We walked in around 4:30 pm and enjoyed the casual yet sophisticated restaurant all to ourselves. All Roads is a cashless, no-reservation establishment that opens all day. Foods are delicious and service is warm and friendly! A very nice additional in the heart of Brentwood!
A Delicious New Gem in Brentwood! We had a fabulous visit to All Roads, a newer (July 2024 opening) Roman cuisine restaurant from the Toscano Group. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We started with the Arugula Green Bowl—an amazing mix of nectarines, fennel, avocado, pine nuts, goat cheese, lemon dressing, and a drizzle of 10-year aged balsamic. This is exactly the kind of fresh, healthy salad I love. We also shared the Margherita Pinsa made with San Marzano tomatoes, fiordilatte mozzarella, basil, and EVOO—light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. A unique take on a classic! Service was warm and attentive, and the spacious well lit dining area made for a relaxed, comfortable experience. Parking was easy too, with a convenient lot nearly across the street, adjacent by the Brentwood Post Office. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
Great neighborhood place in an upscale area that does not feel upity , very relaxed environment, very nice people and the food is amazing.
I saw a write up for the “Pinsa” joint in Brentwood Village. I didn’t really get the whole “pinsa” thing but OMG… the crust is totally different than normal pizza. It’s light airy and crunchy. We started with the fried artichokes which had the perfect fried crunch dipped in a little aioli. Then we ordered the Romagnola pizza which had this great prosciutto & arugula combo on it. Absolutely delicious! To top it off they’ve got a pretty decent wine selection and bottle shop. I definitely recommend coming earlier in the day because they do not take reservations and they get crazy busy at night.

Tucked away in Brentwood, All Roads Pinseria + Enoteca is a delightful homage to Roman culinary traditions. The star here is the pinsa—a Roman-style flatbread that’s lighter and airier than traditional pizza, thanks to a unique blend of rice, soy, and wheat flours fermented over several days. Toppings range from classic Margherita to inventive combinations like mortadella with pistachios and burrata, offering a flavorful journey with each bite. The ambiance strikes a balance between casual and chic, with warm tones and artistic touches like a whimsical flying donkey mural, creating a cozy yet sophisticated setting. Complementing the food is an impressive selection of Italian wines and craft beers, curated to enhance the dining experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, All Roads offers a slice of Rome in the heart of Los Angeles. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.
We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the wine selection by far was the best selection I have seen at a restaurant. Outside of their delicious wine selection my fav drink was the All Roads Spritz (felt like I was back in Rome on vacation) What truly set this place apart was the service and the quality of their food. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure every part of our visit was enjoyable, and my daughter’s birthday was memorable from the minute we walked in until we left. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!
Delicious pizza and wonderful atmosphere! My wife and I went here on a date night and everything was great. Vibe was chic and it got festive when they brought out a birthday cake for one of the guests. Highly recommended neighborhood jewel.
This place is incredible and so welcoming! Amazing food and great service, will definitely be returning!
Delicious food! Incredible pizza! Salads & small plates are wonderful! Went here with friends for a casual dinner- EVERYONE was satisfied. That’s rare in LA! I’m assuming server will get better with experience - she seemed ‘green’. Otherwise a lovely addition to Brentwood!
The pinse is really fantastic. We are lovers of good pizza and this something really different than the usual gourmet Neapolitan style pizza. The dough is chewy and very light. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.
Awesome food, awesome service, awesome atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
This was my first time dining at All Roads. The food was delicious and a bit unusual. Service was point on. When we arrived (a little after 6) there were few customers, but when we left the place was full. Save room for the tiramisu.
Wonderful restaurant and food. Ambiance was lovely. Service was great. Pizza was delicious - took me back to Rome. Very excited to have you guys in our little neighborhood. Know the community is going to love spending time in the place you have created!
Thank you for the great food, excellent service and making my daughter’s birthday so special. For sure we will return to try other dishes. Erica was very polite, attentive, had a gorgeous smile l. If she did not mention, we would have never guessed that she is in training.
Had a fantastic dinner date with my lovely wife! Also they validate parking across the street at the VA lot! Amazing prosciutto. Melted. Music was good!
Amazing gluten-free focaccia bread with great texture! I paired it with a delicious salad. High quality ingredients, pleasant atmosphere, great service.
After reading countless AI reviews for ALL ROADS, here’s your simple guide: 1. The food is great. No doubt. As someone who has tried MANY Italian options, both their Pinsa (Pizza) and pasta options do not disappoint. 2. The service is good. The waiters and staff are kind and friendly. (at least when I was there) 3. The atmosphere is great! The restaurant is nice and there’s a positive feeling. 4. Pricing - not cheap. No way around it. But, it’s filling and delicious so would recommend! Should you go? Yes ✅

Such an interesting take on a pizza(it’s called a pinsa!) It’s the perfect place for a light lunch, which is an uncommon compliment for an Italian restaurant. Love the vibe! P.S- Definitely have the supli and the tiramisu!

The prosciutto pinsa and gluten free focaccia were amazing. And I loved the Caesar salad- so light and fresh. However, it was incredibly overpriced for the portions. $12 for bread is pretty crazy and the pinsa wasn’t enough for two

I had a rather mediocre experience here, primarily due to the lackluster service. For a new restaurant offering pinsas, salads, and appetizers, the menu can be a bit unclear for those dining as a pair. Unfortunately, our waiter wasn’t much help. She simply showed up with a "Are you ready to order?" and offered no guidance or recommendations, which felt quite unprofessional. We decided on the artichokes, a salad, and two pinsas on our own which ended up being the right amount of food. While the ingredients were fresh, the flavors were good but not memorable—just very average. The artichokes, in particular, were disappointing, with only three small hearts. On the positive side, the wine was the highlight of the meal. They offer a generous pour and a nice selection of Italian wines. Overall, this isn’t a place I’d rush back to unless there’s a happy hour deal. Come for the wine, but don’t expect much in terms of service or memorable food.

We dined here hoping for a high-end experience—after all, the place is certainly priced like one. The food? It was good. Not great, not groundbreaking, just good. Definitely not bad, but absolutely not worth the inflated prices. You’re paying for the name, the ambiance, and maybe the Instagram appeal—but not the food itself. But what really tanked the evening was the service. Easily some of the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. The waitstaff were arrogant and checked-out, acting like they were doing us a favor just by being there. No eye contact, no engagement, no interest in creating any kind of experience—they made it very clear they had better things to do. And oh, the wait. We were there for almost an hour and 40 minutes. On a weeknight - with only a few other tables in the restaurant. No one came by to offer updates, check in, or even acknowledge the delay in our food arriving. When it finally came time to pay, we left our card out clearly… and watched it sit there while our waiter hung out in the back with other staff, all of them gossiping and laughing like they were on break at a mall food court. Eventually, he comes over, casually swipes the card, and—surprise!—the pre-selected tip options start at 20%. For what? For ignoring us the entire night? If you’re looking for good food and genuinely awful service in a place that takes itself way too seriously, congrats—you’ve found it. Otherwise, skip this place. There are too many restaurants out there that still understand what hospitality actually means.
