This subway deserves a 5 star review from me. Everytime i order a sandwich weather it is in person or online, it is made exactly how I ordered it and its put tigether very well. Too many other subways put it together all sloppy and nobody wants a sandwich like that . I can admit that I am very picky with how I like my sandwich made but every time they get it correct . Really appreciate it.

All the staff is super careful about your order prep even if you have 6 different sandwich selections on your one order. Appreciate the cleanliness and welcoming customer service. The 2 girls names ending with Preet are real gem and great for the business at this location
The three staff members who were working at Subway this morning, Feb 20, 2023, are to be commended for the excellent service they provided me. I placed a last minute large order (5 sandwich platters) that needed to be picked up one hour later. When I arrived, the platters were ready with all the condiments packed and ready to go. The staff who served me were kind and friendly. And the sandwiches were fresh tasting and delicious! These days we have many choices when it comes to buying sandwiches, but this experience confirmed that I made the right decision to buy at this Subway. I’ll be back! Thanks for the great service, ladies!

Food was good but the "sandwich artist" seemed new as she was young and kinda skimped on the ingredients compared to most employees. Some of the tables should've been cleaned, but the restaurant was busy, so this is understandable why they didn't get to it right away.
My go to spot for a quick sandwich, soup, chips, cookies, drink or Doritos nachos.
I've eaten at this location for years and never disappointed in my food. The ladies always have their hair up and a net on plus wash their hands and use clean gloves.
Quick and very filling! I always get the italian bmt - toasted w veggies of choice. I add mayo, mustard and sweet onion sauce at the end. It is close to eating Vietnamese Bahn mi - just missing some cilantro.

What to expect? It's a Subway. Just generally speaking, it's on ok sub spot, I'd rather have something of more quality.
The staff here always seem uninterested and bothered by customers. Every time I go in for a mobile order, they never have it ready in a to-go bag or have the extra utensils/napkins included. Even though I request it specifically on the app. Yeah the sandwiches are good but they could follow requests better.

Foods alright but I've been here twice in two weeks for lunch as I work down the street and I dont think one of the lady's here speaks much English last time I ordered ham on flatbread and she asked me what number... there wasn't any numbers on the menu... I shook it off as she spoke in a different language to the younger employee and got it right this time I said 3 times I wanted the sub of the day on sourdough and then even said turkey breast on sourdough. Well she made me a chicken breast on sourdough.... I'm not one to waste food so I didn't say anything but be warned...

When you're not, this is the result. This has happened many times, at another location in Lathrop, too. Why do I keep doing it? Just to see if the service will get better and make it worth it. But like mischievous children...if you're not watching them, can't really trust them. Lol, I'm still eating it because I'm hungry. Definitely not worth $9. Should've went to Mr. Pickles. Oh, and I pretty much guarantee they will forget at least 1 thing. In this case, it was lettuce, bacon and likely some of the other meat. Shame on you Subway.

I just went to the parking lot & I realized I payed way too much more than usual I look at my receipt I see it says my sandwich and 2 drinks when I grabbed the regular meal items. Another lady helped me out once I went back in, Had to do a refund and pay again. Just think the lady who checked me out didn't know how to check out properly and just pressing stuff but don't put someone who doesn't know how to checkout handling the main thing which is MONEY. Feel bad for all the customers the came and got ripped off without knowing.

The cashier was very rude when I asked her to take freshly baked bread rather than old one. She gave me a very unpleasant look and said oh….we don’t serve the fresh bread and usually we wait 20 minutes after pulling out of the oven….Is that true?
New menu is just a different way to say we raised prices without changing anything else. The subs barely had any more meat or cheese than previous subs but cost double. We have a coupon for buy one get one half off and it was still $20 for 2 sorry foot longs. I'll never order online again, definitely watch them make it. I seriously doubt they put extra meat or cheese on it like the menu said. Subway used to be a great deal, now it's just another store raising prices without raising quality.
I went in on July 10, 2022 at around 6:30 pm and the female employee working the afternoon shift wasn’t giving good customer service after I mistakenly choose the wrong bread and I asked for her to change it. And then proceeded to give me a dirty look and was whispering to her other coworker. After I had given her cash she slammed the register and gave me my food in a rude manner. I have worked in customer service for 2 years and her attitude was not it. I will not be returning to this location.
If you’d consistently like hair in your food, then this is the place to eat!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’ve been eating here for many years until today! I’ve constantly have had hair in my sandwich from them over and over again and they know it. The first time I let is slide, I said hey it happens, but this is like the 5th time this has happened to me and I always take it back. Today was the final straw!! I took it in the store and server said “can I see it?” So I said sure and opened up the sandwich, it was a gray hair that I saw was there right before I ate into it. The manager came and said “I don’t see it” I had to point it to her. She’s told “that every time you say there’s a hair on your sandwich it’s never there when I look at it.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Why would I try to hustle you over $7 or Why would I waste my time and drive all the way from my home to come back here and lie about a hair being my food! THIS IS WRONG AND DISCUSTING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!
Asked for our order.. looked away.. asked again the started talking to a co-worker the got frustrated with me. Smh. Horrible service
The manager is incompetent and has zero customer service. They gave my curbside pick up order to someone who the employee confirmed wasn’t me and refused to give us our order unless we paid again. No refund no food and she refused to talk anymore concerning the matter just left me empty handed. Will not ever come to this location again. They need new management she also refused to give her name and took her name tag off when I said I was calling corporate
I got the sub of the day 6.99 deal but they charged me $10+ I was in hurry didn’t check receipt until I got home.

The night shift people as we speak are horrible. As I wait in line to pick up my order I kindly asked if wraps can be heated in the oven and these two immature workers looked at each other and then looked at me as if I'm the stupid one and said no. Then when I was given my food one of the workers gave me little bit of napkins. I asked her if she can give me more napkins but instead of handing it to me in my hand with proper customer service which clearly she doesn't know what that is she instead dropped the napkins in my bag and gave me a dirty look. I also noticed the same person at the cash register dropped the change to another customer so disrespectfully. Your people at night have disgusting spirits and you guys should have better workers here. Everyone should feel welcomed not neglected.
Worker was incredibly rude. Asked me "what do you want" in a dont-bother-me tone while facing the opposite direction while doing something with her head down then got mad because I didn't hear her over all the loud beeps that were going off. When she did turn around to face me and make my sandwich she just threw my sandwich together not even what I wanted on it and was just rude. I was working at one of the shops in the same shopping center and I ate on the sidewalk because I didn't even want to stay in there with her to use the table. I will not be returning. That's the last money this subway ever sees from me. Way to expensive to be treated that way. Receipt says served by 104
This is the rudest Subway staff around. They go out of their way to not honor coupons, online specials, or Subway specials. If you ask the staff why that is, they become even more rude. They literally make it hard for you to buy a sandwich. However, all the other local Subways have not issue honoring the Subway specials. The tables are always dirty and they don't wipe them often enough. I will no longer spend money at this location. West Coast Sourdough is only 5 minutes away, cleaner dining room, nice staff and better menu. Give them a try instead!

Well it's apparently not fine to the manager even though the coupon CLEARLY STATES that all sandwiches I got were FINE . And then after that the rude manager rang up extra bacon ...that I DIDNT ORDER . Yall NEED a new manager . I have others that complained about the same lady when I talked about this encounter.
