Mia's Cafe

We stopped at Mia’s before our flight home, it’s a hidden gem! It was amazing! Everyone’s plates were empty when we were done. All made from scratch, the Fancy French toast was so delicious, my kids downed every bite of their burritos and my daughter’s omelet was on point! Thanks Mia’s cafe and Carlos in the kitchen!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found this place on Google Maps — the food pictures looked so good they immediately caught my attention. At first, I thought it might be one of those places where the photos look better than the actual food, but after seeing all the 5-star reviews, I decided to give it a try… and I’m so glad I did! Not only does the food look amazing, it tastes incredible. If I could give 10 stars, I would! On top of that, the service was just as great — Suzy, who attended us, was super friendly and welcoming. She really made the experience even better. Delicious food, excellent service — we’re very happy with our order. We’ll definitely be back!

DELICIOUS!!! CUTEST LITTLE HIDDEN GEM. I found this spot driving through the back streets and it was destined to try! Got to meet Cecilia who was a sweet heart! Excellent customer service and amazing food thanks to her husband Charlie! I wish them the best on their new adventure! Will definitely become regulars here. Food and drinks were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

In Long beach for the weekend and Mia’s Cafe did not disappoint. To begin with Anthony Echeverria was an excellent server, great attitude and made us feel welcomed. The food not only looked cute it was so tasteful. The atmosphere was peaceful and music was perfect. Definitely won’t be our last time coming. Mia’s breakfast plate was perfect for me. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem! We had the breakfast burger, fancy French toast, and steak and eggs. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will come back to try their lunch menu. Our waiter was very attentive and nice as well.

A hidden gem tucked away in an industrial area of Long Beach. This place maybe a little off the beaten track, but it's worth it. The chilaquiles was perfectly prepared. Crunchy while still saucy and sunny side up egg was done right. The burger was delicious. The staff are amazing, friendly and courteous and managed to deliver great service even on a busy day.

I love this place so much! The food was impeccable, plating was beautiful, and seating options were great! I believe we went in on their busiest day, but the owner was very apologetic and sweet. They are pretty short staffed at the moment, my friend and I waited a little over an hour to be seated but you can tell they are doing the best they can. I would definitely come here again, and I HIGHLY recommend! Thanks so much for having this beautiful little restaurant!

The experience was delightful and the service was wonderful. They were very attentive, the food was great, and the coffee was beautiful. I got the Iced Hazelnut Latte and Mia's breakfast platter with pancakes which was the perfect start to the morning. The picture is of their hot caramel coffee my sister got, also delightful. The flower was from the breakfast plate.

Great place. Food was not only delicious but service was great! A rate combination nowadays… we will do the 20-min drive for breakfast/brunch again! (Food was so good I forgot to take photo! I had the brunch burger and my hubby the Omelettes.. but here is photo of the complimentary appetizer they give you upon arrival)

Newly opened mexican cafe with what looks like a delicious selection of brunch and breakfast items. I myself had a raspberry muffin which was warmed with butter and fresh berry's on the side along with a nice scoop of whipped cream. Let me tell you it was really delicious 😋 I had to slow myself or else it would be gone in two bites! If you are waiting for your car to be serviced in the area, like yours truly 😎 Definitely come here to kill time and have something very yummy to eat! Honorable mention the service was on point! I was greeted with a smile, a warm hello and a friendly conversation. I'd 💯 would come back here.

Everyone needs to check out the little jem tucked away on 28th st. Cecelia's warm service is absolutely fabulous, and her husband is in the back on the grill and OMG!! It's where booshie meets your Abuela's traditions with a French twist!! Somebody give me a beat.. the food makes me want to dance.

The wait for food was way too long. My friends got their food (toasts) 55 minutes after we ordered, I got my order 1 hour 15 minutes after we ordered. Breakfast burrito took 75 minutes to make, wow! My friends finished eating by the time I got my food. It was around 10am on Saturday, the place was not full when we got there but it filled up quickly with people waiting outside by 12pm. This cafe should prepare better for their rush hour time. There was no acknowledgement or simple apology for the wait. On top of it when we asked for some extra whipped cream it was never brought to us. Food was good but won't be coming back because the last thing you'd like to do when you hungry in the morning is to wait for food for over an hour. Maybe grab a snack before you head to Mia's cafe.

My boyfriend and I were having lunch on Tuesday, February 24, and unfortunately, he found a hair in his food. When we placed our order, it didn't take long for them to bring us our food, but when they told him they would bring him new food, it took a long time, and we ended up eating from my plate until they finally brought his food after a while. They charged us the normal price and only offered us coffee, which we didn't drink. I understand that accidents happen, but what bothered us was the comment the man made when he brought the new plate. He said in a sarcastic tone that we should check it carefully and see if it had any extra ingredients (referring to the hair), and I think that comment was totally out of line after what happened.
