So if it was closing time, I wouldn't know it. The staff was so friendly and happy and I appreciate them taking my order. I had questions about the menu, and they happily answered them. My drinks were made with tender care and taste great and fresh. Good location.

They got my drink right and I was very impressed. Their friendly staff is always very welcoming and they strive to remember your name. Love their seasonal drinks, eggnog in December is always a welcomed addition, they’re Fast too!

I love coffee but I can't have much caffine. She was so sweet and nice and laughed with me while she wrote my cup. Lol. Starbucks is amazing but the great people make it even better. I forget her name but she was awesome. She will remember my cup lol

Love Starbucks! Baristas are polite and communicative! Very Insightful! This is a small Starbucks so you can only expect a crowd in the AMs but everyone’s helpful and have positive attitudes! Way to go on your staff selections Starbucks!!

I really like this location. The drinks are made well and the atmosphere is nice. To be frank, the new hire needs to be retrained. I like to get the correct order and usually she inputs the order incorrectly. Help her out.

I tried that new Dubai brownie and it's trash there is no flavor it this desert it needs to be taken off the menu asap. I wasted money on that item but braided that my drink was fire.

I used to love this location I have been coming here for 9 years. Now every time I order my drink tastes like they are using old coffee. It seems as though whenever the guy with the beanie is on shift I get old nasty coffee . I never have an issue with quality when he isn’t there but he seems to always be there when I need to go now, the first two times I thought it was an accident now I know it’s not either over all quality of coffee being served has gone down or the guy is purposely giving out old coffee. Not cool. But I won’t be back anytime soon. Have wasted enough money.

Unbelievably, there were 4 people behind the counter, and only 1 working. It took them 30 minutes, and 2 tries to make a frappe. And then I watched them pour in the wrong milk. It had already taken them 30 minutes. So I couldn’t make it 45 for them to actually get my order right. What a freaking joke.

The worst iced latte with oatmilk I’ve ever had. It’s so burnt and bitter, I can’t even drink it. 👎🏼👎🏼

Always asked if im buying a drink to use the restroom. Makes me not even want to go there.

Came in for a quick cold drink and apparently if you modify your drink it’s “confusing” to make. There was only one barista with long hair wearing a headband that gave me ugly attitude after i politely asked to remake my drink. He started saying “well this is what you wanted and it’s really confusing” as if I was complaining about my drink. He proceeds to give me attitude for no reason. Yes I’m gonna ask to remake a drink I paid $6 for lol ? Never coming here again. Don’t be a barista if you can’t handle remaking a drink lol also thank you to the other person for taking my drink and remaking it. I appreciate that!

On Saturday, September 6th, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, I walked into the store and politely asked for a cup of ice water. I also asked if I could charge my phone, as it was completely dead — and my only way to pay is through tap using my mobile wallet. While waiting for it to charge, I was browsing the Starbucks app to decide on my order. Unexpectedly, a female barista approached me and insisted I place an order immediately or leave. Despite explaining my situation, she continued to speak to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone, ultimately making me feel uncomfortable and even threatened. I was shocked at how I was treated, especially given that I had every intention of making a purchase as soon as my phone had enough battery. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be made to feel unwelcome simply for needing a few moments to charge a phone and place an order. I left the store feeling disrespected and embarrassed. I will be letting my family, friends, and the local Torrance community know about this experience, and I will not be returning to this location. Dear Manager, I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated in such a way, and I hope you ensure it does not happen again.

the service here is very poor. an employee named tommy was very unprofessional. me and my family come here often and never had this experience before until we met tommy. he was so rude and impatient and made facial expressions as my mom was ordering her drink. she has a very specific drink due to health issues and so when she was ordering he was being rude and telling her “ can you wait” as she was explaining to him what her order was. i dont think this location should have employees like him. i will be giving a call to hr about this complaint this is unacceptable and disgusting.

I really like this Starbucks, everyone is really friendly and it’s close to work so it’s easy to mobile order on my way to work. The issue is my drink keeps being made wrong. And I’m tired of having to wait until my lunch break to take the drink back to be remade. I’d like to enjoy my drink in the morning when I order it. It’s just a grande shaken hazelnut oat milk espresso with an extra pump of hazelnut! It’s not hard. What can I do differently to ensure my drink is made correctly the first time. This makes the 3rd/4th time I have to retried this drink.
