Took a bit to get our food, but get, it's not Mickey D's! My burger was perfect..and the fried pickles are the best in Texas. Not those quarter size pickles...the long ones!

I've always loved their lunch but this was my first time getting their breakfast and it was delicious also 🤤

Jucy's is a family owned business with morals. They hire staff who know how to treat and serve their valued customers. We do not know the owners but know they must have high standards for themselves and all of their employees. Service and food amazing as always But then tonight, 4 days after my last review, and ate sitting in the dive through line almost 20 minutes, I get a Crispy Chicken Salad and paid $12 for almost zero lettuce. I had literally just walked out of Nanny Goats because I refused to pay that much for a salad with nothing in it, and got the same thing at Jucys. Very disappointed.

I recently tried Juicy's Hamburger, and honestly, it's a solid spot for a good burger in town. The burgers are juicy (as the name suggests) and really flavorful. They're a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, the quality justifies the cost. The place has a decent ambiance, nothing too fancy, but comfortable enough for a casual meal. While I think the burgers are great, some might find them a bit too pricey compared to other local options. Overall, if you're in the mood to splurge a little on a quality burger, Juicy's is worth checking out. It's not your everyday burger joint, but for an occasional treat, it hits the spot.

My boss took me to this place. He hyped it up as soon as we hit E TX. It did not disappoint. The burgers are amazing here. The food was cooked perfectly. The fries were fresh. You can even have a couple cups of beans while you wait for your food. The beans are really good as well. Place was not crowded and the staff was friendly and informative.

This is my third time to eat here. However, we were in town for a family wedding and I brought my extended family to experience the excellent food. I told each family member (10) that the burgers are freshly grounded with flavorful seasoning. My father in law tried the double cheese burger. My mother in law tried the grilled chicken sandwich. My daughter tried the chicken fried steak burger and was shocked when I brought it to the table. She said, "how am I supposed to eat all of it!!??" Ha ha ha. We all tried tots, onion rings, fries and the delicious smoked beans. You won't leave Jucys hungry. The front desk staff helped my in laws explain some of the food choices which helped me. The kids menu is perfect for my 10 year old grandson. When we are back in town we will definitely be back! We live in Fort Worth Texas.

I had a Bacon Cheeseburger fully dressed with all the toppings. This burger definitely lives up to the company name "Jucys", because it was definitely juicy! It was also flavorful. They surprised me with the size of the burger as well. It was so big that me & hubby shared 1 burger 🍔. We were in town for my husband's family reunion and needed something quick to eat, because the food wouldn't be ready at the family reunion until later in the day; so we went through the drive-thru. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Awesome burger with really crispy bacon on fresh toasted bun. The meat is well seasoned, tender, lean and juicy, easily one of the best burgers I've had. The bacon Cheddar is my favorite but the Cowboy Patymelt & the low carb no bread burger on lettuce leaf are my other go to burgers. Our favorite one to visit. Figured I’d update and add to the review. Been eating at Jucys for over 20 years starting in Marshall, but ate at this one more than any of the others. To be honest I didn’t know what to think about it when the remodeled this one, but it’s grown on me. The food is still just as good as it’s always been and the beens are the Star of the show. I just wish they would give me the recipe for them.

I have been here, years ago, and was pleased, but was a little skeptical because of some of the recent bad reviews, but I was not disappointed. The Black and Blue Burger was GREAT! As usual. So were the fried green tomatoes. The service was excellent, and the place was spotless clean. Usually I would use the drive-thru, but tonight I went inside. Maybe it was a coincidence, but my burger arrived much quicker this time. They are a little high, but you get quality, so it's worth it.

Decided to give their breakfast a try and it was a hit! My kids loved the chicken and waffles. The waffles are the perfect balance of light, and fluffy with a subtle sweetness. When it comes to lunch or dinner: The hamburger salad with the jalapeño ranch is my go to meal. It's so amazing!

This is probably the best jucys in Longview. I ordered a junior burger and it was perfectly cooked. The tater tots were amazing. Mixing the tater tots with the complementary beans was a hidden treat.

Update: After posting this review I am sincerely pleased to say Juicy's reached out to me and apologized for my experience and gave me a gift. On top of that, Hunter,the restaurant manager, would not let me use the gift card for my lunch, he gave me a meal on the house. As for me, I know mistakes are made in business, but it is how you respond to those situations that makes you a good or bad place. WAY TO GO JUICY'S!! I have went to this location for years because I like the food and atmosphere. This morning that trust was broken. As I walked in no one at the front counter and as I stood for the better part of 2 minutes, as all the people in the back looked at me thru the window never saying a word, the lady that was working the drive thru came and took my order. I received my ticket at 7:16 ( now I am not the type that expects to be first at all but I was the only people in the place). After repeatly asking if it was going to be much longer and not getting an answer, except "it should not be much longer." For the next 15 minutes I had to listen to the lady that rang up and Kitchen talk and cut up. I finally got my food at 7:36. All I ordered was the breakfast special over medium, sausage, brunch potatoes , biscuit and gravy and coffee. When my meal came out the eggs were over hard almost green. I asked another guy there why so long and his response was they had drive thru on line orders and I was not first, which I understand. I have went into this place ordered a full meal in the middle of lunch rush and had it on the table in 10 minutes. What gives!!! On top of all this the lady that took my order started yelling at me when I was leaving. Thinking long and hard before I go back.

The employees are more than kind, the free beans are awesome, with a little bit of heat bursting with flavor! The onion rings with a combination of jalapeno ranch. OMG - this is the BEST breakfast I have ever had! This is their breakfast special. The brunch fries are amazing! One of the workers, Sara suggested I dip them in their homemade salsa and, oh so good! The biscuits and gravy are excellent. Nice big fluffy homemade biscuit. And the OJ was really good.

The name don't lie. The hamburgers are very Jucy 😁 I just got the standard hamburger and some fries and both were very good. No waiters here, you grab a little puck that lights up when your food is ready. It was ready very quickly. Much faster than almost any other burger joint. The burger was a very good size to. Definitely bigger than anything you could get from fast food. This was my first time at a Jucys but I'll be back again and again in the future.

So when I went up to order some, VERY WILLING to pay for them, the manager gave me some! Those were pretty Darned good as well! I have ZERO complaints about this place. It's a pretty good burger. The family enjoyed it. It's better than fast food on a long trip for sure. They have a decent section of burgers and normal accompaniment. The bacon and cheese fries were good and they have a big pot of beans on the counter self-serve. Was a bit odd to find at a burger joint but those were some good beans! I only gave it 4 stars because the counter staff wasn't very helpful. We were away from home and have never been here before. I needed more information than "yeah it's all good I guess, I don't really eat here". If this kid didn't have enough enthusiasm to take our order, he shouldn't have been working there. Just made me want to leave, but the food was good so I'm glad we stayed.

Really a solid burger joint! Burgers are very fresh and sizable. Fries are large, rough-cut and served nice and hot. The even have a good salad menu for you carb-cutters, like my better half. She had and truly enjoyed a hamburger salad. Not fast food, so expect to wait a few minutes for your order to be prepared, but definitely worth it!

I saw the sign and the reviews, so on our last day we decided to go to the nearest one (I saw 2 more on our way home). The burger tastes good but the bun gets weirdly soggy and sticks to your teeth. The fries had decent flavor but they were limp and had an unpleasant texture. Otherwise it was a nice place to eat. If they get better buns and cook their fries better it would go from mediocre to great.

This has to be one of the worst run Jucy's Hamburger in East Texas. The majority of the time it is a surprise when you place an order on what you get. I ordered a Cowboy grilled chicken salad. It looks like whoever made it was mad at somebody, because my chicken was ripped apart instead of cut up. And, the avocados were basically rotten in multiple spots. Now I know they saw that, but they still put it on my salad. Why?!! Then I guess the tomatoes were mad at everybody cuz they weren't nowhere to be seen on the salad at all. And of all things....how you going to give somebody a salad without any dressing. Come on now!! But I will take a little ownership for rushing because I was at work and needed to get back and didn't go through my order with a fine tooth comb.

Third time I've ordered online from this store and each time have not got my complete order. Today I ordered from there they did not provide any plaster wear for a chicken fried steak meal and they did not include the two orders of beans that I had put in and whenever I call them they're only responsible was come back and we'll remake it. Went for breakfast. My wife got the scramble bowl minus the pork products and added chicken. The lady in the back saw the order come through on her screen and proceeded to scold the man who took our order. “We don’t do that here!!!” she repeated very loudly twice. I got the chicken and waffles and realized I was not given butter for my waffles. So I went back up to ask for some and thought I would say hello to the cook staring at me through the open serving window. She completely ignored me Twice!! and seemed perturbed that I even asked for butter. Honestly the service with the individuals on staff this morning was enough that I will never return. And.. to be honest the food is very mediocre. Customer Service matters !! I say go on down to the next stop where your business is appreciated.

First off it was freezing in there, even my husband was cold. The burgers weren't very good, not very juicy at all. Fried green tomatoes were okay, husband said they were too squishy. One of the come machines was out of ice, and the other was out of sprite. Beans and onion rings were good as always.

Honestly - the taste of the food is always good. Jucys has great flavor. However there isn’t a single time we order takeout that this location doesn’t miss something. Whether it’s something on the order itself, or the condiments that go with it, just something. Call it frustration because I haven’t eaten anything solid on a week due to a procedure and was very much looking forward to those thick pancakes and scrambled eggs from Jucys, only to receive zero butter or syrup for the pancakes and too done scrambled eggs. Thankfully they actually notified me of being out of stock on one item I had and refunded me but truly this locations attention to detail is lacking. They sure stocked the bag full of jelly and ketchup, there’s about 20 of those for a two person order which seemed excessive, but no butter or syrup. Seems little but honestly, it’s just frustrating.

We ate here all the time. Over the years, I can name on one hand any issue we’ve ever had. The food is always great, the atmosphere is Nice uncomfortable, and Employees always accommodating. However, today we I had an issue with my eggs that I ordered over medium. They came out over hard And not warm. I can only assume they sat for a moment before being served. I took them to the counter and told them that I had ordered them over medium And showed them the eggs. They informed me that this is how upper medium eggs were cooked all the way through. And that if I wanted a runner center, I needed to order them over easy. Over medium eggs are not cooked all the way through, they have a jam still slightly liquid center. I didn’t argue, I just simply went back to my table. Typically the staff would just correct the issue, but I could tell that they did not want to. This made me Sad because we rarely have ever have issues with this restaurant, however, if there is a small minor issue, it is always readily fixed. Today was not the case.

Went to pickup my order, hoping deciding I dined instead my burger was super thick doubled patty, I couldn’t digest it ,I ended up. Vomiting , when I called my cider in I specified how it’s to be made I hit total opposite, it’s not about getting a free meal is about customer service, how the order is supposed to made

Spent 13 dollars on a bacon cheeseburger just to only get a cheeseburger won’t be coming here again i basically just paid for an onion burger this is ridiculous.

I picked up my order and found 2 long hairs in my food on the date of 5/7/2022. This made me not want to finish my meal or replace it. We called to speak to a manager about the situation. They offered to replace the meal but not refund the money. This will be the last time I get anything else to eat from this restaurant location. My experience this time around was disgusting.

My family stopped at the Jucys in Tyler ( Lindale location ) and will never return. We had been driving for a few hours in the rain and I used the restroom first. Since this was our first visit to Jucys, I wanted to take my time and look over the menu. My family stayed in the car. The young lady at the counter looked at me, but did not address me as a customer. She continued to walk around and look busy as I stood at the counter. Not to mention this was a Friday night and there were no other customers at the counter, but me. There had to be at least 10 staff members in the cooking area. I just walked away and went to the car where my sister had begun an online order, I had mentioned the rudeness and how I was not greeted or acknowledge whatsoever to my family, but she wanted to try the food anyway. We ordered. My order was $27 for my son and I to get the cheeseburger combos. Not only was the service messed up, but I took 2 bites of cheeseburger and had to throw it out, my son as well. The patties were inedible, they had been salted what seems like 3 or 4 times. Disgusting. Too many onions, soaked through the bottom bun till in was soggy. I know a good burger and this was not fresh made patties. So Mr West, please teach your staff to treat "all" patrons with courtesy and if you are going to have that many people in the kitchen, something should have been right.

Longest wait times, poor food quality. Forgot my taquito and then when I come back to get It, looks like It took a beating from a 10lb sledge hammer. Going downhill fast, and the prices steadily going up! Unreal
