Best snowcones and the only snow cone place that offers gummy bears with the snow cones. I always ask for extra gummies and they always make sure I get them...I'm spoiled there🤗you rock Quenchies❤❤❤

Every time we go there their service is good and the snow cones are the best! My family and I love to go there on hot days during the summer.

Today was my first time there and the lady was very friendly and the snow cones were awesome. I wish I had enough to tip her, I'll make up for it next time since we will be back.

This place is so great! They take debit/credit cards and they are always very nice. Sometimes the wiat is a little on the longer side, 10 to 15 minutes but it so worth it.

Probably my favorite snow cone place in town. They have TONS of flavors to choose from, and they aren't stingy on their syrup pours. Pretty quick for the number of cars that are lined up outside. Size of the cups versus cost is a great tilt towards the customer. Cups sometimes look like buckets! Will come here again.

Probably my favorite snow cone place in town. They have TONS of flavors to choose from, and they aren't stingy on their syrup pours. Pretty quick for the number of cars that are lined up outside. You either think Quenchies is the best or Shivers. It's up for debate but sometimes the outside smells like urinal cakes. Again this pace is great and I go here all the time but it smells like urinal cakes while you're waiting for your snow cone.

Only once have they messed up my snow cone. 9 times out of 10 they're amazing.

My fiancé and I stopped through on our way back home to Louisiana and there wasn’t no cars in line. We drove up and was acknowledged right away. The girl that took my order was sweet and kind and took care of us right away. Only thing I didn’t like was the ice was pretty hard on top but other than that it was okay. I’m used to that soft shaved ice in Louisiana. I’ll be returning due to it wasn’t soo bad.

Good snowcones. Lots of flavors. The wait times are sometimes very long. Prices are good. Limited sugar free options and they are very strong and overpowered by Splenda. More is less with that type of sugar.

The wait is very long. Each car takes a minimum of 10-15 mins to get their sno cone. They should have someone come out and take a few orders like the sno cone stand in Tyler which is much faster.

This was a big mistake and a waist of money. You couldn't taste the tiger blood due to all the cream that was in it. I normally don't give bad reviews but I won't go back. We had to pour 3 out.

Horrible service. Waited in line over 20 minutes for them to help a single customer. Also only snow cone stand I have ever seen that charges extra for mixing flavors.

They charged me 14$ for 2 small cups of shredded ice worse service ever. I asked for a refund & they charged me 6$ more thieves.

Presentation was poor, no color to it, didn’t put sweet cream and then had an attitude and put a pinch of it somewhere in there. Girl at window never smiled, didn't speak other than to take my order. When I said this is a mess, she shrugged her shoulders. Not worth the money anymore, nor is trying to figure out when they will be open. It's a roll of the dice.

If you can get there when it's open... at least a few times they taken so long it's a slushie, not a snow cone. Other than that, they are great.... But don't go out of your way to make a trip... like I have done several times. So frustrating. *** tried coming again, 45 minutes before closing. 1 window open and 6 maybe 7 cars in line... with a cone to stop anyone else from getting in line. I wish someone would open another place close to the loop. Shivers is way to far on the other-side of town or that would be the go-to.

I went to quenchies and had the worst experience. 🙃 The two girls working on Sunday's really give terrible customer service. Also these are the most juiceless snowcones I've ever had, I will not be back.
