Port City Tavern

Was a great date night experience. The bar staff was amazing and made the drinks were perfect. The food was excellent and the outside dining made for a perfect evening. We will definitely making port city tavern a regular stop every time we come to town.

Recently opened, replacing an established neighborhood bar; Iguana Kelly's. Looks to keep basic floor plan, with upgrades proceeding (restrooms much much improved). Service on patio was excellent as servers are eager to make one feel at home. Fairly extensive bar food menu I aim to dive into on next visit, probably very soon.

Walking into this hidden gem I must say it’s outstanding!! Greeted by Frank with amazing drinks!!! Frank has the best customer service ! So welcoming and humble !! The bathrooms are sparkling ✨ smell amazing ! This place is such a vibe !!!

Superb atmosphere with innovative cocktails There is no food available but they do have a popcorn machine with free popcorn and a pizza stand opens up at 10 pm by the the side of the building which gives lots of options Pizza is $10

The Halloween set was amazing this year and the silent disco was rad! Looking forward to the Christmas decorations, it's my favorite thing port City Tavern does each year! Specialty Christmas cocktails, presents hanging from the ceiling and tinsel everywhere. The level of effort they put in is worth the trip alone to see!

Great little bar with affordable signature cocktails and a rotating draft beer. Lots of billiards and little games on the table. Highly recommend for a nice chill night put and a few good drinks. We had a simple old fashion (really well made with a sphere ice) and some beers. And the bartenders were very friendly.

Great bar, super laid back & the best thing is they have SO many games!! From darts, to shuffleboard, ring toss etc. staff is awesome!! had a great happy hour too!!

Went here with some friends for the Super Bowl, we all had a great time. Bartenders were very nice and accommodating, they had free food and good vibes. Will be back.

Love karaoke on Monday nights with Kraken Karaoke! I've driven past this bar for years, but only went to check it out after they started doing karaoke, and I love it! Karaoke is such a good way to start off the week, everyone at this bar is always nice and chill, they have pool, the drinks are really good and fairly priced, and bonus - There's a popcorn machine! Really cool spot.

I didn't get food here so that rating is for drinks only. Interesting spot for a bar but it works well. The bartenders were quick and efficient. And made quick work of the line at times. Mixed drinks and beer all tasted good

We went to Port City on Fri night (11/15) with some friends to watch the Paul/Tyson fight and have some cocktails. Got there around 7p. We got a good table, bartender (Josh?) was great, we had fun chatting it up with other bar patrons. The pizza guy Javier (Terra Mia) was awesome! Watched the fight, DJ started and we kept the cocktails coming. Five star experience til then (around 10p). Then the pool table crew came in. They seem to be regulars who felt they owned the table. They have a whiteboard where you put your name down to play. We had our name erased and not so pleasant interactions with the people playing. Then the bouncer came over talk to us as if we were doing something wrong. We paid and left. Definitely felt like we were being “talked to” for making trouble with some regulars. Unfortunate end to an otherwise really fun evening and pretty cool place. We then made our way to 3636 and had a great time. To Bar Management: i would highly recommend that you ensure those playing pool are doing so fairly and ask your bouncers at night to objectively review and respond to situations. You have a great place. We are locals and would love to frequent your bar. Unfortunately we will be rethinking that going forward.

Excellent espresso martini. Nice staff. The space is ok. Too many TVs for my taste but the mix of indoor and outdoor space is a nice touch.

Bartenders were only helping their friends and taking shots not actually working and helping the guests waiting for a drink over 30 minutes at the very front of bar terrible service we kept watching them ignore us but help the guests that came after us. First and last time!
