Definitely definitely one of my favorite go to spot for burgers. They use fresh meat and lots of seasonings. The food is amazing!! 😋.... Now this place is in a dangerous neighborhood... But if u call ahead it shouldn't be that bad...

I had the 1/2 lb master burger & when you lift it out of the bag, you can feel how heavy it is. The bun was super buttery & you could tell the patty was freshly made. We didn’t order fries so I can’t review those, but I’d order this burger again

Great Burgers perfectly seasoned French fries the hot wings are great also I haven’t tasted anything that wasn’t good really The area can be a bit intimidating to those not familiar with the “neighborhood “ My advice would be to call in and place your order grab it and go I love the ladies behind the counter they have great customer service they help make the entire trip worth it!!!

Very lack luster, seen the reviews and reactions from TikTok but this place leaves much to be desired, price was a little high for really just another big ghetto burger, nothing really stands out or urges me to come back. So I ordered a burrito with no tomatos over the phone and they said it will be done in 15 minutes. 10min later I drive to pick up the food waited in line to pay for my food. The moment i paid i said again No Tomatos. I waited another 20 min and still no food. By now ive waited 1 Hour for my food. Once I finally got my burrito it had tons of tomato 🍅. Once I told the cook he said no worries I will take care of it. He grabs the burrito opens the burrito and took each chopped slice tomato out with his Bare Hands, wraps the burrito back up and says have a good day . I told the lady working and she told me i cant get a refund nor can I get another burrito made. The cook looks at me and says I'm not doing anything for you im busy and continues to ignore me. DO NOT EAT HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK!

Food is heavily salted and sloppy; if you have a big order, they like to stuff the food into one bag. My fries were sweated out in the bag. So disappointed.

Went there almost about closing time just to get a simple burrito. The lady at the window was very rude. Then I asked for sour cream and cheese extra on my burrito. She came and told me six dollars for sour cream and cheese. I didn’t want a cup of itall in all the burrito was not good. It’s very rough and rubbery like old meat and like I said overall, Customer Service was sucky. She was so rude.

Why in the hell would you not let your customers know that it’s only cash or EBT when placing an order over the phone? I do not walk around with cash in my pockets on Western Ave, nor do I receive EBT. I had to cancel my whole order after ordering over the phone and driving over 15 mins to get there, and not even being told it was a cardless establishment, no Apple Pay, nothing accommodating at all. Such a waste of my time and of the cooks time for having to throw away food. Very disappointed. Plus there are like 10 or 12 unsheltered people in the back of the building smoking, drinking and selling drugs. Next time I will definitely read the reviews before going back to the “hood” to eat

I live walking distance, been eating here since 1995. At one point this was the best burger spot in LA. Better than Hawkins, A1 Burger, Fresh and Meaty, Quick and Split, Good Burger etc. It has always been dirty and a safety risk going here. But the burgers and fries were so good you didnt care! We would often say. I dont care catching a bullet, we want master burger. Truth be told, during covid. They started over charging and quality went down. Its nasty and a combo is $18+. Where does my extra $8+ go? Just go to a1 burger up the street.
