Beautiful views, came in on a gorgeous sunny Wednesday afternoon, so not busy obviously. We ordered the Pomodoro Pizza, Carne Asada Nachos, and the Pastrami Fries. All of them were delicious especially the Roman style crunchy crust on the pizza! Mmm, mm, mm 😋 I also ordered the Calico which was really light and tasty 😊 cheers! Highly recommend! One of the best places to hang out in Long Beach! 🏝️
This place has a fabulous view and really good creative offerings. KC was our server and he was just fantastic! Made the whole experience so much fun. The employees in a place define the culture. He was great!
We love this place and have been here several times. You must enjoy the pretzel and wings plus many options for dinner. Tonight we were lucky to have serving us Auyoung and Emily who were so personable and professional. It’s a must if you are looking for casual vibe and always cold (outstanding) beer!!!
Panoramic view of the pacific ocean and surrounding bay. Awesome atmosphere. Brewery has wine based cocktails. Got the fish tacos and lobster roll and both needed a little more flavor, no heat or spice. Bland to my taste buds. Michelada was great. Spicy margarita had no spice either. Great place to enjoy the view unfortunately not the best food. Have to order thru a qr code, no table service. Kinda a bother when ordering multiple beers as u have to qr order every time.
Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a beer then just had to have two. On tap from the place is better in the can back home. I didn’t get food this time but the food is killer too. The beer speaks for itself. I could have sat there for hours and drank but my liver wouldn’t be stoked and I would for sure get pulled over.
The view and atmosphere of this Long Beach brewery is unbelievable. So much seating with amazing views. Couches with coffee tables are also an option. There are glass barriers to break the wind and they help immensely. Monday night burger and beer is a great deal at $18. Every beer we tried was on point, Sculpins especially. You order from a QR code on your table and food comes pretty fast. Will definitely come again.

I loved the Sculpin IPA; it’s crisp, hoppy, and perfectly balanced. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, happy to guide me through their menu. The food pairings, especially the fish tacos, were spot-on. Spacious seating and a cool outdoor area make it great for groups. Can’t wait to come back for more brews! 5 stars
Have been now a few times and the location of this brewery simply cannot be beat. Amazing views of the ocean and boats coming and going. Easy to order drink and food from the phone and they will bring to the table. Hot dog was massive and the chicken salad fresh. Calamari was a bit over breaded for my taste, but tasted fine nonetheless. Will keep coming back, over and over again.

This 5-Star review is mainly for the location and the beers. Spectacular views from its spot on the harbor channel! Ballast Point brews are excellent especially their famous Sculpin collection. The food is what you would expect at a brewery. It’s pretty good and freshly made to order. Ordering is done from your phone using a QR code and online menu system. Food and drinks are then brought to your table. Otherwise the servers/food runners are happy to provide anything else you might need. This is just a perfect spot to enjoy a Southern California afternoon!
5 stars PERIOD! Top notch service, atmosphere and you can’t beat the views! Perfect for almost any occasion. The food we ordered was phenomenal! The portions are pretty big so you won’t need to order much food. You can definitely share. The drinks were great. The only negative I give this place was for the margarita drink. Don’t order it, trust me. I highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to comeback again!

In addition to their ordering system, Ballast Point Brewery also boasts a stunning view of the ocean. Whether you're stopping in for a quick drink or sitting down for a full meal, you'll have a breathtaking view to enjoy. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. There are plenty of tables available, so you shouldn't have to wait long for a seat. And if you're driving, you'll be pleased to know that Ballast Point Brewery has ample parking available. Overall, I can't recommend Ballast Point Brewery enough. Some of the greatest beer in all of Southern California now moves north to Long Beach! Great vibe right on the Marina with many tables facing out to the marina. They have a pretty decent menu with more shareable meals. Compared to the San Diego facility, they had a lot of similarities. But, the beer is the main reason anyone should go to Ballast Point. Incredible selection with some of the tastiest beers around!
Location! Location! Location!! Everything is better when you can have a place next to the ocean with space for a friends gathering to catch up and enjoy great beer and great food. Set up with first come first serve seating unless your party is over 25 peeps. We didn’t have to wait long to find a place to sit. Two stories with plenty of outdoor options and a few fire pits available. They utilize QR code to order which was quick. Service was great and food was on point. Super cool place👊🏼
Great atmosphere and amazing view. We've been here twice already and tried different things each time on the menu and we weren't disappointed. Love the venue, beer was great, my only complaint is that these prices don’t make sense. It’s $5-6 for a 4oz beer so basically $20 for 16oz, but then it’s $5.50-6.50 for 8 oz so $22 for 32oz and then $9-10 for a 16oz so $20 for 32oz. I ordered four 4oz pours and it came to $20. I realized too late I could’ve ordered 4 8oz pours for $2 more for double the amount at 32oz. Or I could have ordered two 16ozs for $20 and still got double the beer. They should have discounted the 4oz to make I make more sense.
Good place with amazing view, but service is not good and not friendly at all, at least with our experience. The place is great with many good beers. Some, but not all the food items are a bit overpriced for their quality. My only issue here was having one of the worst experiences at a bar. I bought drinks from the female bartenders at the main bar and paid in cash. First issue was how long they took to process this small order. I can tell they panicked when they had to figure out how to handle 25 dollars for 2 drinks. The second issue was the girl who took my order put my change in the tip jar before giving me my receipt. When I asked for my change, she looked bothered and condescendingly asked, "so you want 3 dollars and change back?" She didn't get a tip. She pretty tried tipping herself and really didn't do anything special for me to want to tip. I ended up tipping the guys at the patio bar as they provided really good service.

Alright, let's get this out the way, this qr code nonsense is bogus and bs. This ain't 2020. I don't know why an establishment that sells alcohol would allow you to order digitally through a system that does not allow you to keep your tab open for the duration of my time there. Yard House, Chili's, and a number of others managed to figure it out. This system literally makes you pay at the end of every transaction. Which means you have to order everything at once or have multiple transactions post to your bank account that could trigger a fraud alert. Good job encouraging me not to spend more money. On top of that, I hope you're at least offering your servers more than the minimum, considering when I come here, I seat myself, I order myself, and I pay without assistance. Your digital system gives me no incentive to tip more than 10%, if I choose to tip at all. I get more "service" at a fast food restaurant. And about the food, nothing we ordered was accurately represented. If you intentionally prepare basic vegetables that are traditionally gluten free (like fries) with gluten, a little notice would be nice. Got the Burrata strawberry salad; which supposedly comes with pickled, fire-grilled, and fresh strawberries (or some combination). I can tell you I got absolutely zero of that. Pre-sliced and refrigerated fruit only. With barely enough pistachio in the crumble to taste anything nutty. Do yourself a favor and sit at the bar if at all possible. They do it the old fashioned way there.
