I've been here only once and I have to say it was an amazing experience. My waitress was quick and attentive and the music they play is totally enjoyable and totally ignorable if you're with someone. The atmosphere is really alive and moving. I will definitely be coming back soon.
We had the best waiter...he was patient, well mannered and friendly. Food was great!
Salads so delicious I don't mind I didn't get them the way I wanted. First time, I asked for dressing on the side, because I only use a little. They dressed it, but only used a little, so it was fine. Second time, got charred ahi salad. Asked for it chopped and tossed. They chopped the tuna, not the salad. Still so good it didn't even need dressing. We also didn't get the boom boom shrimp we ordered, but didn't care because we had plenty to eat. Super sweet and helpful, bringing good size metal bowl of water for the dogs and lighting heater for us. Arnold Palmer also delicious, think they is some sort of flavored tea. Highly recommend of your all about the best ingredients.
Me and my Bestfriend met up here for dinner on Wednesday and the service was great, calamari and garlic fries on point! I've been to this spot before but my last visit was wonderful. I'll be back for happy hour again
First time back in Long Beach for work since 2018. Knolls was highly recommended by my AirBnB owner. The suggestion did NOT disappoint. Beautiful, relaxed, efficient service. Excellent libations. And do NOT miss the Boom Boom Shrimp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Signed, Epstein’s Mother
I love this place. The food is great and so are the drinks. The staff is amazing too. I had the Mac & Cheese Chile Verde (orgasmic!), and the buffalo burger with fries. Heaven! Eli and Crystal are amazing.
Nice burgers, good collection of beer. Easily accessible from main road. Especially good for evening eat out. I went there with my colleagues last week and had an awesome eat out. I had burger and couple of beers whuch tastes very good. I would suggest this one for all who likes burgers and beers. This seems one of the best one in the area. My friend suggested this to me and im recommending this to all.
We stopped here as part of a tour showcasing restaurants that use water sustainably. The drinks here were the best of the 4 restaurants we visited. Of all the food they served their shrimp was the most in demand. My only complaint is that our tour required us to leave before experiencing more of what Knolls had to offer.
I 've been to this restaurant a dozen times since they opened. I love this restaurant the food is amazing the service is fantastic it's my favorite place in Bixby Knolls. Best Happy Hour Ever!!!
Food service was great, thank you Teresa :) Went here with my folks and kid and had a great time. The Salmon and Chicken with herb lime were delicious. They have a great craft brew list. Their amber was well balanced with light hoppy flavor and the IPA was crisp and flavorful. The bar is separated from main dinning buy can still see the sporting events from the tv screens.
Great surprise find in Bixby! Great tasting food, good prices and plenty portions! Staff was very friendly and helpful! From the hostess to our sever, Sabrina! We'll be back!
Went on a first date, the food and him, were DELICIOUS! Service was fantastic and the wait staff were very attentive. Food was so good I came back the next day for a repeat! The Boom Boom Shrimp was amazing!
On of the top 3 breweries in Long Beach hands down! Their happy hour menu they boast, and this is true, is one of the best anywhere! They have about 10 amazing dishes to choose from, I recommend the burger sliders and the pulled pork sliders for sure! Now on the equally important part of the menu : beer! You can get a flight for about $6.00 and get this : ALL beers are available for you to choose from! For those of you that do not know ,most microbreweries and or gastropubs limit you to certain beers you can choose from to build up your flight. Not here! A MUST try if you are in Long Beach!
Knolls is our go-to neighborhood restaurant. They serve a wide variety of food and drinks. I am particularly fond of their fried zucchini appetizer, their sliders, burgers and other sandwiches, and the many pasta dishes. They have a bunch of beers that I have tried out. They have happy hours. It's a very family friendly restaurant and during the warmer months you can get outdoor seating (dog friendly). They have several vegetarian options.
Came here for an early dinner and was pleasantly surprised by a happy hour on a Saturday afternoon. Happy hour isn't amazing ($1 off drinks and some apps) but is a nice gesture anyways. Food was very good, most of the table ordered burgers which were well received, and the pear salad was also very good (however a bit overpriced when adding a protein). Fries are thick cut and well cooked, but the only fries you should think about are the garlic fries anyways. House beers are excellent. Would come back here again. Parking is a bit tough, as there is only street / residential parking around.
Great food selection, including build your own burgers with a Kobe beef option for just a few dollars more. The environment is comfortable, modern, but warm. Great big TVs behind the bar, but high enough that they aren't distracting if it's date night. Good happy hours 3-7 and all day on weekends. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A++
First time here and it was really good. The food and brew was great. Theresa the server was sweet, attentive and timely. We tried the meatball "sliders," Korean steak tacos, the Frisco club and the turkey and kraut special. It was seasoned well, hot and well.... all-gone too good to waste. All with the 805 brew made a great meal. We'll be back soon. Bonus: dog friendly patio.
Me and my wife stopped by last weekend. And we both agree that the Best Veggie Burgers are made at Knolls. The fact we got to make our own style if burger allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. The burgers were super tasty and really delicious. wish I couldnhabe taken a picture but all I can say is Knolls will be our forever go to Burger spot
Met with a group of friends, kind of a reunion. Service was very good, menu has lots of choices. The atmosphere is great for visiting with friends - no loud music. This is my 3rd visit, consistently good experience. Would recommend
Showed up for dinner, roughly 6pm just in time for their drink specials. My spouse and I started with some delicious fried zucchini, BlackBerry Margarita and Moscow Mule. For our main course I had the Chicken Piccata and my spouse had the Steak Diane. Our server was Coby, he was insanely attentive, helpful, and allowed us to enjoy our meal and checked in on us at the most opportune times. They had the retractable glass wall open so we had a nice breeze coming in. The candles at our table really set the vibe. The noise level varies , but honestly, it just feels good to be here.
Came to Long Beach to visit a friend and decided to go here for dinner and a few drinks. The food was great. I got the poke appetizer and peach bread something for dessert. It was SO good!! We sat on the outside patio on a Saturday night, it was cool out, but the heat lamps made the temp perfect. The outside patio lighting made it a fun and intimate setting. The waitress was very attentive and great to talk to. She had a wonderful personality. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that they had the best sound track playing!! That made the experience %1000 times better! Everything from CCR, to Al Green, to the Rolling Stones. Overall I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back.
Excellent service from Jet, our waiter. The drinks were delicious & pretty 😍. Started with appetizers homemade hummus & calamari. Which was delicious!! Our dinner was tasty too. Cobb salads.
We go here once or twice a week as our local go-to place. Varied menu. Fantastic burgers. All reasonably priced. Bar area is separated from main dining area by tall glass panels, which is great for both confining the occasional louder bar patrons from families dining with young children. The Knolls is much more conducive to dining and being able to converse with someone in comparison to other "sports bars" nearby.
We came here for my wife's birthday and had a group of about 25. I had been here once before and was a little concerned if they could accommodate a group that big but the seating arrangement was perfect. Making reservations was a piece of cake and they even called me twice the day of our reservation to confirm and ask my input on how we would like to be seated and if we wanted separate checks. The service was excellent and everything that was ordered came out fast. The food was really good, we mainly ordered apps. I really enjoyed the hummus and their buffalo wings were on point. Most importantly, my wife said she really enjoyed our time there. Whether you have a few friends or a big group this is a really chill place to get together and have a good time.
My brother and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday. Parking on the street is limited, but there is free parking behind the restaurant. The atmosphere inside is dark and modern with a mix of tables and booths and a well stocked bar with plenty of top shelf liquors and even more craft beers. I'll have to explore these options on a subsequent visit. Now the food. The menu is very heavy on burgers, sandwiches and salads. The entrees consist of all good choices; pastas, seafood, pork, beef and chicken dishes. Enough choices to please just about everyone. On this visit I tried the Slow Roasted Pork and Ham Cuban sandwich and it was delish! The roasted pork was tender and flavorful, the ham slices were browned and covered in melted Swiss cheese, all served with a good bold mustard and crunchy pickles on a Brioche bun. For my side I chose garlic fries and they were equally spectacular; unlike other places soggy fries that are just coated in garlic flavored oil, these were seasoned, battered, crispy and sprinkled with minced garlic and not greasy at all. In a word, divine, but the show stopper was the desert. Sorry that I didn't snap a pic of the chocolate cake. It was tall, dark and spectacularly delicious. If this cake was any more chocolatey it would have been a solid slice of chocolate! Its many layers were moist and perfectly sweet without being too sweet. I would come back for the chocolate cake alone, but the food is also worthy of a return trip and rest assured I will be back.
The atmosphere was great, the tacos are outstanding!! Absolutely enjoyed myself.
Listen…the food was magnificent. The Steak Diane was so tasty, the sauce on it was everything. The drink was tasty, I had the spicy cucumber margarita. I’m definitely coming back and I definitely recommend. The customer service was top tier.
Definitely will be going back. My husband ordered The lobster Mac cheese and it did not disappoint 👍 the pan seared salmon was delicious. Deanna was great with excellent service. Overall a great experience.
A great bar to hang out at, neat and modern. Also pleasant place to eat at. Nice dining atmosphere. The food is good too. We go for the pork chops. You can get a real good burger & philly steak here. The Calamari is above average. We go all the time, order delivery too. Nice, pleasant staff. Good music plays in the background. And a special shout out to our waiter Angel, who helped us have a very good evening dinner recently. Support this establishment, we want to keep it around.
Always a good time and this place has the best food.
Great food and beer selection. Nice happy hour! 3-7 every day! Tons of food options. Brazed short rib was the bomb! Boom boom shrimp were tasty. Great margaritas. And high top seating which worked out because I had a recent back issue so didn't need to ease my easy down into a normal height chair. We'll be back.
The BEST garlic fries we’ve ever had! The hummus appetizer was also fantastic as well as the rest of our lunch.
Early dinner for birthday girl. Happy hour drinks are excellent as well as the appetizers, garlic fries, pot stickers, sliders 😋. Our server Charlie was beyond pleasant! Can't wait to return.
Nice little local spot. Food is quality, people are super nice. Great place for a relaxing meal in Bixby Knolls... ✌️😀👍
Seating outside was nice, weather was great! The music on the side we were on was a bit loud for good conversation, we didn’t mind though. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious! Hubby had the club sandwich, it was huge, he said it was really good. I got the seared ahi with mashed potatoes and veggies, it was delicious!
I went to Knolls last weekend and I'm really happy about the changes! The new menu and new chef are a great improvement. The food has gotten so much better. I also appreciate that there's no more loud music during dinner. It's a much nicer dining experience now! Service is great! Highly recommended!
We went to Knolls because we knew that Andre Angles (formerly owner of Frenchy's Bistro, current owner of Thai District)had helped revamp their menu. We ate on the patio with our little dog and had a delightful meal. The cream of asparagus soup was very good and the chicken picatta was excellent. Shared a glass of sangria, a very good choice.
Amazing experience. They really care about their customers. The food was great too. If you like seafood get the salmon. You won't regret it. Been here twice and will most definitely return. They have live music too.
This is a really great place to get together with friends or family. The menu has so many great options, it was hard to decide. There was a large party which caused our food to come out later than expected but our server handled it well and kept us informed the whole time.
My first time at this neighborhood restaurant. I had the braised short ribs, they were delicious. Service was attentive, great value for the money and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I’ll be back.👍
We always liked knolls for drink but their food was mediocre. Well, they have a new owner and new menu and the food was great. And I think prices seem lower, too. And Ricky, our favorite bartender is still there. Good live music but a little loud for conversation. I think that’s a Saturday thing.
I’ve been coming here since it was known as Weilands. I would say the quality of the food and drinks are still as good as I remember. Went in for brunch with babe, we shared a veggie omelette, fried calamari which was very good and a guava mimosa. Food was delicious, service was great. No complaints.
Finally came down to this bar for happy hour and it did not disappoint!! Ambiance: 10/10 This is definitely a modern and very sleek looking place! I love the decor and the full bar. Decent amount of TVs and they play sports and MMA so I can’t complain. Lots of seating, which is great for Bixby knolls area, and very clean. A bit dark but they seem to have lighting in the right areas to ensure you can decently see. Service: 10/10 Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable of the menu and gave amazing service. No complaints at all and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food: 10/10 I ordered their popular Boom Boom shrimp and fried zucchini, both were just perfect. The shrimp was tasty and cooked perfectly. The zucchini was also cooked to perfection with a crunchy coating, and did not lack in the flavor! Their ranch is very good and their chipotle mayo is the only one I’ve ever tried that actually has a kick, and I loved it. I am definitely coming back again, happy hour has lots of options!
We stumbled across this place due to the reviews and stumbled back out due to the drinks. We had a great time, especially given that they have all at happy hours on Mondays. Food was great! We had the NY Strip and Lobster Mac N' Cheese, which were both good. I thought the meet was a lightly overcooked and the Mac N' Cheese utilized penne which wasn't my favorite kind of pasta. The Moscow Mile and the Pineapple Margarita were exquisite. What really set this place apart was the dog patio with heaters. Great staff too! Thank you for a lovely evening.
Just had a few beers, calamari, and potstickers. Decided to stick around before our flight out and tried the BLT with avocado on sourdough bread and the steak sandwich. Food is pretty good all around. Service was fine. Wasn’t too busy throughout our experience so I cannot speak for what it’s like during lunch or dinner rushes.
I like the Atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was awesome. It's a cute place for family dinner, happy hour, a date and for individual eating. Shout out to the waiter named Josh he was awesome a very attentive to his customers. I highly recommend this location it was clean and comfortable.
Like others I'll report good beer, good food, but hit/miss service. Sat at a bar table for 10 min without anyone coming by, had to go to the bar to get a beer....maybe short a person, i dunno...have had good service when I sit at the bar itself. Overall, like it because a big step up from my usual dive bar haunt...
Nice atmosphere. Sat in rhe bar area, food was ok. I had a shortrib sandwich, it was a little dry. My friend ha a dring( Lemon drop) she enjoyed it. I have been there in the past to a company get together. The atmosphere was nice, and there was plenty of space inside the restaurant for the 20 guest in our padty on a Thursday.
Sliders were good, didn't touch the side (chips are standard, you can upgrade to fries or garlic fries). The blonde brew was refreshing, much needed after a hot job walk. My coworkers seemed to enjoy their dishes. The staff was very nice, warm and friendly.
The staff were friendly and the food is pretty good. Great beer selection. I had the seared ahi tuna with garlic fries and I must say the garlic skinny fries are the way to go. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
This place was an average brewpub. Nothing in the menu was special. The beer was from California. If you have untapped (the beer app) you can get a badge for checking in here. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. I do recommend visiting if you're in the area because the food was decent and they have craft beer. Good for lunch meetings but ask for the patio, it's noisey inside.
First time at this establishment, very nice. Great ambience, food was outstanding. I dont drink so I can only say that my buddies had several drinks that they enjoyed. Facility was clean and layed out neatly and efficiently for a good dining experience. Men's bathroom was clean and all sinks, urinals and commode were in good working order. The staff was professional and courteous and did excellent job taking care of our table. Restaurant was easy to find using GPS in moderate traffic at 1710 on a Wednesday evening. There was parking on the street and some behind the restaurant. There are also some tables outside next to sidewalk if you are so inclined. Be happy to return to Knolls in the future to try many other items on there menu!!
They were actually very nice. The restaurant itself has a nice look to it, I would definitely go this place again. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because of how long they took with our orders. I mean we literally had to keep asking what was the hold up with our meals. IDK maybe they were short on staff, whatever the case may be no one should have to wait that long for a meal at a restaurant. We literally waited a whole hour to get our food, at one point we were even considering leaving because we were hungry and they just were taking too long. Other than that the overall restaurant in itself isn't so bad and I don't want to even penalize them for taking so long with our orders. Only because I don't believe it is an all the time problem, I believe it was just a bad night for them. But that is all
My wife and I came in just after they opened for the day, so it was pretty slow. Our server was Astrid and she was very excited to serve us at the restaurant. We got the Kobe Beef Sliders and the Chili Verde Mac and Cheese. Soo good! Oh and they make their potato chips and they're delicious! I think it was happy hour.... can't remember. We got their housebrand brews and liked them a lot. Can't wait to return and try more stuff! They floor layout is a little strange, with 2 pool tables set up in the middle that they are auctioning off, but I'm sure once that's gone it'll be fine. I do like how there is a separate bar area with TV screens for watching sports and not bothering with families or casual diners if you are visiting just to drink some beer and watch a game. All in all it's a great restaurant and I hope they do well in an area that needs a hip and trendy spot to grab a pint and get great food!
Have been here several times. Food has always been good. The garlic fries are awesome. The girls are cute and very friendly. Would have given 5 stars, but the service is always very slow. This time staff was just standing around talking while I am trying to get their attention for a refill and the last time it took almost an hour and thirty minutes to eat and get our bill. If it was busy that would be one thing, but usually only a couple other people eating.
Staff is great, such friendly service. Sydney took great care of me on my birthday. Love the atmosphere. However, the food could have been better. The menu is large and should have stuck to the bar food it looks like they thrive in. Got the Filet Mignon, which didn't even appear to be Filet Mignon but a thin filet that was way overcooked. It came with a peppercorn reduction, which was really just a salty gravy. The shrimp Alfredo pasta was a massive serving of pasta with just a few shrimp. Maybe it was a Sunday night cook not sure as it was the first time we visited.
Friday night dinner after the city monthly bazzare. Ordered the chicken pesto pasta. My GF ordered a turkey sandwich. Food was good even the hummus starter. Drinks were pretty good too. The atmosphere was very sportsbar but a chill spot.
Definitely the best food and drink combination place I found anywhere near Long Beach Memorial Hospital where I have stayed the past week taking care of my son who's admitted to the hospital. Meals that are decent have been hard to find in the area but I'm really happy I found this place Mackenzie is a great bartender waitress and recommended the chile verde macaroni and cheese which was wonderful good beer selection definitely coming back
First time, but definitely not the last. Great atmosphere. A bar with multiple TVs for sports. Seemed to have a pretty good selection of alcohol. Food was fantastic. Loved the Boom Boom Shrimp and the Sourdough Pastrami. Will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.
Another meal in LB, with my brother and sister-in-law. They took me to Knolls. We shared the calimari and boom boom shrimp (my favorite of the night) . I tried the short ribs, my brother the pork chop and SIL had one of the salads with salmon. None of us had room for dessert! I also tried the blackberry sangria. While the short ribs were tender, they really didn't have much flavor and according to my brother the pork chop was okay, but nothing special. I like the vibe of the place and there were other things on the menu I'd like to try so I'd go back.
Pretty great spot. Great beer selection. Good amount of tv’s. Outdoor seating is exceptional pending on weather. Customer service is always good too. Will definitely come back. The only thing i don’t like is the “burger” choice. Price varies on the meat you choose, you only get a couple toppings, and of those toppings cheese is included(a sham) along with bbq sauce. So I probably would never get a burger but hey the rest of the menu is good enough for them to keep their 4 stars but yea. In my pictures I got a seared ahi sandwich which was pretty good, has a wasabi mayo sauce that I don’t recommend but after i changed the sauce it was really good. Also pictured is a chicken and Brie sandwich and their wings. It’s always good to know what the wings look like before you order.
First impressions: Delicous food, but the service was lacking. Could have gotten a 5 star. Food was great. The Ahi Salad was a hit. 3 members of my party each ordered the salad, and cleaned their plate. I had some ahi myself, and really enjoyed it. I ordered the lobster mac n cheese. It's a pretty simple dish, and if was made well. I really enjoyed it too. 3 star rating boiled down to the experience. The building was fairly packed, so it may explain the service we got. Our server missed several of our requests: straws with our drinks, extra napkins, and utensils. Our food was brought to us, but we did not have utensils to eat it with. Attempting to flag someone down to help along too about 10 minutes. The overall experience made me wonder if it was worth waiting 25 minutes, and paying the fairly high price of the food.
Ate here with my family. Took them almost an hour and a half to bring our food. The waiters were unattentive and never brought refills or asked how anything was. My lobster mac was decent, not like Gladstone's lobster mac, butttt decent. The atmosphere is nice, well designed and decorated. Seems like a good place to socialize and have a drink.
Really wanted to love this place, food is mediocre at best. I've had the burger as well as a sandwich there. My wife had a vegetarian option, we gave this spot a try 3 separate occasions and the service was sub par to say the least. Beers are cold and they have TV but I'd rather dine somewhere else.
It's just too expensive. Food and service was great. The drinks were overly priced for what it's worth. The spicy cantaloupe martini was pretty good, but it tastes more like a spicy jolly rancher. The best food were the fried calamari, fried zucchini, classic BLT, and the philly steak.
The server was trying but I think he may have been 1 of maybe 2 for the whole restaurant. The food was ok but for happy hour the prices are a bit much. The happy hour Irish mule didn’t taste like it had any whisky in it at all.
Had a company holiday dinner there. Food was good if not exceptional. Prices were about average. Beer selection was fine but less of a selection than you'd expect for a 'brewery restaurant'. All in all a decent experience than didn't disappoint but nor did it thrill.
Very friendly staff. We ordered a few beers and they arrived at our table quickly. The vegetarian burger and ham & cheese sandwich that we ordered were really greasy. The fries were good. On our one experience, I'd say "Go for the beer and service; eat somewhere else."
The Korean Steak Tacos are meh at best. The Garlic Fries are good but the portion size... Is lacking. Over all it's a cool hangout spot for you and your friends.
The waitress was very nice to us, but there were many things about the restaurant itself that i didn't like. It smelled like pee where we were sitting, the last time I went to eat here with my friends we all got sick, the tables are way to high and the booth chairs are way to leaned back so it's hard to be comfortable. I wouldn't purposely go to knolls. The wings we ordered weren't fully cooked and still had blood in them. The food took nearly an hour to get to us.
This place looked like it would be great. I don’t like to post reviews that are negative, you can see my history unless it’s really not up to par. We asked the servers what they would recommend and one said well we don’t get to taste everything and it showed! Food was okay. We had the bang bang shrimp, the sliders and tried the Mac and cheese balls…. They were all okay. Best thing was the shrimp. Drinks were good. Service was good but I don’t know if I would go back. There are plenty of other places I’ll try before coming back. Potential is there just missed the mark and maybe it was an off day but when your servers can’t give good recommendations, it says something about the venue. I say give it a try but just know it might be a hit or miss.
Everything about this place is good except the service. It's horrible and the slowest in town.
Sadly it was an experience, though memorable more lack of service. Sunny afternoons in Long Beach; I attempted try a new spot. I sat in the bar area, seeing that's where the guests were enjoying their afternoon. After ten minutes of waiting, I moved to the bar to hopefully order a burger or something to go. After another ten minutes, likely more, is when I cut my loses and left, still yet to be acknowledged. I've worked in restaurants & hospitality for over 20 yrs, it honestly felt surreal. Such is life.
Darn it, should have listened to the other reviewers. Service is horrible, the waitress had no idea what she was doing (time to retrain Teresa?) Took 10 minutes from the time we sat until we were seen for the first time. 30 minutes later, still waiting for food and it's not even busy (on a Saturday evening)...beer selection meh....food had no flavor whatsoever, won't be coming here again. Edit: I have to leave a good review to get a reply? Seems that way.... On a side note, their hoppy pale was great.
Loved that it’s quiet enough to enjoy a conversation. Ol fashioned Sucked! Garlic fries, puddle of oil w chunks of garlic, BBQ slicers.. pinch of meat lots of fat, globs of bbq sprinkle of cabbage. Don’t come hungry! Took 20 min for water…knew I should have left. Chix wings bloody!burger raw! 🤮
We have been here a few times and food/drinks were great!!! Tonight was different, my husband and I hamburger came out first (we shared) my son had to wait over 5 minutes and we order the same thing. Our hamburgers were over cooked, they messed up our fries. The only thing that was good was the wings. So sad when you spend good money on dinner and it sucked.
I attend this restaurant regularly. Manager Nano is never to be seen and will avoid contact with customers as much as possible, the host is sometimes doing other peoples jobs since no one else will do it. I tried to speak to the manager about this and he just had an employee talk with me. He's very unprofessional and only seems to be by the female bartender's sides . Great food i must say
Food is kinda bottom tier. Burger patty was brought out burnt to a crisp, and the entire food menu and food just seemed sloppily put together. The food was honestly not good at all. I’m not the best cook but I can make food 10 times better than that kitchen puts out, also the plates at our table were still dirty and utensils didn’t look any better. They need a major change in management if this business wants to survive.
Nasty thing found in my husband’s beer. Looked like a worm or some gross buildup from the tap maybe. Either way. Then the server asked if he wanted to dump it out and get the same beer again. No, thank you, sir and you shouldn’t be serving that beer to anyone honestly! Food was just meh and not very fresh tasting anyway. Really put us off this place. I can’t in good consciousness recommend this place to anyone.
Used to love this place now I don't go, Because they have gotten cheap with the portion of meat in the burgers. I've talked to the manager and he confirmed that the meat is supposed to be 2 fingers thick. And now they're make them one finger thick or less.😡 I have brought this up multiple times to the workers and the manager. Manager said that he will make sure it's taking care of but nothing has changed except the prices are more Expensive... I used to brag about this place. How good the food was and how good the portions were... Love this place, It has a lot of potential to be a very hot spot, Hopefully they make the corrections maybe add some more new things to the menu... Other than that is a cool place to kick back and relax. Will update my review once I see restaurant has made improvements. 🫣🫣🫣 P/s Wish I could upload the picture but I don't know how
I think I had better meals at Jack in the Box. My partner and I walked into this establishment at 9pm and weren’t greeted or acknowledged for 6 minutes until being let know that it’s self seating with no sign saying that. Upon opening the menus right off the bat, it’s definitely a higher price point than expected considering the atmosphere of the space is bar-ish. Once we placed our meals, it took him about 30-35 minutes until we got our food. I ordered the chicken breast sandwich with garlic fries and was very excited to eat it, but was very let down once eating one of the fries and they were all cold. The sandwich was subpar and definitely a let down, especially for $19. My partner got the fish and chips and the fish wasn’t cooked all the way through with the chips being mediocre. We asked for a to-go box and the check and it took him 20 minutes to finally give it to us. We paid and left very dissatisfied and still hungry. Definitely won’t be coming back for a while.
