Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo. Da apprezzare l'attenzione per i clienti. Il tagliere abbondante da accompagnare con il drink (consiglio vivamente la variante agrumata dello spritz). Ci tornerò!

Unfortunately, wait times can be long or orders can get mixed up (sometimes both at the same time). This last time, however, we waited about 50 minutes for breakfast from the moment we sat down. Our order was taken a little over 20 minutes later, and after almost half an hour, they told us the croissant filling wasn't available, and then brought us a confusing and incorrect mix of items anyway. The breakfast is good, but only go if you're not starving or have to rush off to work.

Nice Aperol, but we were waiting for it for 40 min. Asked for tagliata without meat. They brought everything (absolutely everything) with meat. The place doesn't deserve to be visited according to the time of service.

I ordered two drinks and a toasted sandwich. The toasted sandwich never arrived, even though we'd initially requested it. When I paid, I told the cashier that the toast hadn't arrived, and she replied, "Okay, so just the drinks: 7 euros." Now I check my credit card statement, and they've charged me 14 euros. Not only was the waitresses' service terrible, but they also stole 7 euros from me. Go to the bar next door; they won't rob you there.

€59 for four spritzes, two fruit juices, and two taglierini with a few slices of cured meat, four mini pizzas, and two pieces of cheese, plus some breadsticks. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the taglierini cost €8 per person (!), plus the cost of the spritz.

1) €3 ice cream (now an unfortunate norm) with a very small and precarious portion on the cone; it started dripping badly right away. The girl excuses herself by saying, "I didn't take the course." Please tell me first, and anyway, it doesn't take a course to understand that you're using very little and poorly. 2) Iced coffee with foam 3) Schweppes tonic directly into the glass without the bottle, let alone opened at the table. 4) Please show me the amount on the POS before you let me put my card in. This is another bad habit for many. Prices are high, like everywhere else these days, but the service is a joke. Since our wages aren't rising as much as your prices, despite the usual excuses like "the high cost of living, suppliers," etc., if the service is questionable, I should pay you with defective money or pay less. However, if you demand full price, I think I can expect adequate service.
