Irene and the crew on Tuesday (1/10/23), did am amazing job with a suprise party. Long story short, our cake store fell through and we had to reserve the cake 3 hours prior to the party. We were also allowed to decorate the 2nd store room. The staff went above and beyond with service and even helped blow up balloons and set up the room. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did! The man of the hour was ecstatic and everything turned out perfect. Side note: The burgers (mini and regular size were amazing) and the Jarras of Cava, Sangria, and Cerverza kept flowing. P.S. I am forever grateful!

The service was excellent. The ambience was perfect. The nachos was great. There was a bit of waiting to get the table, but it was very well worth the wait. Drinks were good. Overall 5/5 for this place. Must visit and relax when you are around.

We came here tonight and it was so busy. Our waitress Christina managed to find us a table and was SO friendly and welcoming. Amazing burger, lovely wine. Love the wink from Christina ;). Such a hidden gem.

This is an understated burger joint, really cool interiors, with an amazing music selection, staff are Uber friendly and warm and their vegan burgers are just yum. My only bugbear is that for 9Euros a burger, it should have been served with some chips, not crisps. The beer selection was good and it had an outside option to sit, but it was way too hot when we went. We will be going back for sure... just more chips please. We love you.

Yo no hablo Espanol muy bueno, but the food here was awesome. My wife and I were really impressed with the service (and the cervezas con limon 😋) and had an overall great experience. Side note: music lovers rejoice as Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney (The Black Keys) have a mural on the wall of the restaurant.

Restaurante moderno, bonito y acogedor. Suele estar lleno así que a veces hay que esperar. La comida está rica, recomiendo sobre todo los nachos.

Local ya mítico de Malasaña en el que también apuestan por ofrecer varias opciones de sandwich en su carta. Aquí probamos el Club Naif (8,5€), un sandwich de dos pisos con beicon bien crujiente, solomillitos de pollo a la plancha, queso cheddar, mayonesa, lechuga y tomate.

Un sitio moderno, con muy buena relación calidad precio. La cantidad de comida también era buena. Las hamburguesas estaban riquísimas, con el bacon súper crujiente y una salsa increíble. Los nachos tenían muchísimo queso, pico de gallo y guacamole, no faltaba nada.

Local de comida americana. Si buscas una carta donde la carne y la hamburguesa artesanal sean los protagonistas este es tu sitio. Situado muy cerca de la Gran Vía de Madrid, te puedes escapar para disfrutar de una carta para Carnívoros, en terraza o interior por un precio muy asequible, 20€ por cabeza. Bon profiiit

Comida rica y a buen precio en pleno corazón de Malasaña, nos pedimos de entrante los machos para compartir y la verdad es que está bien la ración para el precio que tiene, pedimos también la hamburguesa "con todo", te preguntan cómo quieres la carne, nosotros la pedimos al punto y genial, muy rica, y la ensalada cabrita muy buena también, la ponen en un bol bastante grande. Repetiría sin dudar ya que tienen una carta extensa, apetecible y a buen precio.

Un bar cafetería muy bonito acorde al barrio, en todo el corazón de Malasaña, nada más y nada menos que en la plaza de San Idelfonso, el aspecto desgastado del local le da un toque muy cosmopolita y alternativo. Tienen una terraza en toda la plaza que suele estar llena, sol y sombra y por tanto difícil encontrar sitio. Solo hemos tomado unos café, así que la primera experiencia es muy buena, pero volveremos para ver si subimos una estrella.

Pequeño rincón en la zona de chueca. Tiene una cocina moderna muy rica y “trendy”. Tienen un pedazo de terraza exceptacular, pero la agobian un poco con las sombrillas negras

Menú del día está bien de precio, hay opción de 1 o 2 platos. Local acogedor con terraza, mucha luz y cuberteria retro. Tardaron en servir el primero y demasiado rápido los segundos.

I'm a big fan of this place! I really like the interior and most importantly the food is great too! I especially love the burgers, as there is quite a lot of choice and they are cooked to your liking. You don't just get a thin little burger in a bun with a bit of lettuce and a slice of tomato, no, you get a big fat juicy burger with lots of toppings and a really nice sauce to go with it. You get a bowl of crisps on the side, which I can take or leave, as it's all about the burger for me. They also do some nice sandwiches and rolls. I like the New York one with pastrami and gherkins. Oh and they do some nice wraps too! I like the one with chicken and curry dressing, yum! I tried the nachos once, but I wouldn't order them again. Stick to the burgers and you'll leave a happy person! The prices are very reasonable!

El servicio fue muy agradable. El tiempo de espera por la comida un poco largo, pero como aperitivo despues de pedir bebida, con trajeron unos nachos con atun picante. Me encantó la decoración del lugar y sobre todo la atención que me dió la camarera Cristina. No me dejó de atender excelente ni un segundo. Agradezco que tengas empleados así de serviciales. La decoración del local está curiosa, algo vintage. Los servicios son unisex (2 waters y 2 meódromos de a pie.) Dato importante: es CARÍSIMO. 6,70 euros 1 refresco y un tercio.

The location is great in the centre next to a sunny square. Staff is friendly but forgot our order and was hard to catch when we wanted to pay. We ordered patatas bravas and got boiled (???) potatoes with tomato sauce - they were good but that is definitely not what patatas bravas are supposed to be.

Amazing decor and to be honest this is what brought us in. The waitress was super friendly however she didn't ask me how i want my burger cooked when I ordered one which I thought was strange. The burger bun was below average, the meat ok but the greatest offence is that they don't serve them with French fries but with chips. Sigh!

Went to dine in one night alone after work, so my experience is a little different. I had the classic burger which was really good and juicy but I didn’t like how they had crisps with the burger, I would have preferred French fries or potatoes. The price was reasoble and service was not the best from the waiters, although the bartender slaveged the service by being helpful and friendly.

The service was awful. We waited at the door and the staff ignored us for a while. We then stopped one dashing through the door and a few minutes later saw him sitting at the bar eating. It took forever to take our order and the food was okay. Just okay. Also, be aware that you get chips (likely Lays lightly salted) instead of fries. A student place but with grown-up prices.

The place is actually quite adorable and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to be on a summer night or a warmish winter day. However I was a little disapointed by the food. We were recommended the nachos and the quesadillas, which were not good after all because the cheese was cheap and tasteless. On the other hand I would have to say that the Cabrita salad was very good and maybe the other plates such as the burgers might have been better. You also have to keep in mind there is a 15% supplement for the terrace.

Flattered to deceive. Service was a little abrupt but that's the Madrid way sometimes, fantastic nachos rest of the meal was nice but not spectacular. The mini burgers were good but I don't know why they need to be in multicoloured buns

Once of the what seems to be 1000 burger places in malasaña. They have the advantage of a beautiful terrace that gets lively and crowded (in every positive way) in the afternoons. The food is so so. I had the nachos and a cloyingly sweet sangria. The nachos came with a funky tasting and very artificial looking cheese sauce which was not a match made in heaven. 3* for their terrace and their very friendly and efficient waiters.

La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro de Malasaña. La atención, por otro lado, muy deficiente, pedimos dos bebidas nada más y terminamos esperando 30minutos para un zumo, nos sirvieron a la mitad. Una de las camareras muy majas, la otra, pasó totalmente de nuestra orden y cuando la llamábamos

Baño mixto y con dos inodoros pero sin agua lavabo. Pedimos 2 mini hamburguesas y nos trajeron dos platos de 4.. salimos hasta el moño de las hamburguesas que desde mi punto de vista no son para comer 4 cada uno, no están malas pero se hacen pesadas, y que un servicio adecuado nos hubiera avisado, estáis seguras ... Volveré para tomar algo para comer no lo tengo claro ...

We got really good and friendly service, the atmosphere was nice, but the food! The food is well below average. When you order a nachos with "melted cheese" you expected melted cheese, not dollops of store-bought cheese sauce (the kind you buy in the supermarket to dip your Doritos!). That was genuinely disgusting. Some people might like that, but at least be honest about what you are putting in the menu! Then we had a vegetable quesadillas which was tiny for the price, and while edible it really had nothing special at all. Never going back again.

Mala atención. Descontrol en todos los sentidos se los camareros. No regresaría. Además de mala atención traen la cuenta mal. Ni una sola mísera tapa de picoteo todo completamente sucio. La verdad que no regresaría reitero

Se olvidaron de la comida, se lo recordamos cuando vimos que habíamos acabado la bebida y, a pesar de que no había casi gente, no traían los platos.🤣🤣🤣 Cuando trajeron la cuenta era de otra mesa y no tenía nada que ver con la nuestra... éramos dos personas y la cuenta era de 5 🙈 El sitio es bonito, pero no volvería, sinceramente...

La peor hamburguesería a la que he ido. El humus sin sabor. La hamburguesa vegetal era un mazacote de garbanzos, los que comieron de carne dijeron que sin sabor y los nachos para lo que eran, carísimos. Al final he pagado 22 euros por una hamburguesa, una cerveza y picar unos nachos. Éramos 6 personas y ninguna vamos a volver. Nada recomendable.

La camarera que nos atendió en la terraza es super borde y el servicio lento. Para sentarnos y pedir la bebida pasan 10 minutos, hasta que traigan 20 minutos, pides la cuenta pasan 15 minutos no te atiendan. Te levantas para pagarlo en la caja ya te traen la cuenta con una cara de mala hostia. Pidas 2 cervezas y te traen 2 pintas sin preguntar si quiero caña o más grande. Dos pintas cuestan 9,20. No volveremos.

This was the most rude customer experience I’ve ever had. We waited for over an hour for an outdoor table, and eventually asked the young waiter sitting people outside with dark hair and a beard if we could sit inside while we waited. He assured us that yes, we could and he would come in and get us as soon as a table opened. We saw a group leaving an outdoor table so got up from the bar, only for this waiter to tell us that because we were inside he told the other group they could sit. Even though he essentially suggested we sit inside while we wait. We said we had been waiting for over an hour and this new group just walked up and had not even sat down at the table, and we asked him if he could just tell them before they even sat down that there was another group ahead of them, to which he basically said too bad and laughed at us for getting upset. Probably were disrespected because we were tourists and he felt that he could screw us over. Never going back.
