I used Grubhub this past Friday and bought myself a Philisteak sandwich and 3 for my coworkers. The sandwiches were great and my coworkers loved them. I used to live nearby and grew up in Boyle Heights and can remember my mom always taking us when we were little once a month to King Coles as that was our treat. Great memories there and I need to make a trip back there and this time I'll be taking mom, instead of her taking me. Let me say this, the salads are simple but very tasty and satisfying. The Philisteak Sandwiches are the best from any where else. The Mozzarella Cheese Sticks are the best that I've ever tasted as they are not at all one bit greasy like other places, and last but not least, the pizza is oh so ever delicious. I've been coming here since I was in my mom's womb. Lol I am now 30 and I bring my own children. Its awsome . I still see the Sam manager that I've been seeing since I was a little girl. They've extended the back of the restaurant to more tables which is neat before it was just two bathrooms. They have juke box and fun little quarter machines. Flat screens to watch games n stuff. But I do gotta say I think they may have changed the pizza recipe cos it's not the same pizza I remember loving so much. Maybe it was a off day for them. Or me. Either way I may come back not sure only cos I dont live in L.A. anymore

King Cole has been around for years since I was a little girl my family would take us there and now l take my children also the pizza is so delicious nothing has changed love the pizza spaghetti salads and subs. I highly recommend King Cole Pizza.

My daughter ordered a pizza. Told me it would be ready in 25 min. I finished running an errand, showing g up at King Cole's 25 min later. Stepped I to location was greeted in a friendly person able way. Pizza was ready, I paid for it and after being thanked, left to enjoy this delicacy.

Pizza was nice and thin, crunchy. Lasagna had such a great flavor. Definitely worth the price. Went during the pandemic and we decided to eat outside. Only downfall was that there was no trashcan and we had to bring in everything afterwards. But other than that, its was amazing.

Been coming to this place since I was a kid and the quality has not changed at all. Their pizza is always amazing. I personally stick to just pepperoni but my family loves the Mexican pizza. Their hot wings are also delicious. If you don't mind the price I highly suggest giving them a try!

Calzone was delicious, that cheese is awesome. The Wings were just amazing, the airy texture of the outside just great. Best wings I've had in a long time. Half way through my meal and I was already satisfied. Nothing greasey, or "over-powering", could taste all topping on my calzone, marinara sauce wasn't watery like most places. Atmosphere was "old timey", looks great on the inside. Service was great, didn't need much, and minor mistake was taken care of almost immediately. Overall 10/10 will eat here again.

When it comes to pizza, the family comes to King Cole’s! We had a small family reunion over the weekend and the staff was very accommodating in seating our whole party. We ordered food and drinks. Food was brought out in a timely manner. Chef salads were made with fresh ingredients. Pizzas were tasty as always. THEIR CRUST IS TO DIE FOR. Potato wedges were crispy on the outside and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended every time.

I used to come here with my family when I was a kid. The food was always delicious, and the service was always great. I went today after years of not going and it's as delicious as ever!!! I even recognized one of the staff and he smiled when I told him I remember him from when I was a kid. Loved the food!!! Loved the service!!! My parents have been eating here even before they tied the knot, so I can argue I've had their pizza since even before I was born. The classic pepperoni and mushroom can't be beat, the cheese is gooey the sauce is sweet and savory, but the mushrooms are my personal favorite. My family has been coming for 39 years and we've never been disappointed. Get the family special, and you'll have more than enough for 4 people or even 6 (if you don't eat like my family,lol).

Saw the sign from the freeway and decided to try it out. So glad I did. Got a special that included a large pepperoni pizza, 8 wings, potato wedges, and a pitcher of soda. Wife got a side salad. The wings are awesome, I can only describe them as Mexican buffalo. BOMB. As for the pizza, it's perfect. It's not fancy, in fact it reminds me of school pizza, in the best possible way. It's simple and perfect. I especially loved the crust, it was crunchy and reminded me of bakery bread. My wife, me, and all three of my kids loved the food. A+

Best pizza you have ever had. The cheese is straight outta Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the sauce doesn't hurt my cousins sensitive stomach, and the ranch is perfect. Not full of people, plenty of room, neat parking! Actually do delicious it's the best pizza I've ever eaten ever. Also they have Soju !!!

This pizza place looks like it’s a local’s favorite. Just right off the 60 freeway. I’m not a big fan of pizza and only eat it when the toppings are really delicious, and yes, the toppings here are of my likings. The chicken ranch pizza was one of the best pizza I’ve had in LA. The fried chicken was also delicious and crispy.

I tried the food and loved it. It took a little long to get my food but it's made fresh so I was happy to wait. The Mexicana pizza and BBQ chicken pizza was delicious, loved the BBQ wings they were perfectly crispy and the sauce was delicious, mozzarella sticks were big, potato wedges were perfectly seasoned and crisp, but the chicken Alfredo was okay, if it had real cream instead of some other sauce in the recipe it would have been perfect, salad would have been perfect if it wasn't iceberg lettuce, garlic bread was good, my daughter loved the calzone. I think overall the food was perfectly cooked and tasted really good I'm rating the pizza and wings as some of the best I've ever had.

Was in the East LA area and my boys wanted some pizza. So did a little research and this was the best out of many. Ordered the daily special and everything was awesome wings, wedges,etc. I have tried pizza in Italy and California but this one was awesome but just one thing was missing the crust. The chesse and sauce were awesome but honestly the crust should be worked on. There always room for improvement.

They have the BEST lasagna ever. Not even actual Italian restaurants sell it this good. It takes a while to prepare so come with time, or phone in your order. The lasagna is so good, I have yet to try the pizza here.

Solid pizza! Grabbed lunch for the workers here. Paid 27 cash for a large Pepperoni. Came with free paper plates and jalapeños.. Took 20 minutes for it to be made. We swallowed it!.

They have really good tasting pizza. If they could figure out how to keep the center of the pizza crunchier....they would be #1. We ordered to go, but it's a nice place to eat. They have booths & tables, good for parties or sports banquet. And beer!!!

Pizza is great, wings are delicious, and staff is friendly. Lately, though-- I've noticed prices have gone up and the wings are super small. I ordered food yesterday for delivery and, I swear, the wings were mini wings. I've gone there over 20 years and I'll keep going, but King Cole-- you gotta step it up a little 🤗

If i could I would leave a 3 and half stars. I know covid must be an issue for this place as of late but the pizza is so good and very different from other places around. The deals here are also good for what they give especially their anniversary deal. I would recommend to bring families here for something fun but it is kinda pricey now and wings are too expensive.

I have eaten here before, i love their 🍕. Once i found $100.00 buck's on the parking lot, score..... Right up the street from my house And they are freeways 60,101"5"110 towards downtown L.A.. I have been coming to this place since I was a kid and it has not changed. They did expand the size of the location but the pizza has not changed. They offer spaghetti, lasagna, and salad but the best thing on the menu is the pizza. An extra large is about $18 but they always have specials. If you like a good slice of greasy pizza, this is the place for you. Parking can be limited as they share a lot with KFC.

Came here for lunch with no expectations, and i must say i was very pleasantly surprised! Garlic knots were excellent, and the bbq chicken pizza was super tasty. The whole vibe made me miss going to pizza parties with various sports teams after our season finished. Homey and low key. This will be a contender for our go-to pizza place. Only missing 1 star because of the plastic and styrofoam dishes, but that’s normal for pizza places like this.

2nd time visit, 1st time trying la Mexicana pizza, it gets a pass.

We had pizza, wings, garlic knots, lasagna, beer and pitchers of soda. Pizza slices were large and crispy. The pizza slices reminded me of NY style pizza. The wings were very good and came with mild, medium and hot options. Garlic knots were a hit and nice and buttery. There were no complaints about the lasagna. There wasn't a big selection for beer but the options worked for us. We were given frozen glasses for our beer...score. The service was very good and the staff was friendly. The building was an old building and if my memory serves me right I believe they have been in business since the 70's. We are not from the area but if we were in the area again we would definitely stop in.

I have been coming her before my little sister was born. And we went there when she was being born. Well the pizza super good. The buffalo chips are awesome and really good food. Unfortunately it had been sold again and my family and I are hoping the new owners do change the ingredients that were used on the pizzas and food..

First off, my dad told me about this place and how he's been coming here since the 90's. We got a large pizza, some wings, their mojos and some soda. Fed three to stuffed status so easily sharable with 4 or even 5 if you're a smaller in size group. It wasn't even that much either, would be like $12 a person and for pizza that is made when you order... Can't beat it.

My family and I had a good time we tried the pizza the pasta garlic bites salad it was our first time there portions were good and prices were very good the picture of soda $1.50 it is a great hang out place and can get noisy between the jukebox and people call great for family get together‘s NOT for a romantic dinner. Price & Staff were great the place looks a bit Tired Could use larger Booths & better Seating. NOT Handicap Friendly, hard to maneuver my walker around the place. Better lighting a bit dark. Will Absolutely come back.

Food was delivered via an app. Not sure WHY this place did NOT provide any safety seals. Entire order exposed, the wedges weren't even bagged, could've fell out in the car scrapped up and still delivered. MORE consideration for patrons delivery orders. Food was cool overall

They messed up my order so I got some free chicken wings which were ok. They are standard pizza place chicken wings dont expect too much from them but atleast they are decently sized.

Authentic homemade pizza in East LA. A family pizzeria, King Cole offers not only gooey, delicious pizza, but happy memories; making a favorite local spot. While there is no significant difference between pizzas, it is consistently good. Not only a classic, the pepperoni is my recommendation. The exterior - a castle is an affirmation of its independence as a one-of-a-kind pizza parlor.

Been going there since the early 90's used to be good but lately this place gone downhill. Cashier guy is lazy. Cashier and everyone that works there seem miserable to be there. Their customer service etiquette stinks.

This is the best of the best for the price you pay! Need to feed a hoard of co-workers or a pod of video gamers? Decent pizza that is affordable. Check out their many specials! Yummy on a budget! Way better than Little Caesar's!

Your pizza is amazing always has and I'm sure always will. Our family has been coming to your space from before I was born, so well over 20ish years. But this last time we visited Im sorry to say I was disappointed with the sudden over use of plastic and foam utensils. I'm sure it's a cost thing for you guys which is why I'm sure you switched over to these materials. Or maybe we were a big party and used these for us , but please research and become educated on reducing this that is literally killing our oceans. Thanks!

Was craving chicken wings and this was one of the places that showed. I am always up for anything, or place that's new to me. When I came in, it was a happening place. I ordered the 32 count chicken wings, great price. Service was great, everyone was super nice. The flavors were good, just to much vinegar in their buffalo sauce and their blue cheese dressing or ranch was watered down. Would go back, just order a smaller portion.

It was good a bit oily on the pizza, I did have the chorizo ham and cheese so I guess it probably would be oily lol, I have to say it was very tasty. Staff was very friendly and there is plenty of space for large groups. Service was quick, I actually would give them 5 stars for customer service and the pizza was about 3.5 stars. I’d go back

The Pizza is good so are the Hot Chicken wings, the Garlic bread wasn't really the best.... It feels like frozen food no flavor and it was cold. The spaghetti Alfredo was dreadful. The person who took my order (I don't know if he is the manager or the owner) needs to improve his customer service, It was also expensive for the quality and cuantity. I think it would be better ordering your food to go. Why? It can be deafening and the service is sub-par. The waiters don't have a welcoming attitude and they seem to care about customers' experience. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but our experience and time was lessened because of it.

Good food, bad customer service! They have a special posted outside their restaurant which I ordered. At the end they charged me regular price, when I asked why I wasn't charged as the special they simply said they didn't have that special anymore. I asked to speak to the supervisor. I told him they should remove the banner that mentions it on top of their restaurant and he just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders said sorry and turned back around. Soo I asked for a refund .. won't be going back!

I am new at this restaurant and I ordered to pick up food first of all guy on the phone was rude and inpatient and second the menu was wrong they have turkey as a topping but guy says they don't carry it I was trying to get wings but not on the menu but they have pictures of it and prices are different then online there website has coupons but expired as of 2019 🤦UPDATE PLEASE... I paid around $52 for a large pepperoni pizza, some wings and potato wedges first of all the pizza came out hotter than hell and literally falling apart even after it was cool down because I had way too much sauce on it and the wings were basically flavorless with no real Buffalo sauce on them honestly the only thing that I actually liked were the wedges but I will definitely not be coming here again unless they improve their quality

Their Extra Large ONE topping (yes only one topping) pizza was not worth the $32.44 I paid. I made an order on postmates and my total showed $20.95 but when I placed the order it showed that they actually charged me $32.44. That is an extra $11.49 that was charged. Once it was delivered the size surely did not match the price. The box was smaller than other pizzerias I've visited where I bought an extra large. (smaller than costco pizza) Also tipping is not optional and they provide the amount you should tip. I personally did not want to tip because of how expensive it was. Considering what is happening with this pandemic King Cole Pizza did not have any type of discount on neither deliver fees or their pricing for big orders such as this extra large ONE topping pizza I ordered. In my opinion spending $32.44 for an extra large pizza is not worth it.

Its a pretty cheesy joint (no pun intended) but they sell beer. Upon arrival, you'll notice The King's castle is colorfully outdated and not so well maintained... Doesn't really matter, inside they sell beer! Daily deals for loads of really bad grub. So if you'll take quantity over quality every time, this place is for you. You'll love it!... But you gotta drink a lot of beer!

So tonight I ordered a large pizza and wings and garlic bread and it was the worst pizza I've ever had. I will never go back there again. The toppings were falling off the pizza and the garlic bread was burned. The pizza seemed to be something that was homemade, and not restaurant quality. The wings were ok but I will never spend money there again. I dont recommend this pizza spot. Little Caesar's pizza is way better then this place.. Bad experience from beginning to end. Order my food. Took about an hour to receive my food. The lady forgot to bring over the pizza waited for half an hour just to get the pizza. The rest of the had gotten cold. She knew from the get go that she forgot the pizza she even didn't want to make eye contact every time she passed by the table. Till I walked to the front and asked not even hey I'm sorry nothing. To top it off the place is pricey and to get bad service. I dont recomend the place.

The manager with glasses is really rude, I go all the time and he couldn’t switch 1 order that they got wrong. I spend money there all the time with my family and he refused to switch my medium pizza. He only offered a SMALL pizza when I paid for a medium. Also when I called to ask for his name he asked for mine like if he really needs to know a customers name and then hung up the phone. Very bad service me and my family will never go back again. Said his name was John at the end but who knows he could be lying. Stingy manager.

Read all the reviews about generations of families coming here and was blown away and wanted to try it..I got to say I was very disappointed. Pizza was not flavorful, hot wings where so small looks like pigeon instead of chicken....maybe that why they sell beer so people can say it taste good....if you want good pizza go to an authentic Italian place... This place USE TO have the Best pizza in Boyle Heights! However, ever since they changed their cheese in the summer of 2017, it's no longer any good. The cheese taste so processed and greasy, it's not even worth going. (Unless you like greasy pizza). I don't! Everything else on the menu is OK.

We called in and asked about their specials and ended up ordering 4 pizzas. When we arrived, the price they gave us was completely different than what we expected. The cashier told us, "I didn't say that." In the end, we ended up paying $70 for 4 pizzas. Never again.

The Pizza is SO oily that the cheese separates itself from the bread. The buffalo wings are hard and taste terrible. The person who gave us the pizza even slid the pizza onto the table and it touched! Disgusting. We all stared at her and she just pretended like nothing happened . Overpriced and just overall terrible. Never coming back!

Came here for my birthday and we ordered pizza, wings and, fries. We had to constantly remind the about our wings but every time all they would say is that they were almost ready. other people that had ordered after us got their wings right away. we had finished eating and we never got the wings. I asked for a refund for the wings they never brought and was given attitude by a staff member.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! This place was beyond GROSS !!! 🤢 We order the family meal and the size was extremely small . And then to top it off when the pizza came I was cover in OIL . And then when I went to pick up the pizza everything slid off . The RANCH, THE RANCH looked like it was made of water !! To add we ordered buffalo wings, when they arrived it looked like it was covered in a tomato based sauce !!! It was the worst first time experience ever and a waste of $60! We went because based on the reviews it was “ delicious “. This just another over rated place, that has disgusting food ! I would NEVER in my life go there again ! #GROSS!!!

Very little amount of wedges for the price I thought it full of fries since the plate is pretty big but it was the ketchup packets and the dip that made it feel heavy.. make sure you check before you leave the restaurant. Lesson learned.
