Good diner food, friendly service. We love coming here! The restaurant is large so it can accommodate larger parties, the staff is knowledgeable and quick. The food is good and reliable, which is huge. Everything here is good- from salads to wraps- to burgers- to blt- to omlettes- to sandwiches. My daughter's favorite is the Mac and cheese.

Always try to get here with my parents who frequent here. Owners and staff very attentive, and prices are very reasonable for the area. Portions are perfect. Cole slaw is epic, and alone worth the trip. Bakery is worth exporting to a different state to others. Linzer tarts in two sizes. Good!

Great place to stop by for a catch up with your social circle. Cannot remember the brunch menu items we picked, but a great place overall. Seems family run, which is a plus. Service was mildly slow, but it didn't hurt as we preferred to stay longer!

Wonderful place. 24 hours of really great food. Some dishes like the steak tips over rice with vegetables are sublime. It’s my go to brunch place for when I’m entertaining large groups. The parking can get filled up quickly in the usual busy times. The owners at the cashier can be a little off putting. However the waitstaff are very nice and competent. The place is always clean, that especially means the bathroom. I’ve really never had a bad experience there. I love it.

My nephew, sister & I have visited numerous times & each time it has not disappointed! We usually order the same: grilled chicken breast, fries, etc. & it's always good. The best dessert is the warm brownie with ice cream, whip cream with a drizzle of chocolate & walnuts topped with a cherry...yummy!! My nephew has tried all the milk shakes. His favorite one has oreo cookies, M&M's (& more chocolate stuff I can't remember...lol) We don't feel rushed to finish our meal. The waiters we've had have been very easy & friendly to deal with. Our tables have always been clean & with no weird residue on them. The ladies bathroom smells very nice & kept very clean. The atmosphere is friendly & cozy. Patrons are mostly families. It's quite busy but surprisingly not noisy! Great parking area including handicap spots. Prices are up there but with everything increasing, the value & quality of the food it's just fine with me. I highly recommend this place!

From The Other Curmudgeon blog: There wasn't anything particulary Texan about the nachos, but I guess the name suggests southwestern cuisine to people here. In the present case, I'll accept it on behalf of my home state as a great compliment, as the nachos I got were very good, and there were a lot of them. (I'm eating the leftovers now.) The menu mentioned chili as an ingredient, so I was expecting, worst-case scenario, Doritos with canned chili with beans on them. The chips are not Doritos, but some kind of large rounds with good corn flavour and not too much salt. There's a lot of jack and colby cheese, some black beans, and lots and lots of pulled pork on top. The nacho plate is piled high, and delicious; it's served with sides of good-quality chunky salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. I only managed to eat about two-thirds of the portion served me, and today (Monday) it's my lunch, and still delicious.

This diner has been my favorite diner for a very long time. Late nights back in college, and no matter what time, always the best. No matter what time of day it is, food quality is always good. This place turned out to be a really nice surprise. After a movie a friend and I decided to get something to eat so we headed out to this diner. This was a first visit there for me. I saw that French Onion Soup was on the menu so we both decided to have that and to spit a cheeseburger deluxe. The server was right there when we needed him and kept the coffee and water filled. A dish of great coleslaw and delicious picked was brought to the table before we even ordered. The atmosphere at this diner is awesome. The place is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The food was delicious and the wait staff on the ball. I can't wait to go back to The Nautilus.

The food is a big pricey but honestly it makes up for it by just how GOOD the food is. They are definitely doing something right here because not one time have I ate anything at Nautilus that was even slightly disappointing, and I have had quite a few things here. They cook everything to perfection! The only qualms I have is their milkshakes are on the thin side but I'm sure they could make it thicker if you asked, and sometimes they forget to put silverware in with my takeout, but none of that is enough to take a star off. The wait staff is kind and respectful , you can see that with how they talk to you and other customers, especially greating some by name which just proves a point. They are a great place to have food!

The most authentic New York diner experience you could possibly have. Everyone here is so friendly, the wait staff is accurate and on point. I have been coming here for many many years and I have never had a bad meal.

Fresh, interesting diner food. The usual comfort items plus other choices that match current food trends. Service is prompt and attentive. We've been customers there for 27 years. Our kids 'grew up' in the Nautilus with the staff who are like extended family.

This is one of the best diners in Westchester County. Especially with the prices all around the area, they still give you a hearty plate of food, a clean environment, and friendly service, so in my opinion that's what a diner needs to do. I visit this establishment often.

My husband and I am my family and friends frequent the diner often . Note: We had been to the Diner and pizza down the road, but this diner "outshines all others". The service is always terrific. Tonite I had a hefty chicken salad sandwich, which is with potato salad a house salad . We took to go two delicious pieces of strawberry shortcake , one for us and for our friend who loves this cake! My husband had a delicious western omelette with home fries and toast . I highly recommend this diner. I believe it is the best diner in the lower Westchester county area. I always recommend this Diner to family, friends, and business acquaintances at every opportunity I have. The service is always very prompt and professional, and the portions are ample and much larger than all the other diners in the area. Also, the savory taste of the food is much better at this diner than others in the area.

I used to come here every week when I was still living in Larchmont a couple years ago. This diner was one of my favorite places and still feels like home whenever I come visit. I always had a grilled cheese with bacon with a side of a small tomato soup. Best food ever! The staff was also very friendly. I’m looking forward to the next time I can come and have my grilled cheese and tomato soup, I highly recommend that! ♥️

Been here before pre and post pandemic with my family. Went here yesterday as a party of 8. We met the rest of my family there as they already sat down. Server was slow on getting one more water for the table, and had to track him down for water. Overall tho, we all enjoyed our food. I ordered the full stack of chocolate chip pancakes, which was really good. only thing is that some people do prefer chocolate chips inside the pancake and only inside- although it does look good with the chips on top of them tho. My family ordered various food items, some ordered breakfast, and others ordered lunch. everything came out in a timely manner, and we all enjoyed the food. i tasted my dad's french fries and they were really delicous. Also our server offered the kid at our table ice cream, but didn't ask the rest of the table about any dessert or coffee or anything. know that sometimes people do say no, but it doesn't mean one doesn't offer it! hopefully will be back here again!

We were a group of five one evening and we had an absolutely delicious meal. The service was excellent and the place is very clean. I had a cop salad that was chopped up to perfection and served with croutons. Other great dishes that night were an egg white spinach omelet, a western omelette, brisket sandwich, and chicken fingers. The french fries were cooked to perfection. For dessert we shared a piece of seven layer cake which was out of this world with a couple of cups of coffee and a nice tea. For a diner, this was superb I would highly recommend it. It was our first time here and we loved it.

Love this diner for the great ambience, solid food, location. Kids love the brunch options. Depending on the hour of the day it does get busy but they have a perfected the diner experience. We start going there during Covid and the severs still carry the same precautions. The payment is made during exit so time your request for the check or else it will take few extra mins.

Update: There was a waiter who was on his break in his feelings hardcore. Problems at home but keep it to yourself. It was too loud and I understand Spanish so the vulgar language is inappropriate while we’re having dinner, especially because you’re paying a premium to dine here. The bus boy was nice. Also, the young waiter Carlos saved the day with excellent service. The food was good. Regular kinda place. The food is consistant and the service is good for the most part. Sometimes it's a little loud but a side from that the music selection is good. Can't complain.

Food was great, ALL the wait staff was also amazing. The only Reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the female Caucasian manager. She was so nasty and rude to her staff. No one should be legally allowed to be in a leadership role when they treat and talk down to their staff. Ice cream very good, better than expected, would recommend. Slices of cake best to avoid. They looked great in the display cabinet but when we ordered them they were not nice, too dry (must be the recipe because consistent dryness throughout), not much flavor, frosting was very sugary.

Another review I had a special called the Italian combo it had meatball ravioli and chicken Parmesan cheese. The ravioli had no flavor hard and a bit cold. The meatball had flavor and i liked it. The chicken Parmesan was a bit tough not the best ok I had to ask for garlic powder . The sauce had a flavor of chef boyardee spaghetti and meatball. I must say the squash soup was great.

Decent food, I'd avoid the cakes. Asked for a slice of carrot cake and it tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for several weeks. It was far from fresh and not very tasty. The main course was good though and I've had good breakfast meals here in the past. Service was fine and the place was clean.

This place is pretty average and pricey. I’ve had pancakes and a quesadilla from here and they’re okay. Not bad but not great. I am a soup person but I do not like their chicken soup. The broth doesn’t taste good and the chicken looks like canned tuna.

We went for breakfast. My husband order huevos rancheros. They seem microwaved pre heated. I ordered avocados on a multigrain, eggs, bacon and home fries. The avocado was old, lemony flavor and the bacon was hard as rock. We got stomachache. It was expensive.

My grandparents love this place. We have been eating there since I was a little girl. Because they eat there almost every Sunday the staff is very friendly with them. That is nice and heartwarming, but it doesn't make up for the lackluster food for me. There have been several times when I've wanted to send back food but wouldn't simply to appease my grands. I abhor paying for subpar food though. And frankly this food hasn't been stellar in at least a decade. They push through volume but not necessarily quality. Which is a shame because nothing beats good diner food. This just isn't it. Don't get me wrong. There are certain menu items that are yummy and if they are less busy usually the food is of higher caliber. But there are other diners in the area that are more consistent and have better food.

The menu is HUGE which is not a good thing in today's dining world. I love ❤️ a smaller menu that has super fresh food. The portions are quite huge which is a problem too. I would prefer smaller portions and a lower price which would still be plenty of food. The burgers 🍔 are huge. Years ago the burgers were smaller and better. It is hard to get a rare burger. It will be raw and the medium rare will be too well cooked. The matzo ball soup is great 👍 as are other soups. The creamed spinach is the best veg unique to this diner. Their turkey and chicken dinners are good too. The desserts 🍨 are made there and worth ordering. Sometimes I enjoy the food and other times it is not as good. Smaller menus and portions would solve a lot of problems.

Big let down. Omelettes and hash browns were edible but tasteless. Chicken sandwich was good, and the kids enjoyed their Oreo pancakes. Service was extremely indifferent, which I always find inexcusable. Fellow serving us acted annoyed when we mentioned the bacon was cold; we just politely asked to have it reheated. Once he brought it back we never saw him again. Prices were average. Restaurant is accessible ♿️. Large parking lot. Not returning.

It was ok bit overpriced. Ordered 1 Omelet with ham and cheese. Ordered another with just cheese bcuz i wanted it with bacon but not on the menu. I ask if I they can add bacon to the 2nd omelet waiter said sure no problem. Food comes and the home fries were undercooked imo. The 2nd omelet came with the bacon but also with ham. I asked for just cheese+bacon on the 2nd the omelet. The waiter never came around to ask us"is everything ok "or would we "like anything else" like most diners do. I usually tip around $20 but I only tipped $4 bcuz service was bad. I received undercooked home fries and the wrong omelet.

When you order something, you expect to get whatever they write you will get on the menu. Somehow, in this place, you have to ask for them, according to the guy who was at the register the last time I was there. I got a greek salad w/ grilled chicken wrap. Normally, it comes with coleslaw and pickles, but they did not bring any of it. Tomato soup normally comes with rolls. They do not bring them. My son got something from the kids menu, which again comes with a choice of cookies, ice cream etc. Guess what he had.... Nothing... Unless the customer says the otherwise, you are supposed to serve everything you say you will on the menu....

Food was OVER Priced. Received the Bill and everything was ala carte. Paid separate for a Slice of Cheese, FF, Bacon, ordered a Wrap and they charged me $1 extra for a Wrap! Bacon was Fatty and not edible. Contacted the Diner via e-mail and received no courtesy response. Never going there again.

We've been going to this diner for years and the staff has been more difficult. Apparently the customer is not always right. In the past we've asked for a small bowl of mac and cheese to with hot dog for our 4 year old and they've been gracious. Recently, they've only allowed us to buy a huge adult portion mac and cheese. My wife wanted to replace her burger's fries with a small salad and that was denied. She received a full size salad. In the end we ordered 5 full meals for two adults and one child totaling over $60. It's not worth the hassle or argument any more. We've mentioned this to our family and friends in New Rochelle so they're aware.

Went on Easter Sunday and made the mistake of ordering the ham steak dinner. Folks, I've had ham steak all over the United States. The "ham steak" here was pale pink and was about as edible as the pencil eraser it was modeled after. It was absolutely horrible. Veggies were OK. And there were no condiments, butter, or salt and pepper on the table. I had to ask for them. Do not go here. You've been warned.

Been going here since I was young, but not so much recently. Was in the area and went in to grab a quick bite at the counter. Waiter who was very nice took my order, but as I waited I realized there were flies everywhere. I get that it's summer, but even the muffins that have clear covers on them had flies crawling around on the inside. Was pretty gross. What ordered was cooked so I wasn't to worried, but will not be going back anytime soon.

Unfortunately the food we ordered was terrible . My son ordered roasted chicken with stuffing and a potatoe with broccoli. The chicken was not cooked well and the stuffing was cold, served with 1 random fry on the plate ???? I had a veggie wrap, very dry and no taste. I left most of it, my son let the waiter know he could not eat his make dinner please . We paid 15 for my wrap only. Would not recommend at all

Place seemed nice from the outside. I understand that Sunday mornings tend to be busy for diners, however this does not justify not being served. We arrived and was seated promptly. However this is were the good service ended. We sat waiting to be served for about 20 min. I then brought it to the attention of one of the waiters were he assured us in 3 mins someone would come to our table. Another 15 mins passed as I watched other families that were seated after us get served promptly. We decided to leave and on our way out informed the waiter as well as the manager. Unfortunate because the place seemed nice.

We usually come to this diner one a month and the food is very good . Today my husband got sick to his stomach, very badly … he ordered a BLT with French fries, it was horrible, the taste was rancid. We were very surprised by this . I hope next time we won’t be disappointed .

At 6:05 PM, I received terrible service from a man at the register. The man, who wore glasses, said an order would be ready in 10 minutes. He went back to his desk, and it wasn't about how long I had to wait; it was that he was speaking rudely, saying things like, "If you can't wait, just cancel the order." I don't think he has the right to say that about whether I wait or not. Was he saying those things just because I'm a delivery driver, or maybe he doesn't like how I look? I'm not just a delivery driver; I can also be a customer. I hope they improve their customer service for everyone. Thank you.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Happened to be in a Trader Joe's next door and I was hungry. Decided to give this place a try and I was very optimistic. However after receiving my order I quickly realized this place wasn't going to measure up to my expectation. I ordered a medium well burger and I got a over cooked dry burger. The sweet potato fries lacked taste even after putting salt on it. The service was ok however the waiter didn't come back to check on me until I had about one bite left of my meal.
