This place is truly amazing! It’s quickly become my go to burger spot. The food tastes fresh, it’s affordable and fairly priced for the quality of ingredients, and the staff is so friendly!

I’m a local and most burger places around here are pricey, especially Hi Ho Burger and Heavy Handed in Studio City. This place is truly a hidden gem! It’s half the price of the other two burger places and taste just as good, if not better! You also get to see the cooks in the back. The place is also vegan and keto friendly. What a steal! The burger is very good and the fries are great too. I’ll become a regular. The only issue is there’s only street parking. Would recommend and plan to come again!

Absolutely unreal value, I got a single combo and a double combo and paid less than $18 while the same order at In-n-out would be just under $22. Burger tasted great, fries were well seasoned and a huge portion. Will definitely go back and wishing these guys the best in their business endeavors!

Was just gonna get the burger but glad I got the combo, the fries were amazing and spiced perfectly and was impressed with their selection of herbal iced teas on tap. The service was friendly and warm. Next time, I'm gonna try the chicken burger!

I never go out of my way to review, but I have to say the wagyu burger was amazing. I've never had smash burgers before and i normally order chicken, but i wanted to try something new since i live really close to this store! Theres no burger places around here really, so I was excited to see one opened up. I passed by this place a couple of times, and i never really went until today. I will most likely be coming back to order some burgers for my family !

My first time trying Valley Smash Burger and I’m so glad I gave it a try!! I ordered combo#8 the vegan falafel burger combo with fries and a drink for only $9 and some change. What a deal!! The restaurant is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. But let’s get to the food! OMG this is hands down the best falafel burgers I’ve ever had! Front the toasted bun, to the smashed falafels, the vegan slaw and the crisp pickles this burger didn’t miss!! The fries were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this place. They also have wagyu smashed birders and grilled chicken burgers. For a little over $9 for a combo this was not only a steal but worth every penny because the food is amazing!! I’ll definitely be back real soon.

Wonderful downtown NOHO burger spot for a great "quality" burger at an exceptional value!! Owner was very pleasant and inviting! Where else anywhere in CA can you get a Wagyu burger and house made potato chips for under $10!?? Burger was juicy and flavorful. House made chips were on point! Will definitely be swinging by this place again when I'm in town! 10/10

Top tier smash burgers in NoHo! Get over here now before word gets out and they're slammed all the time. Great fries that are actually seasoned, also digging their house made chips. Burger sauce is perfect. Friendly owner and staff, place is clean, prices reasonable and the quality is there.

Great Vegan Falafel Smash Combo! It's almost too much food. The slaw on the smash is terrific. The bun to contents ratio is perfect. The naked fries are crispy with a light dusting of special seasoning rather than just salt. And they have some great flavored iced teas along with sodas.

This place is BOMB! I love that they have so many options on their menu, yet their style is simplistic and prices are super affordable. One of the owners, Garro is super friendly, makes you feel like family. The ambiance is great and service is fast. Definitely a go to spot and a hole in the wall you MUST try

I finally have a Smashburger place in my neighborhood! I’m so stoked. This place is really good too. A little too much grilled onions for my preference, so I will ask for them to go easy on it next time. Outside of that, really good. You definitely have to try this place. You won’t be disappointed if you like smash burgers. And the prices! Come on now. They are helping the community out by keeping their prices reasonable. Super appreciated. Hopefully they can maintain it.

For those of you who have seen “The Menu,” you probably remember that scene where Anya Taylor Joy’s character asks the chef for a cheeseburger. No deconstructions or pretentious stuff, but just a really good cheeseburger. Valley Smash IS that cheeseburger. In fact, it is the best smash burger in town. With its bright, nostalgic colors, comfortable counters and tables, friendly service and really great food, Valley Smash is refreshingly down-to-earth and uncomplicated. It’s almost deceptively uncomplicated, because the food is insanely good. The fries are seasoned and crispy— In-N-Out could NEVER. In fact this whole restaurant dominates In-N-Out. I will die on this hill, and anyone who tries this burger will agree. The meat is top quality, smashed and crisped on the outside but still juicy. The toppings—classic grilled onions, cheese, dill pickles and secret sauce—don’t overwhelm it. And it’s not just the burgers. My vegetarian friend raves over the falafel; another is in love with the chicken. And the price is right. Please support this local hole in the wall! We can’t let good food, service and community spots like this go to waste!

5 stars. It’s down the street from where I am so I I have been probably 10 plus times. Great burger perfect cheese to sauce to beef ratios. Great flavors all around and the pickle and bun are top notch too. I’d say it is up there with “for the win” and I like it better than “Heavy Handed” which is also really good. Lastly the fries are amazing beef fat (tallow) fries that are kinda like old school McDonalds fries but more beef stake cut. Definitely worth checking out.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The smash burgers are so delicious! Whether it's a single or double or even a triple!!! The sauce pairs perfectly and makes a great dip for the fries! I'm a fry guy and you can lose me if the fries suck! Not this place the fries are perfect every time, even when I have to travel back to the office or house, never soggy! The owner is also there every time I go and he is such a great owner! Eager to please and provide a great experience, even when I pick up and go! I feel the love he puts into his business!! Don't walk, RUN!! to get these smash burgers. The last thing I'll mention is the prices are amazing! I don't like to overspend for a burger and fries and this place makes me feel great about what I spend, which isn't much!! Let's support this spot and keep them going! You are going to be happy you chose this smash burger spot!

Well executed smashburg and the house made potato chips are alone worth the trip. Very reasonably priced menu.

TBH the food didn’t meet my expectations based on all the reviews. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t this amazing burger as said in prior reviews. They are really nice and great service but the menu is very limited (which makes it hard if you have food allergies) and the cheese used I think is just American slices which really bummed me out. The burger itself I thought was good tasting (the person with me disagrees and thought he burger was ok) but if you are used to higher quality food this isn’t the place. I work really hard and am particular about where I spend my money, I’m bummed the food didn’t live up to the hype of the reviews.
