Único sitio en Madrid donde mis acompañantes, fieles a sus tragos tradicionales, se dejan recomendar y exploran las bebidas más variopintas, únicas e interesantes de Madrid. El sitio es realmente increíble, tiene una decoración psicodélica que sin saber cómo consigue hacerte sentir cómodo. El personal es absolutamente profesional y están formados en distintos idiomas. Y la calidad… es sencillamente única. Cada cóctel lleva consigo una elaboración previa y detallada en su menú que no pasa desapercibida. Lo recomiendo 100%, así tengas que esperar 10 minutos para tener mesa o hablar alto porque hay ruido, es que realmente todo ello es parte de su encanto. Sin reservas, a la aventura, a experimentar, a sentarte con personas desconocidas y salir de allí con nuevas combinaciones de sabores que jamás creerías que funcionarían y hasta con una posible amistad nueva. Es un lugar fascinante y sin duda iremos mil veces más.

Excelente lugar. Me encanto el servicio, ofrecen una bonita experiencia, pides tus cócteles y te dan papitas fritas. Yo probé un cóctel llamado Reset, muy bueno y además venía acompañado con un mini helado. La atención estuvo increíble. ❤️

Quick drink here! Thr ambience is really wow. Lively and fun. The drinks, excellently crafted and prepared. Their house Negroni was astonishing, with a tad of Porto to balance the bitters. The non alcoholic Tiki Tiki was delicious, no cheap ingredients there. We will certainly come back this week. Staff were very warm and inviting, the hospitality we expect! A+++

Salmon Guru is one of our absolute favorite bars in Madrid, and we make a point to stop by every time we’re in town. The creativity, atmosphere, and craftsmanship here are always top-notch. This time we brought our family along and even though they’re not regulars in the cocktail world, they were able to truly appreciate the artistry and the incredible flavors in every drink. Watching them experience Salmon Guru for the first time made the night even more special. It’s a place that never disappoints and always surprises. We can’t wait to come back again!

Top nightlife spot. It's chaotic, busy and lively. The design is incredible and drinks are amazing. Staff is very friendly and the menu is a little chaotic too but there are a few staples. I recommend the negroni to anyone who visits this bar. We came on a Saturday evening, waited for about 15 minutes to get a bar seat.

My friends and I queued for about 30–40 minutes and ended up getting bar seats. Honestly, the drinks were great and the experience and atmosphere were top-notch! It’s a fun place if you’re looking for something lively. The people and the music there was great too. However, a few things really affected the experience. First, while we were in line, a group of five walked right in because the runner said they had a reservation — even though the bar doesn’t take reservations at all. That part felt unfair and confusing. Once we got inside, the place felt messy and overcrowded — definitely not what you’d expect from a bar listed in the 50 Best. Sitting at the bar, we could clearly see the workstation, and the sink honestly looked a bit unclean. There were moments where we noticed an unpleasant smell, and throughout the night we kept getting splashed with water from behind the counter, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was good and we love the bartenders, but the operations and cleanliness really didn’t match the reputation.

The atmosphere in this place is on point. Very good vibes as soon as you walk in. The service was great, and they were very attentive, constantly filling up my water without asking, which I really appreciate because I love water. The drinks, they were amazing. Not only the presentation was spectacular, their taste and uniqueness was superb. I wish we found this place earlier as we would’ve definitely came back more than once. We loved our visit to Salmon Guru. We knew being in the top 50 cocktail bars in the world meant we would not just walk in and sit down but in the end we only waited 10 minutes until we were shown to our seats. we were on the end of a large table of people all in groups of one or two. This ended up being really good fun as people like to discuss the menu and the cocktails they are drinking, you can get some good recommendations. The drinks are amazing, we had two each and really loved them., We had just eaten so we did not order food but everyone who was eating the snacks (food is small almost tapas style, not a big meal) were loving the food. Also everything, both food and drink, came with such style and very individual styles. Some drinks were tall and flamboyant, others came in small pottery cups and bottles. Everything had so much thought put into it I was amazed. The atmosphere is also very unique, the walls and ceiling are adorned with pop art / comic book style neon and pictures and the music is reasonably loud (but not too loud that you can't talk). Service was great, staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Loved it - thank you.

Very extensive menu with some creative options. I tend to get ‘overwhelmed’ when there are too many to choose from, so I ended up telling them the flavors I liked, and they came up with a beautifully crafted and delicious cocktail. They were also very accommodating with our group; there were initially just two of us and we sat at the bar, and then we had another couple join us and they happily moved us to a booth. Great service and great cocktails! Worth stopping by while in Madrid.

Sitio bastante agradable y oscuro para tomarte un cóctel si tienes la suerte de encontrar mesa alguna noche. Look, full disclosure, I'm going to say places like this just aren't my vibe so it might be yours. The theme and decor were amazing and you could have a really great time hanging out with friends here drinking out of oversized frog tiki glasses. But ultimately it comes down to the cocktails and personally felt they were more show than substance. We had the salmon sherbet which was just bland and the twist and shout which had more flavour but lacked any real punch in flavour. Didn't stay for a second round.
