Every time I come here the staff and management are so attentive and helpful. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Kamaria was very pleasant and helpful. She prompted me perfectly helping ensure a perfect order (which it was) while being extremely patient and kind. Others could take a page or two from Kamaria’s book of expertise. They rock!

Hit and miss on service every so often. Dining room and restrooms are always clean and stocked which is a huge plus. Potential wait times could exceed 20-30 minutes depending on the day. I almost always order ahead to help with the order queue, but I've been waiting for just about 30 minutes as I write this.

I just happen to notice this Whataburger as I was looking at the new restaurants in Manor. I never realized this one was there. From now on I will be going out of my way for this Whataburger in comparison to the MLK location. This location on 290 at least the workers act as though they want to be there! I'll gladly give my money to a business to a company with happy employees in comparison to MLK were they are always angry, they never get the orders correct and then blame the paying customer. It's sad to say that the MLK location made me stop eating Whataburger for the past 4yrs. I was hungry after a late night grocery run and happy that I noticed this location.

It was the 75th anniversary of Whataburger so $.75 Whataburgers and lots of people. The staff was busy but taking care of everything and everyone pretty quickly. They even had free cupcakes! All of the customers were happy.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service, all thanks to the manager, Cierra. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—friendly, professional, and truly cares about the customers. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was inviting. It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads by example and makes a real difference in the dining experience. Thank you, Cierra, for making this visit exceptional! It might “seem” like a good idea to have 2 drive throughs. But if it still takes 30 minutes to bring a person one simple combo, then it’s a complete waste. Get it together!

If you like waiting over 30 minutes for one burger and 3 chicken tenders when there’s barely any customers, this is the place for you! I will never stop here again. My time is too valuable. Lines take way too long for fast food, you order on mobile and have to come in instead of the drive thru. Food is below par and if you ask for anything it's met with contempt. Staff mostly plays around/on phones. There were a couple of staff that actually try to help and are doing their job but over all needs improvement. Their shakes were good though, even if they were going to give only 1 of the 3 ordered but I chalk that up to the 1 of 2 people actually working being overwhelmed, while the rest were just goofing off.

Came here 2 weeks ago and came again today and they take 35 minutes just for a burger in the drive thru. They forget my straw, when I ask for it the girl just nods, pulls out her phone and walks off and it took literally another 10 minutes to get a straw. Food is pretty good if they get your order right. They tend to get orders wrong and take a very long time to make it. And I mean a VERY LONG TIME to make it. The customer service is pretty bad since it seems like none of the workers want to be there. So if you REALLY like whataburger, then keep all this in mind when you order here. If you're looking for a quick bite then I suggest you avoid this place.

If you order online they won't serve you unless you go inside to pick up even if the drive threw is totally vacant. Be prepared to wait at lease 30-45 minutes if the store is NOT busy. Came through the drive throu at 10am the lady taking my order was so rude to me. Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience I came in for lunch with my husband and two children, expecting a nice meal, but unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There was a mix-up with our order, and only one kids’ meal was brought out. Mistakes happen, and we appreciated the staff offering to comp the missing meal. However, what followed was completely unacceptable. The cook, Jesse, loudly taunted us while looking directly at our table, repeatedly making comments about “giving away free food.” It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When we brought this to the attention of the manager and other staff, instead of addressing the situation seriously, they laughed and joked about it until we left. A simple mistake turned into a horrible dining experience because of the lack of professionalism and basic respect. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

It's difficult to express what an enormous letdown this Whataburger is every time. The staff is rude. None of them should have a job. They screw up order. It's the closest one to my house and literally dozens of times they screw up simple things like no onions they can't do it.

An online order means that it was WRITTEN down what to do. Pay extra to have it done that way with a pickup. This place completely disregarded any instruction or just didn’t care. I have lived in manor for a year and have quite literally never had a good experience at this location. Whatburgers service is usually always subpar but in the nicest way possible 3/4 of the workers I’ve met here have been incompetent. I was handed a remade banana pudding shake 3x and I ordered chocolate, told the worker hey can you fix it it’s banana pudding I ordered chocolate he took it remade it I sipped it and again banana pudding.. we did this multiple times. My husband had a free burger reward, the reward didn’t go through right they had to call half the store to fix the issue and after about 5 mins of half the store working on it, they managed to take off $1 when the reward shouldave taken off several dollars. And I could go on as well 😭 I usually only like to leave reviews if a place is really good but omg this one’s so bad

Manager was so stressed out trying to get everybody’s order out. Our order was taken at 10:54 and we didn’t get our food until 11:45 and all he said was it’s on its way. By time we got the food it was cold from just setting and the dr.pepper was just carbon. 8 cars set for over 30 minutes for food while lane 2 was going out smooth.

Visited this place around 12:30 in the morning on 6/24/19. Ordered the pancake plater combo, drove back home to discover they served me burned pancakes and burned eggs. Just opening the plastic container and the burned smell was horrible. Took the food back and spoke to the female manager on duty. I advised that I had been served burned food she replied, "thats just the burnt food from the grill stuck on your food." I said thats toxic and if I had eaten that I would be very sick, are you not watching your staff? She replied, "Their over there and I'm over here how can I watch them? So I requested a refund and a second manager came to the window and refunded my money. Check your food very carefully, what other health codes are they violating?

At first my sweet tea tasted old they remade it in a different cup STILL OLD after I asked for FRESH. Instead I asked for something different. Joy (manager) was very helpful in refunding my money back but I’m so thankful I didn’t eat this!.

Something is wrong with our order EVERY TIME! We usually have to go to Elgin if we want what we order but Uber Eats goes to the Manor location. The Whataburger employees and Uber Eats driver don’t check the order. Completely missing 2 items yesterday and today didn’t get any syrup for the pancake meal. I don’t know why they can’t get it together when Parmer and Elgin locations never have a problem. I just read other reviews and realized I’m lucky that I got food at all. This location needs a visit from corporate and new management clearly. Making Whataburger look bad!

Out of all the times that I’ve went to grab lunch from Whataburger I’ve never had an issue with my food until today there was a good chunk of hair in my fries they gave me a ketchup packet that was sliced open and had hair stuck to it and my burger was not wrapped and there was also hair in the bag it’s underneath the burger and fries . This is beyond disgusting and all employees should be wearing hair nets to prevent this type of issue again

I really like Whataburger, which is why I keep giving this location another chance. Unfortunately, it’s been disappointing time and time again. My DoorDash orders often get delayed or canceled, and when I went in person, I saw employees moving with no effort or urgency. I went for the 75th anniversary and purchased my whataburger and I added medium onion rings which are ridiculously high I paid $4.39 plus tax and left and while driving back to work cause im on my lunch I notice the medium onion rings looks more like a small order. Currently sitting in the line for 30 minutes, about 20 minutes waiting for food after they told us to pull up. They gave me a small drink when I asked for a medium. The staff was slow and stood around talking while holding our food. Also my box was like this when I got it. It wasn’t even super busy and there was a ton of employees in there so I’m not really sure what the hold up was. Edit: Came back here again, but still slow service. I waited 15 minutes in curbside after the supposed order ready time. Then, they forgot one of our fries so I had to go in for that. After opening my avocado bacon burger, there was NO avocado on it…
