Something is wrong with our order EVERY TIME! We usually have to go to Elgin if we want what we order but Uber Eats goes to the Manor location. The Whataburger employees and Uber Eats driver don’t check the order. Completely missing 2 items yesterday and today didn’t get any syrup for the pancake meal. I don’t know why they can’t get it together when Parmer and Elgin locations never have a problem. I just read other reviews and realized I’m lucky that I got food at all. This location needs a visit from corporate and new management clearly. Making Whataburger look bad!

Do not use the outside lane to order drive through, there were at least 4/5 cars that got their food food before me on the inside line. I had 2 meals and took over 10 mins

This is the second time this has happened to me. Never go through the drive through. They will serve another customer food before you. Only four cars were there in drive through. The person in front ordered a bunch and instead of making them move forward I had to watch a car pull up and get his food and leave while I still sat there.

This place is terrible. Slow moving and zero organization. I sat at one of the speakers and two cars ordered ahead of me on the other side. A third car pulled and I still wasn’t helped. I went to leave and got jammed up in both lanes and had to just sit there and wait for someone to get their food. Do you have literal snails manning this place? I’ve seen little old ladies cross the street faster than this place moves, dude.

I just got a water that tastes like a cleaning chemicals and burned my mouth with one small sip. I am nauseated and about to vomit. A few weeks ago I got fries not fully cooked. Do not go here. They are not practicing safe protocols and should be shut down until they can.

I have literally been sitting in the DT for 47 minutes. There are three people in the dining room and no cars at the window. They aren’t taking orders. We are just waiting. Wendy’s sucks and I don’t want McDonalds. This is ridiculous !! Manor is getting to many other restaurants for y’all to drop the ball now. Do better !! 52 minutes and they finally took my order !

Out of all the times that I’ve went to grab lunch from Whataburger I’ve never had an issue with my food until today there was a good chunk of hair in my fries they gave me a ketchup packet that was sliced open and had hair stuck to it and my burger was not wrapped and there was also hair in the bag it’s underneath the burger and fries . This is beyond disgusting and all employees should be wearing hair nets to prevent this type of issue again

I been to this location several times and they always mess up my order I will never wast my money at this whataburger again. This place is get worse went for breakfast 09/03/25 they have family members walking behind the counter and in the cooking area like it’s there own house , then they served me old food twice has to ask for a different option management needs to get on the ball and fix this location’s problem.

I really like Whataburger, which is why I keep giving this location another chance. Unfortunately, it’s been disappointing time and time again. My DoorDash orders often get delayed or canceled, and when I went in person, I saw employees moving with no effort or urgency. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was so dry it was mostly crust instead of chicken at least the order was correct this time. This location needs stronger management and better quality control to live up to the Whataburger name.

Everything gets a one star. I sat here for 20 minutes at 1am after spending a day traveling and just getting back from the airport. I happened to pull to the outside line which was an absolute mistake. It was a mistake to come here period. I had to ask about my food before they even started making it. No solutions gestures of good will just empty apologies. Corporate needs to come back to retrain everyone, especially management.

I went for the 75th anniversary and purchased my whataburger and I added medium onion rings which are ridiculously high I paid $4.39 plus tax and left and while driving back to work cause im on my lunch I notice the medium onion rings looks more like a small order. That's crazy almost $5.00 and counted 7small onion rings WOOOOW smh so much for my favorite burger place!!

Currently sitting in the line for 30 minutes, about 20 minutes waiting for food after they told us to pull up. They gave me a small drink when I asked for a medium. The staff was slow and stood around talking while holding our food. Also my box was like this when I got it. It wasn’t even super busy and there was a ton of employees in there so I’m not really sure what the hold up was. Edit: Came back here again, but still slow service. I waited 15 minutes in curbside after the supposed order ready time. Then, they forgot one of our fries so I had to go in for that. After opening my avocado bacon burger, there was NO avocado on it…
