breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The employees are always so helpful and patient and smart. They always triple check with the customer if any uncertainties I've noticed that. Also the food always looks just like the picture. That's why I travel the extra mile for this particulate Jack in the Box. It's like fast food made with genuine care and experience. It's almost as if the employees here, use common sense and actually eat the same food they sale as well. Very impressed by their professionalism and integrity. Well done. Jack would be proud.

He was super kind and cool and not in a forced seeming way at all and the order was 100% perfect down to the sauces. Considering the day I wouldn't have been mad if he wasn't in a good mood at all but him being so cheerful and kind really was rad. Anyways good team there, thanks guys

I ordered a chicken club combo from here. Good, but I felt like the service could of been a bit more better. Plus the dining room wasn't up to my expectations.
Food was fine they even substituted for hubby, no pork. They gave him a large beef patty. It was breakfast. Only problem NO vanilla creamer for hot coffee.

Rode my bike up after midnight, late nite snack. I was able to order at the drive thru but they had me continue past drive thru windows to the front where they had a walk /bike thru windows. It was nice. So many places lock the lobby at nite but they won't let you walk thru the drive thru. These people know their customers. Food was fast and warm. Great service!
Nice employees. Accurate service! They always get my order right! Even though their menu light bulb is burned out and impossible to read. And they don't bother to change the burned out light bulb for months and months. The nice employees are cool. The only bad is that the fries always taste like cinnamon.

As much as they try, always substandard, the food I order always tastes rushed over cooked old dry I always only order the chicken sandwiches with tomatoe and tacos, I live around the corner but I feel I have to drive up to the one on Pacific coast highway and Wilmington Ave,in Wilmington ca. To get quality tasting food.maybe not the cook,, maybe, store needs upgrading, and less homeless pan handling, the employees need to feel safer.
Fast service friendly staff. The only reason I don't buy their burgers is because they are too greasy and oily and seem old and they are never hot and fresh but on the other hand the snacks are good especially the eggrolls, crunchy tacos and the mini churros

Employees, didnt speak or understand english very well. Which, made it a bit difficult to place an order. A little dirty inside the restaurant. With a few too many homeless people swarming around the area. The food tasted the same as any other Jack in the Box.

I ordered two teriyaki chicken bowls, they only gave me one sauce. One of the ladies at the drive thru was not very friendly. She didn't seem like she was having a good day. I think she was a manager. The other young lady had a very pleasant attitude.
Their is a raw sewage odor that has been there for at least 2 months now. It's right in the main lobby and it is overwhelming. The service is fair and it's atmosphere is bleek. But it is a franchise facility with great prices.
Setvice was ok, sadly the area isn't a very good one. Transients around. Unisex Bathroom door lock was broken, feces all over the toilet, the urinal was by the point of entry (door) plugged up full of urine, no toilet paper. Not at all sanitary, and very disgusting for any and everyone who entered.
The cashier was nice with good customer service. But the second lady I tried to ask a question was very rude to me. I guess she couldn't speak English which should be illegal! And on top of that she had poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and he was also rude and barely spoke English & was nonchalant about my concern of the rude worker who works in the back. I don't care if you work in the front or the back. You're work with the public so you should represent your employers better than that.
They employee attending the intercom in to the drive thru was very rude, on top of that when i arrived at the window i asked to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one i then asked for a superviser and recieved the same response. Then a young lady came to the window and said she was in charge but was not a supervisor nor manager and i also received really bad costumer service. I think the workers would have probably been on better behavior if there was a manager or a supervisor on the floor.
We waited 10 mins. before anyone acknowledged our presence, inspite of the fact that we were the only ones waiting at the counter to order. Even then I had to ask twice if someone would please take our order. While we were waiting two different people returned orders to the counter that were incorrect. When we got our order the soda had ice after we asked for no ice, and we noticed only after we left that we had been charged for two fries when we only ordered one. Literally all of the available tables were dirty. We asked for a towel, but due to Covid we had to wait for them to come out and clean them. We were told they had to finish taking orders before they could do it. By the time we were able to eat, our food was barely warm. It was not very busy at all and there were at least six ladies working that we could see. Not the best dining experience we've had.

Update your damn hours online and on Google maps... I wasted my time, before work, trying to get breakfast... Not cool... Don't go there..
When will you guys ever get my order right. It's literally not that hard to read the damn monitor. Guy in the front surely didn't care since he basically rushed our order and acted like he didn't want to be there. Go home. It's not our fault you hate your job. I payed for food not attitude.
Employees can't be bothered. Not a hi, hello or be right there from anyone. The place smells like fart and b.o. After being ignored and smelling the place, it was time to leave. Their sprinkler system waters everything except for the grass. It was real nice walking out and having the sprinklers turn on as soon as I walked out. My bike was locked up so I got to enjoy getting soaked in 40°F weather. The place is a wreak inside and out. Total dump.
Just wanted a damn shake. Waites in the drive through for 15-20+ minutes to be told they were washing the shake machine during peak hours. Then was stuck in line for another 15 minutes just to exit. Thanks for wasting my night for nothing. Learn to manage your shifts. People want milkshakes at night.
The food was old, on top of that my onion rings was totally burnt. But the lady gave me a new one to makeup for the burnt one but not even that helped because that one was burnt also. If this darn app was able to give a zero I would give it a ZERO just for today's visit.
I got to this Jack in the Box at 4:55 am suppose to be at work at 5:30 am sit in the drive thru until 5:22 am was so upset I was late for work and my job is 8 minutes away. Workers was moving slow and inconsiderate of me having to be at work. Not professional at all. Bad customer service. One guy came in at like 5:15 am while I'm at the window and grab a cup and with no gloves or Ice scooper just put his cup in the ice machine and got ice out. Never will stop there on the way to work again.
Need faster drive thru was there for literally 30mins check your cameras from 4/19/21 at 12:35pm literally no one moving in drive thru. This inconvenience ruined my lunch time came for fast service. Next time I'm going elsewhere for lunch.
I just stop by to get some late night food after getting my food and coming home to eat. The curly fries were stale my onion rings were burnt and super crunchy tacos felt like they had been there for a while the only thing that was good and fresh were my jalapeño poppers very bad experience late at night and big line of cars to get food that has been sitting there for a while
The manager was rude! He was on his way out and doing the cash count at the drive through. I waited 17 mins for them to finish then finally fulfill my order. The indoor facility was closed for my early morning breakfast 630am. And the lady at the drive though didn't give me any sauce with my order after I had requested it. So I walked up to the door and it was locked. However, the manager Javier was coming out the door at the same time and I told him my issue, and asked if he could get me some sauce. He said oh sorry I'm off work now, you'll have to go back though the drive thru line. Which at this point was 7 cars long. I was already almost late for work having to wait 17 mins for my order. So I knocked on the front door to try and get someone's attention as I didn't have time to wait for 7 cars to get back though the drive l thru. I held up my receipt to the window and knocked. The lady behind the counter acknowledge me, then walked to the back of the facility. I then had to continue to knock louder untill the drive thru lady herd me. And finally came to the door. She went back inside got my requested sauce and brought it to me. Recognizing that I was the patren that had to wait 17 mins at the window she apologized. She did everything right. But the manager was a straight up jerk and has no idea what customer service is.

11am and the dinning room is closed to the public. I asked and they said price through only. Really??? Then why advertise dinning room hours? I work in the area and am very disappointed.
I was in the drive thru, greeted right away. I asked for a grilled chicken salad . I was very clear . And she proceeded to ask me what I wanted 4 times . To end it , she asked if it was crispy or grilled . After I told her about 10 times at this point. What’s up with that? Wasted my time .
Don't go there unles you want cold fries and attitudes if you vvgo too talk to the manager it's a waste of time. I waited a half hour goo talk too the manager he never came to talk too me. The people working there are disrespectful and when you complain they speak to each other and laugh. I mentioned that I was going to call about them the manager said I could call anyone I wanted and she didn't care.
I went to your location tonight as a door dasher to pick up 2 orders in the drive thru at 1240am. The worker told me they had no spicy popcorn chicken for my 1st order. As the worker proceeded to get the 2nd order i called the customer as advised them you were out of popcorn chicken. He said bummer can they give me a spicy chicken wrap instead and i told the customer i would be the asap. I advised the worker of this and i was told no they have to go on the app and request a refund. So at 1240am a customer wants their food and you cant substitute for a little wrap because your out of a product. Terrible customer service and the worker was very rude about it and said no. So i spent 3.63 of my own money and i only made 4.25 off the order so that the customer could have something to eat in place of the product you were out of. So after waiting in the drive thru and making sure my customer had food i made a whole 52 cents off the order. I'm appalled at the customer service level of your store.
