Really enjoyable freshly cooked set meal for 2. Surprisingly cheap , the house white was lovely, definitely my go to Indian when I'm in Tenerife

Friendly attentive service, not pushy. Varied menu at good prices and portions. Quite happy to give you as long a break as you need between courses. Food freshly cooked. Very popular with expats, holiday makers of all nationalities and locals all tear round.

While on holiday I was craving a lamb vindaloo and started my search for the best Indian on the island. Lots of reviews pointing me to balti balti. Jumped in a taxi from playa de Los americas which was 5 euro in a taxi and wandered up the hill. Someone seen me look lost and asked if we were looking for balti balti.. Must be a good sign! The restaurant is nice, the service was good, the food was sensational.. Try the spicy onion bhaji, had pilau rice and lamb vindaloo with plain naan.. I was hoping the lamb would be good, it was stunning. They do deals before a certain time too and allow you pick 2 small portions of main courses if you're undecisive.. 5 stars and very deserving 👌 lots of locals here and quite busy.

Curry was excellent and they gave me a takeaway beer as I bought a pint but I was unable to finish it. I Was well looked after, highly recommended this place!

Brilliant food and great service. The chicken tikka byriani is excellent. We have this with a Madras sauce which is delicious and spicy. Brilliant value as well.

Lovely staff, really happy with the service, loved the samosas. Can make dishes as spicy as you like which is a blessing for those who are missing spice in Tenerife!

Balti Balti is never disappointing. It was the 6th time we came here and everytime the food is delicious. Price/quality is excellent and the staff is very friendly as well.

Tonight me and the family ate here and it was marvellous. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. I had Karahi Chicken, partner had Jalfrezi and parents had Butter Chicken. The Rice, Chips and Naan were very good too.

Great food, nice staff. Always a busy place, even off season ( which I realise doesn't seem to exist here!) Came out very full, tried to finish our food but due to the generous portions, it's easier said than done 🤭 recommend!

The best Indian food I've tasted in Tenerife! Very reasonable prices and my lamb Jalfrezi was perfectly spiced and literally melted in my mouth. Absolutely superb... And I'm from Birmingham - we know our curries!

Wir kamen sehr hungrig zu Balt Balti und gingen glücklich und satt nach Hause. Wir hatten Papadum mit 4 Dips, eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen, Vindaloo Curry mit Lamm, Ceylon Curry mit Gemüse und Spinat mit Gewürzen und indischem Käse Dazu Coconut Naan (Empfehlung!) und Pilao Reis. Dazu zwei Gläser Wein und ein Bier. Wir haben am Ende 45€ gezahlt. Die Qualität und Portionsgrößen des Essens sind hervorragend! Man kann den Schärfegrad selbst bestimmen. Viele Optionen für Vegetarier und Veganer. Der Service war freundlich, wir wurden super beraten. Das Ambiente hat Verbesserungspotential , aber alles ist sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We loved it!! This place is close to perfection of an Indian restaurant 😍 We tried many things and everything was great, especially the dips to the Papadoms are amazing. Also the tandoori chicken, the vindaloo and Jalferzi were so tasty! The best Indian I had on the island. The Lamb karahi was well balanced in flavor with an amazing base sauce, the mushroom rice was fragrant and seasoned well along with a well cooked cheese naan. Some authentic Indian music would of made the atmosphere pop but I'm not complaining 👍🏼

There is little I can say about Balti Balti that hasn't been said before. Really thought out portions ,incredible flavour, and a reasonable price in the middle of touristic Los Cristianos. Plus,in the desserts menu there is always something for someone.

We had the 3 course for €14:95 each. Starter was delicious, we asked to pay extra to upgrade our Nann but that wasn't an option, only 1 thing about or Chicken Pathia was the Chicken was really chewy, our lamb curry was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

Found out about this place from people from Iceland so we said let try it and we loved food is good and this Best place for a Indian food but my curry is still better sorry have not found any better then mine. And they give a lot of food for good price. thanks from Iceland

Great curry on a par with Birmingham!! We’ve read reviews and visited the restaurants but this restaurant is definitely a decent curry with punch. Others ok like Little India but lack as much flavour!

If you need your curry fix on holz, look no further! Amazing Madras 😛 whole family enjoyed theirs too. All at a great price! What's not to love 👍

Very good food. So much they could do with the ambiance with a few big potted plants and screens. Menus need reprinting. I always think an owner values his customers on the basis of what you see first and for me it was the menu which needs help!! So much potential, cooking acknowledged by those I have asked as the best in Los Cristianos and I agree with that.

The food was nothing less than spectacular. My girlfriend and me went here yesterday and were blown away by the quality of the dishes. Besides this, the staff was very friendly and responsive. They also were very careful with checking the COVID vaccination certificates and cleaned the tables very carefully. We really appreciated the awareness here. One good advice: When the staff "warns" you twice about the spiciness of certain dishes, they are not kidding around! :-) I had Vindalu and it was superspicy, just as I like it. Overall: I can only recommend the restaurant for both the great food and the awesome service!

Food is amazing return each time were in Los Christanos, value is incredible. Highly recommend this Indian Restaurant for either Dine in or take away we have done both. Enjoy.

We have been twice in 3 days,the chicken Biryani was the nicest I've had for years, my husband can't recommend the chilli chicken highly enough. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Would recommend everytime

We came for a family meal on a family holiday. Our server Emily was amazing, very attentive, and very friendly. The food was amazing the portions were great and the staff were all friendly the food was piping hot. Thank you for making us feel comfortable. Priced extremely well for the portions they give. It's difficult to understand the reviews I've read before. My mother comes from Reunion island in the Indian ocean. We've had with my husband the most delicious meal tonight. It was like going back to my childhood flavours. Welcoming restaurant. Highly recommended!

Have eaten here twice since arriving in Tenerife and the food is outstanding - some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had and really big portions. The service is great too! They can’t do enough for you and are really friendly and accommodating. Prices are really fair too, you get a lot of quality for a low price. Will definitely be back this holiday and would come back here again next time I visit Tenerife :) 100% the best Indian food I’ve eaten on the island (much better than other local ones) and some of the best I’ve eaten anywhere.

Lovely restaurant. Went there tonight, great service and great prices (equivalent to Indian takeaway prices in the UK). Free shot at the end of the evening so a little caramel vodka had to be had. Went again this evening and the meal was better than ever. Everything was just so right. You're not rushed, the meal was lovely and the staff are brilliant.... and another caramel vodka shot at the end. Will be going again next week 😊

Truly the only Indian restaurant in the world that I love to visit. I don't like spicy food but their Chicken Korma, especially when combined with Peshwari rice, is just gorgeous. I loved it so much that I persuaded my husband to go back for second visit this week - twice in a week for a woman renowned in the UK for hating curries. The service was excellent too!

We got a delivery from Balti Balti and it was delicious! The best Indian food I have eaten in ages. It was hot and fresh, each dish tasted different (not the same meat put in a different sauce like a lot of curry places.) I would highly recommend it.

Been going to Balti Balti since it first opened, has always been great food never let us down, must book a table as always busy and normally full so best to book in advance. I have recommended so many friends and family about the Indian restaurant we have tried many others but still keep going back everytime. It would be really nice to have authentic music running in the back as this an Indian otherwise everything is perfect. Keep the good work up

A restaurant not far from our hotel. Had a meet samosa, but wasn't very tasty. Main dish was lamb biryani, that was really good. Don't think they offer desserts, as nobody asked us if we wanted one. Service is not great either.

We went to Balti Balti twice on our visit. Our first dinner there was quite nice, with dishes full of flavor, albeit slightly bad chicken texture. The second visit, our chicken curries were almost inedible - the meat was not marinaded beforehand, just dry, overcooked chicken breast.

Been going for a few years now but tonight didn't hit the spot. Started ok but the main course was very salty which you would not get in a chicken dish. Fair play they never charged us for the dish.

Looking for a n Indian curry as my favorite Little India was shut. I chose a chicken tikka vindaloo which although was spicy enough lacked the depth of flavour associated with this dish. The dish was not bad but just not the best version I have tasted. The poppadoms were fresh and crispy but they don't sell lime pickle and the starters of onion Bhaji and Chicken tickka (which came on a hot cast iron skillet) were nice tasty and fresh

We have just experienced one of the most blandist tasting meals here tonight. We like tandoori food but the chicken tikka and sheesh kebab were tasteless. The Naan Bread, apart from the pickle tray and Pappadoms, was the tastiest thing.

Went there twice on my week here Saturday and 2nite .Good pickle tray had onion barji. My partner had chicken tikka. Both tasty .main courses of chicken dupiza and chicken balti just as good chicken nice moist .Lovely sagg also side order.given time b4 courses .Good service and would recommend .

Food is not good please don't kidded with these other reviews. If you enjoy traditional Indian food this place is not for you. My chicken tikka was dry as a bone and def not cooked in a tandoori oven . Avoid.....

One of the worst curries I've ever had....on the positive very friendly attentive staff however the food started of with onion bhaji the paste used to mix the onions and gram flour was still a paste when server i.e raw in the middle. Then the chicken tikka masala had a funny tange that was difficult to describe not tomato or cream just no taste. The chicken tikka itself was ok. My husband had a lamb tikka Ceylon normally with a cocunut and cream sauce with a little heat. It was a hot gravy that didn't taste of anything no flavour. Having read the reviews we were really looking forward to the food but I would look elsewhere.

The started was okay but the main course was horrible. I had a Jalfrezi, I have had spicier Kormas, literally no heat. 7 of us went, only 1 person complimented their main course. I understand it's changed ownership recently, I went there on the back of recommendations of how this place was and clearly not is anymore.

Curry was OK.. but when I got back to apartment had very bad stomach and on the toilet all night.. other times I have been there was always good..

Four of us all had a different curry. Non of them had any spice or flavour. Very bland.

Very tastless food, rogan josh with chicken was really mild like spices coming from a tin. Tandori king prawns (12 €) were also tastles but luckily burned. When complained, the waitress (owner?) took it very offensively telling that the food would have been changed if told earlier. Is it so that only those customers get good and spicy food who complain? Chicken pakora was just chicken goujon strips in a red batter. No flavour. For the main we opted for the chicken aloo paneer Balti, butter chicken, garlic rice and garlic cheese naan. The plates arrived and although plates should be warm, these were burning, which had the effect of drying the food out when it was placed on it. The chicken aloo paneer tasted nice, although the chicken was a bit dry and chewy. My partner could not eat his butter chicken; the flavour was very much like an oxo cube and the meat like chicken kebab strips. Nothing like a butter chicken should be. The naan appeared to have garlic salt and dried cheese on it which made it extremely salty and basically inedible. Although the restaurant was empty, not one of the four waiters came over to check on us as they could obviously tell we weren’t enjoying it. In the end (after watching another waiter drying cutlery and dropping it on the floor and then just wiping it again) we had to grab their attention for the bill. Again, no question as to whether we enjoyed it or not. We just paid the bill and left. Won’t be coming back as there are plenty of better restaurants in the vicinity.

There was no draught beer and the bottled beer was flat. The service was poor and I was left waiting for long periods to place my order and waiting for food to be served despite the restaurant being almost empty. The food which was meant to be a Chicken jalfrasey was very bland. When I paid I was left waiting for 10minutes for my change.I think they thought I would leave without it but a waved over a waiter and asked him for my change. The manager I assume came over with it and apologized.

Read great reviews so thought we’d give it a try for a take away before booking for my family for a birthday. When I arrived the lady stopped mid way through my order to look at a large party who arrived at my back. She then proceeded to tell me my take away would be at least 30 minutes. Needless to say I said no thanks and left. So bottom line is poor customer service and short sighted attitude has lost this place a large booking.
