The lunch service was excellent. I ordered the sausage lasagna, side salad and garlic bread. The lasagna portions are large and hearty.

1st time ordering from the establishment. I ordered the Jimmy's Choice as seen on the menu area images. Very good dough, toppings on my pizza were good. The BBQ wings covered in sauce well. I forgot about my 2Liter sad...I was told to grab it on my way out but forgot because the friendly customer service young lady began to chat with me and lost track of my drink. My loss. They provide the packaged side of cheese and pepper flakes and plates, napkins too. The location inside is very big, very neat and clean. TVs are through out the restaurant. I will be returning to experience dine in. I ordered my dinner and picked it up. They told 15min for my order to ready and it was about 20min but that's fine with me as long as my pizza is hot. Menu is blasted on the wall upon entry ya can miss it.

This place has delicious food. We tend to enjoy their pizza as it doesn't give you heartburn as some other places do. And of course it is very tasty. We also enjoy their BBQ chicken salad. I could eat this without the dressing since the flavor of the chicken is so delicious 😋. The staff is also friendly to add. Photo has double pepperoni pizza & BBQ chicken salad with extra chicken.

Really love this place! Open super late, 3am on weekends! Can get super busy. TV's usually have sports on. Food is always great, the ONLY place I've been to that serves THREE meatballs with the spaghetti plate, always. Prices are pretty good.

Our firt time ordering from Big E. You wouldn't be able to tell standing outside but the place is huge. Neatly decorated. Personally I think the price is a little high for the amount of food but I think it's worth it.... great pizza

My 1st time trying their pizza was the meatlovers. With all the toppings and grease the pizza was VERY wet and unappealing. Taste wasn't bad but the sauce had turned watery with the grease. I gave them another go yesterday and they redeemed themselves. Chose the Home Alone special and it was great. Sausage pizza had great flavor and sauce, the salad was fresh and enjoyable, and the wings were crispy underneath the sweet BBQ sauce. Will order again. Staff was always friendly and ready to help, location is busy showing they know how to bring customers back.

I've been coming here for the Chef Salad for years. The quality is still great but the price is getting pretty high for it. With a fountain drink it came out to $18 for a large Chef Salad. Everything seems to be getting expensive these days, so maybe it's just part for the course, idk

First time going to this place. The servers were nice and attentive. Food comes out fast. The pizza was very delicious, it was cheesy, soft and had a nice crust. The lasagna was tasty. The spaghetti with meat balls was ok, but meatballs were very bland. The chicken Caesar salad was good. I would come back for the pizza and chicken wings.

Good pizza with quality ingredients and lots of cheese. The crust is not too dry and almost has a light sweet taste to it. I think there could be more sauce but I can always ask for that, so not really a complaint. They have remodeled and have plenty of seating now...so dine in if you like. They are also open late night!

I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza, the total for which was supposed to be a little over $18. When it arrived it was $29 due to a bunch of fees that I was told about over the phone when I placed my order. And to make matters worse one of the ranch dressing containers was broken open inside the bag with the plates. I called them and asked for a partial refund, they lied and said they told me about the extra fees and refused to even honor the fact that one of the ranches was broken open inside the bag. Very unprofessional and petty.

I never had an issue at Big E before or maybe it is because I would usually order out. My family and I love their food. But the customer service is horrendous!! I was shocked. We came tonight to celebrate someone’s birthday. My sister came before me and told me one of the workers was not courteous. He just gave her the menu, didn’t offer anything or wasn’t welcoming. Since it was a big party, I asked if we can get some special and quickly said no, since specials were only ordering out and delivery. I was going to order since we were there already but my family didn’t feel like they deserved our service. My recommendation would not be to dine in. Unfortunately Big E’s lost some loyal customers today.

I am blessed to have the ability to eat outside, but this food was just not good. We previously ordered the chicken ceasar salad but it came with a nominal amount of chicken. Garlic bread was more or less french bread from Vons toasted with garlic, maybe some butter. Thinking about it, the lasagna was overall nasty. It was merely a cream cheese and tomate souffle. The only thing in lasagna that should be creamy is the sauce, yet the cheese was almost a yogurt. The dinner salad felt like something from a cheap salad bar. I had a gut feeling about this place. Lesson: listen to your gut.
