I recently visited KFC St. Julian’s and had a smooth overall experience. The staff were friendly and took my order quickly, even though the branch was fairly busy. The food came out hot and fresh, especially the chicken, which was crispy and well-seasoned. The seating area was clean, though the space can feel a bit crowded during peak times. Service speed was decent, and everything I ordered was correct. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick meal, with good quality food and efficient service.

Just had the most epic meal at KFC! 🤩 The staff, Parshuram, was absolutely fantastic! 🤩 Not only did he hook me up with a bucket of the crispiest, juiciest chicken I've ever had, but he also threw in some extra spicy sauce, just the way I like it! 🔥 Five stars for the food, five stars for the service, and a million stars for Parshuram's legendary friendliness! 👏 Next time you're in, ask for Parshuram - trust me, you won't be disappointed! 😊

Simeron was very helpful, patient and professional. He helped us to find what we were looking for on the menu and place our order. His customer service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and tidy and service was prompt. Highly recommend.

Sharif took our payment and spent three minutes guiding us on our selection and after 4 to 7 minutes he came with our food to the table and it was delicious! I have eaten in Ireland, Rome and Portugal KFC and this was one of the friendliest and tastiest that I tried. Malta is really wonderful

Delicious Tower Burger, definitely my favorite item on the menu. The service was very fast and I didn’t even wait 10 minutes. The restaurant is modern inside, although it could use more staff since there was quite a lot of rubbish around, especially on top of the bins. Communication with the staff was a bit difficult as their English level was quite low. Prices are good for what you get. The location is very convenient, inside the Baystreet shopping mall right next to Paceville.

Visited KFC in Paceville and it was very busy as always, but Mohammed and his team were clearly doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. I waited around 15–20 minutes for my food, which is understandable during peak time. Despite the rush, the service was good and the food was fresh and tasty. Appreciate the hard work from the team!

I visited many KFC's around the world but this is the one which I would come back. This branch is quite spacious with plenty of seating places inside and like it suppose to be food was pipping hot and crispy. Hot wings were just perfect: crispy, hot and spicy. Be AWARE after just miniature drizzle it was slippery as hell the G1 level before taking escalator up to the restaurant

I went here with my friends. I got my order in around 5 minutes but my friends had to wait 20, there wasnt any people there so it was a bit insane to wait 20 minutes at a fast food place. food was good tho. i ordered the chicken burger bun was a bit dry

This has to be the worst KFC I’ve ever ordered from in my life. We waited just over an hour whilst there was only two staff members on shift and they didn’t care whatsoever as they where chatting most the time and not preparing any food whilst over 30 people where waiting. If your understaffed don’t open, it’s as simple as that but taking money from customers and making them wait insane lengths of time is ridiculous. The food was vile as the chicken was dry like sawdust and the chips were soggy and wet with no seasoning. The Pepsi also had no ice in it and all in all for €30 euros I would have rather gone anywhere else and paid more. Please stay away from this place !!

The worst KFC ever. The taste was ok but was ice cold after waiting 20minutes. Asked for a replacement and still the fries were shrieked. The Churos felt like eating a butter naan and too chewy. Dining experience was zero.
