Been going here for the past 40 years. They have recently changed ownership but the hot & cold sandwiches are still delicious!

Today's sandwich is not as good. The bread was completely dry and not soft like in the past. The cucumbers were completely stale and bitter. We basically extracted out all the produce from our Family size sandwich and chucked the bread along with cucumber. Even with price increased from $21 to $27 and finally $37. It was not palatable. Sorry you lost me.

I got a regular #5 (turkey and cranberry) on wheat with all the fixings. Sandwich was so good and fresh! Delicious!

The hot pastrami on a pretzel roll rules. You must order it. Make sure it has mustard on it. Oh, and have a few pepperonchini's put in there as well. It is absolutely FANTASTICO

Decent food here. I wasn't too impressed by the food I had. To be honest, I expected more of their vegetarian wrap given my impressions of other restraunt's vegetarian sandwiches. The atmosphere is nice and the people were also nice. For some reason, this restraunt was closing quite early for the day I went.

I love ToGo’s but today I received a Hot Pastrami Sandwich that was the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. I usually order an Italian but I wanted a hot sandwich. The Pastrami was too salty! It was also too greasy but the salt level over took the taste of the meat and the cheese. Nasty! I had to throw it away.

When did sandwiches get so expensive? Nearly $20 for a sandwich and drink!? I’d rather eat at ikes at least the ingredients are worth the price.

The sandwich my wife wanted the Turkey bacon ranch wrap was made in a badd way. The lady that took our order Did not know how to ask questions she was clueless and this was at Los Gatos around 5 o clock. This is a first for us to have a bad sandwich made at Togo's in Los Gatos

Sandwiches were all right. Staff was extremely rude to me. I've grown up with a speech impediment and I mostly sound fine nowadays. Unfortunately it sometimes slips out and I struggle with speaking. For some reason when I asked for lettuce, the two employees working repeated it to each other in a really weird voice and started laughing. I just wanted to get a sandwich but instead I was mocked for my life long struggles.... I didn't try to talk to anyone nor did I catch the employees names, I just wanted to leave. (This happened 7/18/2024 at 7 pm)

Today I went to go pick-up my online order. As I stepped through the door, another customer walked out w/ his order. As I made my way to the pick-up counter I said my full name out loud to the employee behind it, as she started to look down for my order, the other customer re-entered and notified the employee that she gave him the wrong order. In fact, she gave him my order instead. He had his hand inside the bag where my chicken wrap was before handing it to me!!! I was completely grossed out by that sight. She asked him what his name was again and he replied "Sean". The names "Vince" & "Sean" sound nothing alike. It was clear that English is the employee's second language and I sincerely doubt her reading proficiency skills as well since she couldn't make the distinction between the printed names of "Vince" & "Sean" on our respective orders. In fact, the first time I ever visited this particular TOGO'S location I literally had to spell my name out loud because a different employee behind the counter had a hard time understanding English. In total, I have ordered 3 times from this location because it's close to my workplace but today could possibly be my last.
