The flavor is good, the drink is refillable, and the price is a bit higher than the competition nearby. It seems more comfortable, but it's very hot; the sun beats down directly on it, and the (very large) shade only protects the cars. I would give it more points if the blackout curtain were 100% opaque.

We went and it was very clean and all, but, except for the taste, the rice was hard, the mashed potatoes had no flavor, the sauce was bland, I don't know, we just didn't like it.

I ordered a new dish called chicken rice and I ordered three pieces. I think they added a big spoonful of rice. It has a delicious cilantro dressing, but don't mess up three pieces and almost no rice, that's why the name of the dish is so good. Watch out!

We ordered a glass of flautas and they didn't specify that they weren't the 4 with chicken, they gave us two with chicken and two with potatoes, we asked for a water, they changed it for stock and it was sour as if it was already overcooked, we also ordered a family chicken salad and they only gave us 3 packets of cookies and we asked for more, not even for sale and they didn't want to give us or sell us more.

The chicken is tasty, the cost is high for the amount of product and now they changed the accessories to smaller ones, the promotional packages are always unavailable when we ask, it seems like misleading advertising

At the Miramar branch, every time I've asked for the leg and thigh package, it's been unavailable. Even though it says "subject to availability," they should remove it since it's a constant problem and they only use it as a hook to offer you the other packages.

Terrible. Terrible. A tiny chicken at a high price. Half a chicken and they only give you 3 tortillas for 240 pesos, including shipping. I hope you never go back to this place.

The quality of the product has dropped considerably. I bought a chicken today, 07/19/19, at approximately 12:40 p.m., and the chicken looked like it was from yesterday, as if it had only been heated. I called them and they offered me a complimentary salad instead of another chicken. Very bad. I do not recommend it. If you buy it, make sure it is chicken from the day before, not leftovers from the day before.
