So glad I came here for lunch! I work in the area and was looking for a new place to try. Let me start off by saying I love Italian food. I could eat pasta, lasagna, and pizza all day every day if I wasn’t keen on trying to keep good health. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and oh my, it was some of the best that I’ve tasted. The Alfredo sauce was 10/10 in my opinion. The woman who took my order was also very friendly and the restaurant looked clean. Will definitely be coming back to try their pizzas next time!

Just an amended review. Mozzarella sticks are amazing. Skip the chicken Parm hero. Um who cuts up the chicken for that sandwich a d definitely not enough sauce. The pizza has changed a little bit as good as before but still high quality. Best pizza in LA in Sherman Oaks. Can't say in LA anymore.

Stumbled onto this gem with my Girlfriend tonight! We were craving some pizza and Napoli's hit the spot. We love olive and mushroom pizza and this place made one of the best we have had (besides the ones we make at home). The staff was lovely, we basically had the place to ourselves as it seems this is mostly a takeout/delivery spot, but don't let that fool you. The dine-in experience was relaxed, the place was clean and comfortable, and it is everything I would hope to find in what is bound to be our new go-to pizza and Italian spot. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Second time eating here and I am very pleased. Very affordable prices and it tastes like Authentic Italian Cuisine. On my first order I got chicken tenders with fries and on my second order I got A Philly Cheesesteak which was the closest Cheesesteak I’ve had in California closest to one back home in Philly. It was all seasoned well with savory flavors. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who has never really had a real Philly Cheesesteak. Grazie, cuore per tutti 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹❤️❤️❤️

we order here almost every Thursday because my kid loves the meat lover Pizza, and they want to bring one slide for lunch at school, the price is very reasonable and order by phone is easy and quick thanks to the lady who always answer my phone calls. I don’t remember her names but I can recognize it when I saw her. She’s so sweet and friendly.

I could not be happier that Napoli’s is my local pizza spot. The food hits just right every single time. Friday night pizza time with my family is a guaranteed hit. The service in person, over the phone, and online is always top notch. Everyone who has ever helped with my order has been personable and kind. The menu is also pretty extensive and everyone can usually order something they’re craving. I’ve ordered something from every category and it has never disappointed. They have earned a customer for life!

I don’t remember her names but I can recognize it when I saw her. She’s so sweet and friendly.

Small restaurant with clean restrooms. Quick and friendly service. A lot of options to choose from. We ordered sweet potato fries, a salad, Napoli combo and their pesto shrimp pizza. You can get half n half on the pesto pizza with shrimp and chicken 🤩 Generous toppings. Enjoyed the food and the person helping was was super nice 💕

We were hungry for pizza and a quick check on yelp told us that this was the closest place so we headed on over. After looking over the menu we decided on an extra large "Meat Lovers Pizza" which includes: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, Bacon Meatballs, and Sausage. The pizza arrived on a large elevated platter. After waiting a couple of minutes to allow the pizza to cool a bit and to snap a photo we started in. The pizza was delicious and it truly was Extra Large, we ended up bringing 4 slices home. The service was great and the employees were friendly. The one thing that kept this review from being a 5 was the "dining area" which felt like eating in a supply closet, it was hot in there too! It would be best to do takeaway and avoid dining in.

A few tables but I took my Napoli special to go. Sausage, olives, onions, bell pepper, everything I like with a great crust. After walking the dog, reheated to soft goodness in the microwave. Kudos to the friendly and cute staff as well as a great reasonably priced pie.

The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside but soft inside — and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. I ordered a pepperoni and veggie pizza, and both had just the right balance of toppings and cheese. The marinara sauce tasted homemade, and the seasoning was spot on.

I always have delivery. One time they sent me the wrong pasta but they were quick to replace. Another time my mom ordered sweet potato fries and they came burnt. This time around they didn't give my bread that my pasta comes with and my pasta they hardly gave me. I did just call to complain but no one answered

Big Disappointment. The Margarita Pizza was nothing like it looked in the picture and the pizza lacked sauce, sauce was good but hardy any on the pizza and the entire pizza had hardly any mozzarella on it - nothing like they advertise. The lack of ingredients made the pizza taste extremely bland which we unfortunately ended up throwing it away.
