The manager there was working alone in heat. The a/c was out and had been out going on 2 weeks. She had a fan blowing and doors open to keep minimal cool. Still getting my order in, finished and brought to my car in record timing. Pizza was made as ordered and looked much better than previous orders. This establishment is in serious need of new owners. Allowing these employees to work in Louisiana heat with no a/c and ovens on is poor management and hazardous. I was informed that 2 employees were transported the day before from the facility for heat exhaustion. If it were me in their place, I’d already have a lawyer and a lawsuit in place….

Ordered online, given a pickup time 15 minutes later. Arrived at the store and they were in the weeds. It took an extra 30 minutes but the pizza was delicious. Perhaps they were short handed, but they were working with a sense of urgency so I wasn't annoyed by the wait

When I walked in there was a three customers ahead of me and none of them had been helped yet. It was about five minutes later someone began to assist customers, and it was done quick and efficiently. Once it was my turn my order was ready and correct when I received it, but the quality was disappointing. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, the bottom of the pizza was so thin, that it was hard and unappetizing. The cinnamon rolls ordered was not what was expected either.

Ordered Cinnabon and half of the cinnamon rolls didne have icing. Honestly just a complete lack of giving a damn about presentation and the customers overall satisfaction. Last thing you expect to see when you spend 91 dollars for dinner

Friendly staff but was given the wrong order. Mistakes happen, but I was home when I realized. Called the store and was told they couldn't do anything unless I came back. It's a 40 min round trip, so I declined and was told to call customer service, and they could help. That's where the problems really started. Apparently, Pizza Hut is yet another company that uses Indian call centers. Even they said they couldn't help. You can be placed on a 2-3 waiting list for a call back from a manager at the call center. I was hung up on when I called the first time and told them I don't understand why I'd have to wait and wanted to resolve the issue now. I'll never but pizza from pizza hut again because of the long list of nonsense that occurred in the 30 min time span. The one and only saving grace came from the young lady from the actual store when I called them back to inform them the customer service number is useless and probably not a good idea to recommend. She agreed to resolve the issue without making me drive the 40 round trip a second time. A big thank you to her, but the company structure is a dumpster fire to put it mildly. The company as a whole NEEDS to inpower its staff to resolve issues without playing hot potato with is customers.
Did curbside pickup. After waiting a long time, I went in. Employee said she doesn't understand why everybody keeps doing curbside. You all can come in here and get your food. I told her well, that's what your app keeps on suggesting. If you don't want to do it, turn it off. Asked for extra sauce. Ended up with hardly any sauce.

I placed a delivery order at 6pm and didn’t receive it until 8pm through a doordash driver who didn’t receive the order until he contacted him. The lady at the place told our driver that she doesn’t have enough employees and thats understandable but two hours and the cinnamon sticks were wonky, the pizza was barely hot, i paid for an extra icing and didn’t receive it, and the cheese sticks were subpar.

Every time I do an online order its always wrong! I order hand toss i get thin crust! I get wings buffalo I get honey! Even better when my order is wrong they still send it and say we will give you a credit! Worst pozza joint ever!
Horrible customer service had an issue with my order with a missing item snd food was cold when it was delivered and was sent in a circle on the phone between dispatch and the actual store for 36 minutes just to be told call the next day at 11. Also why does the delivery go through door dash completely confusing experience. Better luck with Little Caesars
Order a pizza two larges said it would be done in 20 minutes. I was running late. I got there in like 45 minutes. Walked in the guy said oh it’s gonna be 20 minutes. We haven’t made any pizzas for you yet. Walked right out and have a little return.
Horrible service. Order pizza for delivery it's been 35 minutes. Still never came call store manager. They said waiting on door dash to pick up pizza. I said pizza was made 30 mins ago. By the time it gets delivered it will be cold. Manager did nothing. Offered nothing. Did not care. This location should be closed down. Manager should be fired. As of right now it's been 45 mins for 1 medium. Still has not arrived. ... pizza finally came 1hour later ice cold pizza. Sent it back. That manager needs to quit her job. Very lazy. Manager running the company in the ground.
Not a clean store, had missing items I had to go back for and they tossed it towards on the counter when in was done, lack of ingredients, zero quality.
They all need fired there phones more important then there job. Shitty service will say go to dominos in boutee

Normally when I order from the Boutte location its absolutely amazing. Tonight not so much. The pizza was very thin hardly any sauce or cheese. Cheese sticks were okay a little burnt but the little cup of sauce had hardly any sauce in it. Maybe it was a off night for the staff or they just didn't care. I'm really shocked and disappointed.

Poor service...ordered online. Took 45 mins to get my order that was promised in 15 mins. Got back to my hotel room just to find the wings were boneless when I ordered bone in. Crust was supposed to be garlic butter, it was plain. And pizza was supposed to have extra sauce but barely had any at all.
