Everyone complaining about wait times is a joke. Store just opened mind you it’s the only wing focused spot in town. Of course they are busy! Wing quality is excellent plenty of meat on the bone in.

This is only my second time ever having wingstop. First time we ordered delivery, we were impressed that time as it came fairly quickly, app easy to maneuver. Food was actually hot still and tasted amazing. Our only disappointment that time was we tried 3 flavors, one being the original hot and we were just slightly disappointed as the original hot were not really spicy to our expectations based off their heat scale. But they still tasted amazing! This time I came in to order and take home as my app was being a bit weird and despite a long line, it was recently fast going and AMAZING customer service skills from the cashier. He had exemplary manners and the way him and the other team members worked together and spoke to each other was PERF! I've worked in the field for close to twenty years and it takes a lot for me to be this impressed with a place. I really hope they keep up the great work!

Wing stop is absolutely amazing!! So happy to not have to drive out of town for it anymore! The People are amazing. Anyone saying anything negative is crazy, it is a brand new store it’s popping so the wait time is understandable. Food is always on point ! I came in ordered had an hour wait, went and ran errands and came back. They remembered me by name and told me just a few more minutes. Go place an order! Try the corn! You won’t regret it!!!

This crew is amazing, and the food is delicious. Opening day is definitely busy, but they are doing an amazing job with what they have. The wait times are long for right now but when everything calms down everything is going to be perfect. I hope everyone keeps coming back. I commend all the workers for their hard work. Great customer service. And they move as quick as they can for the high demand in the last few weeks. Even as a dasher I've had long waits but great customer service, friendly staff. When orders get misplaced or have been made wrong they don't make excuses they just remake the food to make sure things keep flowing. Honestly for how busy they've consistently been they are doing great.

I ordered through the app around 12pm and the food was ready when I arrived, which was probably a total of 20 minutes from the time I placed the order and picked it up. The place was clean and the employee that gave me my food was very thorough with reading my order back to me and making sure it was all correct. The food was hot and delicious! I got wings, strips, and fries. Very impressed with how fast I got my order and the quality with it being the opening day.

Food tastes great and service was quick. A bit too quick. I ordered online and it said 28-33 minutes. Got there about 25 minutes after ordering. Wings were done but cold. Would suggest just ordering at the counter. Gave me 4 cups of bleu cheese and lots of napkins which I appreciate.

First time I went there was a long wait but I went during lunch time so understandable. The food was cold unfortunately but they gave us a free brownie to make up for it. Second time there was a long wait too but everything was cooked perfectly. The people are so nice and helpful there I will definitely go again but probably once it chills out and isn’t so busy.

The Wingstop Gods heard my prayers! I was so excited that they finally opened a Wingstop here! The place has been non-stop busy since they opened, so it was a pain to get food from there. We went there once and they said it would be an hour wait! The second time we tried, we ordered online in the middle of the day end it was ready about a half hour after we ordered it, which wasn’t too bad. The fries we got that time were so cold. They’re clearly making batches of fries ahead of time and just letting them sit. That’s no fun. However, the chicken was cooked super well. Though, all three of us in my group felt like the flavors on the chicken were a little light. The next time we got the food, it was ready a bit faster, and it was the exact same issue. The fries were cold and the chicken didn’t have enough sauce/seasoning. My sister ordered lemon pepper and Louisiana and they have her all lemon pepper. I think this place has potential, but they gotta stop making fries ahead of time and give an extra dash of the flavoring on the chicken! I think what I’ll do next time is ask for the sauce/seasoning on the side and see if that makes it so I get a bit more.

First off this location has very limited seating only about six tables for dine in. The food is delicious but the ammout of waiting you will have to do is ridiculous. I placed an order online waited twenty minutes until it said it would ve ready. Went into the store waited an additional fifteen minutes. After a total of fourth five minutes I ask them again how much longer and I'm told to wait five more minutes for fries.

Good food but you have to wait 40 minutes for food if you call, order in store, or use the app to place an order. Also super crowded becuase of the tiny area they're located in. I looooove wings, but this place is not it. I recommend going to Shamrock's in town for the best wings ever.

Left more to be desired. Fries were nearly burned and over cooked. Sweet and savory seasoning was not my expectations but this is my first visit. I went up to ask the server what seasonings they use for the fries and I saw one person telling her what they were. But another told her to tell me to go to the website or download the app for the seasonings. I don't understand why she couldn't tell me.

Food was good. When we arrived to pick it up, we could see through the windows 2 children were messing with a bag of food on an open table. In my head, I was hoping this wasn't mine. I came in, gave my name, employees looked confused. They searched for a minute for my order, come to find it, the one of on the table next to the kids was mine. It sounded like an employees kids because they were communicating to one another. I don't appreciate my order being out in the open so people can mess with it. Or the kids that were running wild messing with my order. Or the lack of knowledge and organization from the employees.

This store just opened a week ago and I understand it has been very busy. However, the front doors are covered in greasy handprints, the lock is hanging on the door, the pop machine looks like it has not been cleaned since the place opened, and the floors were filthy. Our family has been to several Wingstop locations and we are really happy that one is now located in our town. I hope the General Manager sees this review and makes sure that cleanliness becomes a top priority.

I ordered a 6-pc combo of traditional bbq wings which tasted like something I could've made at home. However, the fries were really good. It didn't help that I was waiting almost a whole hour for my food! I didn't say anything until like 30mins in because I tend to be patient, but holy hell! They apologized, but still, I was not happy with waiting that long for mediocre food.

Like any other fast food place the food itself it’s good but every time I’ve come here they forget something and regardless if they are busy or empty the staff will take their time in preparing the order and still forget something

While the food was amazingly good, it took 45 minutes to get our food. We sat at the corner table near the window and noticed a nasty ant infestation. There was hundreds of little sugar ants along the base of the window and under our table.

The people are great and the food is always good. We’ve order from this location 3 times and every single time we’ve been missing wings from order completely missing 10 piece wings every single time is kinda crazy.

The food is fine. Good, even. But the service is SO SLOW. There is no reason it should take 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo. And the seating area is too small, and the AC is sorely lacking. I shouldn't be sweating when I'm waiting for my food.

To preface, I’ve been to Wingstop plenty of times in Seattle and decided to try out the new location here as I am visiting. Service and atmosphere was great at 10:00 p.m. It wasn’t too crowded late at night and the workers were very kind. However, we ordered two wing combos and we only received one. The boneless combo we did have was the wrong flavor. It was supposed to be Hawaiian which is one of the sweeter flavors, but it was spicy. The fries were also in bits and pieces, not many lengthy ones. Considering the other comments, the food needs to up its game for sure.

Place was packed, truly packed. People were in and out every few seconds. Standing room only. Thats why I cant understand WHY I would get dried up chicken wings. 98.00 worth of dried up chicken wings. If orders are going through that quick, how does it have time to get that dried up? I have been so excited for this restaurant, and I have to say I am so disappointed. The chicken wings at Little Caesars, are really small, but they are so saucy, flavorful and delicious. These just remind me of old dried up ones out of the hot case at the gas station. Sad, but true. Employee's and their customer service, were Amazing......

Walked in with my daughter and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while one employee trained another neither looking up or addressing us. Just continued training like we weren't there till we walked out.

So we got two five piece combos they said it was gonna be a 30 mins wait we waited for 1 hr and 20 mins inside the store mind you watching over 14 online orders and more go before us even the ones that were just ordered we ask about our food and we asked if the online orders had priority they said no but they totally lied our food was way over salted fries tasted like someone got a salt shaker took the top off dumped it on your fries the wings specifically the hickory barbecue was very overcooked the sauce had a pretty disgusting aftertaste one of the worse bbq I’ve ever tasted the other one was a hot honey rib very overcooked as well tasted like they dumped a lot of sugar on it it had a very disgusting taste I’m shocked that anyone likes this food very disappointing after they employee lied to our faces then made us wait inside for over and hour and 20 mins for 3/10 food definitely would not subject an enemy to order this food

Absolutely horrible...it was the first and last time we will eat there. A waste of money. We had a, boneless, 8 piece combo..with 4 Louisiana rub, and 4 lemon pepper. The chicken was not only dry, the coating dry, but it was horribly salty. The salt either covered up any flavor or there wasn't any. The fries also, drenched in salt...we actually threw away the last half because we just couldn't get them down. Then to top off our disappointment, the chicken piece were very small, with one of my four - the Louisiana rub - about the size of a large olive and hard because it was overcooked. Then they give you the order in a large - grocery size - sake even when dinning in...what a waste. So Yeah! We will not be returning!

Let me first start by saying I really enjoy Wingstop. But this store is GARBAGE. My partner and I had an online order it stated that it would take approximately 40 minutes. We arrive just before the 40-minute mark, we check in and they said another 10 to 15. Okay that is reasonable. We watched 10 orders go out. Check in again after the 15 minutes, they state another 10 minutes. Okay. Sure. We can wait. At this point, it's already been over an hour since we've submitted the order. Then they finally start asking names of everybody in there. They finally approach us only to tell us that the order has been in queue. However, it never was processed and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the order to be completed. 20 orders went out before they made any attempt at making our order. After >2 hours of waiting for this order, they also made no attempt at compensating nor did they give us a receipt so we could provide feedback. Had to go back to the online order and provide feedback. Oh and they shoved our order in one little box. Literally, overflowing like they don't have additional boxes. This store is just poorly ran and poorly managed. Employees constantly running outside to cars and dropping off food to who knows who. Pretty sure they are friends or relatives. Maybe stole our order. Smoking pot right outside. Priorities on their acquaintances and just chilling outside. Reminder: We were there for 2 hours and able to watch their employees just do whatever they wanted. This is my 2nd time to this particular store. I have been to several different Wingstops stores in the past and was excited to see this one open. My first experience was okay, it is what I expect after a week after opening. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely upset as my order was supposed to be done at 745 only to find out the order was lost. 40 min later received order. When I spoke to the manager he said my ticket was now first to be done .. only to count 7 others done first then mine. We will never go back there oh and the fries the fries were rotten potatoes totally un acceptable and the wings were over cooked.

If I could give just zeros I would. Wings were dryer than the Mojave. A couple of the sodas were out of syrup and the machine was out of ice. I tried to get one of the kids’ attention twice and they just straight up ignored me. Speaking of, it’s all a bunch of kids, they look like they barely got out of high school or are even still in high school. Prices are quite ridiculous for mediocre food. Soggy fries, dry and flavorless wings, carbonated water, the only good thing (I guess) were the ketchup packets. That’s it. I’m never trying this place again. Just terrible.

This is not the first time it happened. that’s why i always count before leaving. but man this is a repeat offender. then i have to wait another 20 mins just for the missing pieces!! what a waste of time and my money. always so understaffed

Today, November 23, 2025, at approximately 2:38 PM, I walked into the store and everything initially seemed fine. I intended to place a simple order: a large Cajun fried corn, half Cajun and half lemon pepper. This is a reasonable request and nothing out of the ordinary. However, the young lady at the counter immediately began accusing me of being disrespectful, even though I had not acted inappropriately in any way. She then refused to take my order or provide service. I waited to place my order, but she continued to deny service without any valid reason. I am requesting that the franchise owner or corporate management review the CCTV footage for this date and time to verify what happened. I believe the video will clearly show that I did nothing wrong and that the behavior I experienced was unprofessional and unacceptable. Please look into this incident and make the right call. Thank you.

Nobody ahead of us and took 28 minutes to get our order. Asked at twenty minutes and they said it was five minutes to get and five minutes to prep. All food is fried there, not sure what the hassle was and staff didn't seem concerned about the long wait. Fries were 50% over cooked bits. Boneless wings had odd texture. Had to try since they're new(ish) in town. Will not return. For the money, better off getting wings at Applebees.

Did an order pick up . They put all four flavors of wings in the same container and they were cold. Ordered seasoned fries they were also very cold and soggy. I added a side of cheese sauce that I had to pay 3.99 for and they did not put it in the bag.
