They say first impression makes everything! I waited over 10 minutes at the front counter to order as I had a coupon and was never acknowledged or recognized. I finally gave up and walked out the door! You not only lost a $15.00 plus sale but also a future customer. Do know there busy but also need to watch the front counter even thru there is a kiosk there are still customers who need help . Also the guest behind me walked out also lack of being helped.

January 12,2025 Me and my family went to this Jack-in-the-Box on imperial The tacos and the cheeseburgers and the french fries fries wasn’t fresh they were we cooked My three children and my wife and I got food poisoning and had diarrhea for two days I am vomiting Two days of loss, work and pain And these people that work on this place do not have a common sense to give people fresh food but they cry about getting $20 an hour. I will not be giving my business to this Jack-in-the-Box writing this review so everyone could know. Dying here on your own risk

The worst ever nobody in the store when i walked in took about 10 minutes to an employee to take my order then another person walked in again nobody came to take his order then he walked out and went accross the street to McDonald’s After waiting for another 10 minutes i noticied my order was ready to deliver to me then the employee tossed the bags in front of me and called out order 38 i did not claim this since i did not receive the receipt then I asked if this was my food? He says dont you remember what did you order? I said you called for order 38 it must me my order cause there is nobody here waiting Never back again to your place

Worst experience ever, the cashier by the name Alejandra P., provided us with the worst customer service ever, she had an attitude all the time, not to mention we ask for combos and she gave us only the burgers… she wanted us to pay for everything separated then she said it was our fault for not being specific then to top it off she charges us double for certain items, the nerve of this girl not to recognize her mistake or the fact that she was in a bad mood, if your not going to provide good customer service why work at a fast food restaurant. Overall never coming here again.

I had a pick up here for Uber, I walked in and only the cook was seen, the cashier was in the back. He came out and the order was not ready which was fine, I asked if I could use their restroom, he was nice and said yes. I walked in the bathroom and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was dried poop all over the toilet, no seat liners available to use nor any paper towels.

Found a hair inside the patty 🤢🤢🤮 I tried pulling the hair out of my mouth and it came out all in one piece. I honestly suspect and it’s obvious foul play was at play after changing my order last minute at the window. They took this personal and to the next level. A poor experience doesn’t even begin to explain how i feel. Keep that in mind if you plan on eating here. Because I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!

Bad customer service. The cashier didn't know what the product was carrying, she was very rude to serve us, we were a group of tourists who were passing through and they really don't stop at this store it's losing money

This place is gross... I did not look around until after I had eaten but this is fility. I can't believe this place. The bathrooms were so gross. I would say this place is not a place I would recommend.

There's the business hrs on the front & side doors & it say Drive Thru open 24hrs BUT one of the worker told me that it was close??? I check the business hrs on the doors & it says Drive Thru until ( Open 24hrs )... Obviously I came back again at the location & I saw a couple of guys inside & ask them why they told me it was close They just stated it they will be re open in about 1/2 hr... Weir....
