First time there and excellent vibe for everyone. The manager Christian is the bomb. When I waited 45 minutes for my vip section to get served he stepped right in and provided exceptional customer service. No excuses he definitely wanted my group to have a VIP birthday experience. Id definitely visit this place on the regular. 10/10 ratings. Also excellent wait staff the guy with the ponytail was polite and friendly and VERY accommodating. Apologies I didn't get his name. You definitely should visit this place.

Located on Pine Ave. & W Broadway. There's street parking, but it can be challenging to find a spot during peak hours. We parked about 1 block away in the 'Landmark Square Parking Lot' using the Pine Ave/1st St. entrance and paid $15.50 for 4.5 hrs. We were walking down Pine Ave after dinner on a Saturday evening, looking for a place to enjoy some drinks. It was a UFC PPV event night, and we were hoping for a place that was showing it. As we walked by Shannon's, my friend noticed they were showing the fight, so we walked right in. No cover charge. Of course, the place was packed, so there were no empty tables. We didn't try their food but their drinks were very satisfying. We had a great time watching the MMA event and enjoyed a few cocktails. They have plenty of TVs throughout the pub featuring live sports. Bar tenders were awesome regardless of how busy it was.

Great place to go to and meet up with your friends. Excellent security that actually treats you like a human until you mess up and you find yourself on the other end of their friendliness. Great food and fun staff. It's like going back in time and finding yourself walking into Cheer's where everyone knows your name. It's that type of place.

Come check out Shannon’s on Pine if you’re looking for a cool sports bar with a good selection of beer on tap and some delectable comfort food. The menu is on point, they have good nachos that are filling and loaded. The outlaw burger is a must if you’re a burger lover like myself. Try the buffaloes wings and the elote and the fish tacos as well. Catch a game in there anytime of the week and chow down and drink up.

National Burger day! Burger and fries actually really good and a fresh banana shake.. patio seating.. place is a bit run down could definitely use a face life but food was greaT!

Tasty food. Clean shop. Great waitress. Burgers super greasy. This picture is the grease that came off of just one Burger not including all the grease that went all over my hands. This is been a repetitive complaint in the other sites. The food was good.

Was the only table there. Fries were cold and unseasoned... They tasted like nothing. Lol but like always it's a cute place to grab a bite.

Really good service. Friendly cashier. The shakes aren't that good but their burgers are on point ! Very clean. I like that they're right across the street from a dayclub. Everytime we visit, I always sit outside and eat so I could listen to some great music 🎶 It's always a vibe!

Came here after work with some coworkers. They have a pretty good happy hour, $6 wells and marga, $2 off beers. We also got some fries and chips & salsa w/guac. Overall a fun place. They also put sports on the TV.

Bartender was super friendly and attentive. Fish and chips were better than expected. Took it to go and it still held up once I got home. Pleasantly surprised. Bathroom was super gross and stunk, but I expect that from a dive bar.

On the weekends, this place is really lit. I haven’t tried the food yet but the service is good and the atmosphere is really nice too. There is an upstairs floor with the DJ booth. Also, they have a Secret bar downstairs where there is a more quieter atmosphere like for a date nights, and to enjoy a nice dinner, but upstairs is more fordancing, mingling this place on the weekend

Perfect place for a 20s - early 30s crowd. Has the music, drinks, vibe, and crowd. Almost like a clubby bar but without the club or cover charge. Drinks are good, bartenders are as friendly as can be, given they are stretched thin with Friday night crowd. Bathrooms are a miss, but that's kinda to be expected in a bar like this. Piss on the floor, empty drink glasses, etc. My preferred place is hidden underneath, secret island.

I still can’t tell guys. The vibe was a little weird. Service was just as weird. Food was solid though and so were the drinks. So if you’re in your own company and don’t really care about the service or vibe, but want solid drinks and descent food, this spot is not too shabby.

My boyfriend loves this place, but I find it a bit childish. It's mostly a place where young people, binge drinkers, and alcoholics convene for a good time. The DJ is usually pretty good on the weekends, and service is always great. They do not have a very good selection of alcohol, the wine is cheap wine, and they hardly have any top shelf alcohol. You can go upstairs by the DJ to dance, which is kind of cool. I have never eaten here, so I do not know if they serve food. I prefer The Carvery next door, which has good food, good wine, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Dive bar. It's been in Long Beach for years. It's fabulous on the weekdays but it can get very busy. It's certainly fun on St Patrick's Day, tho, of course. They have a new upstairs area that is very clean. I was up there during the day when it was super bright and the windows opened so it was kept fairly cool. I wouldn't go back deliberately. Nothing is particularly great about it, except the location.

This restaurant use to be a staple in Long Beach but this is my 2nd time going in since the remodel and I’m disappointed in the service. Greeting was poor and just as dark as the atmosphere. The place smells and it’s barely holding on I’m sure due to the customer service.

Server never refilled drinks. Guess he's new. Food was ok. Need to keep doors closed as Flys were constantly harassing.

The shrooms were over cooked and they were not whole mushrooms. The onion rings were undercooked. Last but not least the tots did not taste fresh, but they tasted frozen. The only great thing about this place was the shake and the waiter.

Im surprised this location is still open. I went for a date and it ended up being the worst possible choice. With much regret in my heart. There were only two workers in there and I had to go up them to take my order because they would not go up to you. The female and male worker were both sitting down on their phones most of the time and had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All the sodas were flat and when I asked for a lemonade replacement it was strait watered down and disgusting. The shake we ordered was pretty much melted and in a to go cup with no nice presentation whatsoever so ever. I’ve been to Johnny rockets before and had a great experience and great food. Im not sure if all of the restaurants have changed but this was by far the worst restaurant experience I have had. How they afford to be at this location? I’m not sure but never again.

Took forever to take our order, server wasn’t the friendliest idk if she was having a day but she seemed to be in a bad mood and quick to stay on her phone. Soda was flat so i replaced it with a lemonade but that seemed to be watered down as well. The milkshake was more like soupy cup of chocolate. they brought the order out wrong but took it back to fix. Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong lol which is unfortunate because its at a location that would make it easy for them to thrive if they could just provide some hospitality.

felt more like a nuisance than a customer unfortunately.. the employees were more worried about scrolling through their phones than serving me, i had to go up and order (i thought this was a dine in restaurant). It was my birthday and i had a lousy experience, needless to say but i should have went to ruby tuesdays instead.

I do not suggest this establishment to anyone. The ambiance was clean, but the building was quite empty. However, the burger was disappointing as it was soggy and the meat was of poor quality. It was overly salty and greasy, and surprisingly did not come with cheese, which required an additional payment. The meal itself was quite expensive at $14.99, and that did not even include a drink or cheese. The customer service was acceptable, but overall, I will not be returning. It is advisable to save your money or dine elsewhere. My first visit back to this place was a major letdown.

Shameless business! They altered the charge and filled in a higher tip after I left. What you did is considered forgery! I only ordered one Coke, and you didn’t even bother bringing it to my table. How dare you expect me to give you more than 15%? Extremely dishonest and disgusting practice. I hope your place goes out of business soon.

Music wasn’t good enough to dance to. I tried to walk to the bathroom and got groped by two different men. I gave them weird looks for pulling my arm and they looked at me as if I was the crazy one. I was just trying to enjoy my time with my friend and my wife. She was with me when they touched me. I won’t be returning.
