Best food I've had in a large bar restaurant in a long time. Salmon and steak were excellent. Delicious salads. Summer salad being my choice. A spinach dip with the most actual spinach I've ever eaten. Creamy and delicious. If you have a chance stop by you won't regret it
This was our first visit to this restaurant, and the food and service was very good. The waiter (Brian) was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and often checked in on us for anything further needed. The manager (Carter) also checked in us to see how everything was going, that's a plus and show's that they care about there customers! With our experience with this restaurant, we would recommend it!
54th Street house Mainsfield does it again. I came in late and they're bartender Brittany promptly asked what I needed and I told her to go order. She was very attentive and took my order right then and there and also gave me a drink. I have been here before and the services excellent The food is great and I will come back here again. Also shout out to Mike who stopped by and said hi to me. It's little things like this that will keep me coming back. Even WITH SNOW on the ground.😊⛄❤️ -MS
I love this place for a quick lunch or dinner. Great atmosphere. Large dining area. Huge bar. I like sitting at the bar. Great selection on the menu. My favorite is the buffalo chicken salad. Lot of places quit making it. Guess it's not popular but that's why I go to 54th Street. Portion tree usually pretty huge, especially in the salad menu. Good Cold beers on draft, Craft, domestic, and import. yummy!
1st time at this establishment. My husband and I came for an early dinner yesterday. Food drinks and our waitress (Charmelle J) were all amazing. My husband had a pasta dish and I had the french dip. We both ordered jalapeño margaritas. Husband wasn’t a fan of the mild grapefruit taste, but I didn’t mind it (I had 2). The prices are a little high. But it was well worth it. We’ll be back again to try something else from the menu.
Sure shoulda stopped in to try a long time ago… Better late than never. Very impressed with all the seating options, TV viewing events, friendly tentative team members, management, variety of food and beverage menu. Our ice cold adult beverages, appetizer, main course and YES, all we stopped to photo… dessert was just so delightful. So ready to revisit and indulge more of the menu items!!!
This meal was sent to me through DoorDash by a friend out of state, and I can absolutely see why they chose this restaurant! The food from 54th Street was beautifully presented — everything came in fancy containers and bags that made it look like a fine dining experience right at home. We had two entrées, a salad, dessert, and a family-sized fully loaded macaroni with bacon and chicken — and every single item was delicious. The fried chicken with gravy was perfectly seasoned and rich in flavor, and the blackened salmon with asparagus was fresh and cooked just right. The macaroni was creamy, flavorful, and enough to share. Everything about this meal felt thoughtful — from the presentation to the seasoning to the quality of the ingredients. It not only looked expensive but tasted like it too. I would definitely recommend 54th Street to anyone looking for restaurant-quality food delivered to their door! Also , don’t forget the moist and delicious carrot cake !
This is an excellent place, perfect for both family gatherings and business meetings. The food selection is varied and well-prepared; we especially enjoyed the meats and salads, which were delicious. The service was outstanding, largely thanks to Ms. Genesi, whose positive attitude, kindness, and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Her dedication made a meaningful difference. Highly recommended.
Best Svc in Mansfield!!! We love this place, and come here once a week for Mommy and Son date night. I with I could upload the video of Sire, saying how much he enjoys the food here. We’ve been here so many times that by now we have definitely ordered the entire menu. Perfect place for all occasions. Especially Mommy and Son date night !!!!
My husband and I went here for dinner on a Friday night! (Though I wouldn’t say this is a quiet date night spot…more like just a night to eat out or with family/friends). The prices and portions are good, service was excellent and food came fast (Alex was the best!), and the drinks were bomb!…we had an Old Fashion and frozen margarita. Tip: Join the waitlist online to avoid the wait!
We just love 54th! It is our go to when we can’t decide what we want to eat. You have a variety, healthy options too- salads & the bowls. Love their fried pacific fish tacos. Hubby likes the PRIME RIB FRENCH DIP. The loaded fries appetizer-fry me to the moon is so good, I have to be careful with that one. Just wish it wasn’t so crowded on the weekends, so you can enjoy sitting in!
We had a good visit at this restaurant. We were welcomed bye a friendly waitress. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The food was very good and it was reasonably priced. We will visit here again.
been meaning to get in here for quite some time. finally had that opportunity this week. first time to a 54 Street location so the whole experience was new. greeted by both friendly staff and a cheerful uplifted version of a Chili's initial impressions were good. food quality seemed to be a bit higher than this level of chain typically serves with a particularly strong crab cake. singularly would not recommend the carne asada taco plate, but I'm not going to hold one dish against the establishment on a first visit. overall pleased here and would return
Came to this location for the first time on a Monday evening for Happy Hour and a bite. Absolutely loved their patio with a hug table and fire. The drinks were good and good Happy hour prices. The food was disappointing. The nachos were not good and the other cowboy egg rolls weren’t either. Our server was great and attentive. Will definitely return but will try other food options.
Plenty of parking and easy to get to right off the road. The place was semi busy when I went, but the vibe was relaxed. Inside it’s dimly lit with typical bar décor, giving it that casual grill and bar feel. We started with the calamari appetizer. Portion was good, but honestly it came out a little dry and the breading didn’t have much flavor. Not bad, but not my favorite. The main event though—the chicken fried steak—was humongous! Easily one of the biggest I’ve seen, and I couldn’t even finish it. The mac and cheese on the side was fantastic, creamy and flavorful, definitely a highlight. I had a Shiner Blonde to go with everything and it was served ice cold, exactly the way it should be. Service was on point too—our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, 54th Street in Mansfield checks a lot of boxes: big portions, solid comfort food, good drinks, and a welcoming bar atmosphere. A couple things could be improved (like the calamari), but I still really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back.
We went to this restaurant as we visit this place often and always have fantastic food and fantastic service. I gave the service and atmosphere a five star because what happened last night was not anybody else’s fault except the kitchen. They overcooked my steak three times. It was my birthday and was the worst birthday dinner I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a simple medium cook steak with brussels sprouts each time they brought it out to me. It was like song through a log. It was dry and tasteless. They made it medium well and well done. Our server was very friendly, but getting very frustrated from the Cooks. The manager was very polite, very kind and did his best to make everything right. Unfortunately, the Cooks could not get it together. It was a busy night like a very busy night however they were training three brand new cooks in the kitchen that night. Why only have three brand new cooks on such a busy night? At least have a veteran cook that knows what he’s doing to help assist the Cooks. This is more of just a buyer beware right now at this location. Every other time we’ve came in, which is very Often everything has been fantastic! I will return, of course, as it is one of my favorite restaurants, but I want to give it a little time to get their cook situation in order. The manager did provide us with gift cards to 54th Street. He comped all of the steaks and appetizers. We had two tables and my nieces burger was red and not cooked all the way and they did that twice. Finally, we were all just so ready to go, but the manager would not let us leave without him trying to make it right one more time. The server and the manager were fantastic and actually all the other servers around for trying to help our tables as well. They were working as a team at the front of the house to get things together, but at the back of the house, things were a mess. Thank you to the manager for making things right with us and being polite and kind. Shout out to our server I think his name was Quincy. He’s going through a rough time right now But he held his composure and apologized multiple times for what was happening in the kitchen.
I enjoy 54th Street and most of the food items. However, when I get the spinach and artichoke pasta, they place the bread inside the container of pasta wrapped in paper. The paper is soggy and personally, it is somewhat disgusting. I would appreciate my bread being placed in a separate container or bag outside of the pasta container.
I got the chicken fried chicken lunch special with beans and broccoli. I got a bite size of beans meaning one spoonful and that's it. That is ridiculous I got more gravy than I got beans the bean container was not even full with beans all I seen was the few pieces of brisket and no beans. The point of getting the baked beans was to actually get the beans. I am not satisfied with that as the beans are my favorite oart of the meal. I have never ordered to go and will not be ordering to go again. Also, they did not give me any type of plastic ware to eat my food with. The beans and biscuit were cold. The brocolli and chicken were the hottest thing when I got home which is not far from the restaurant. So have to warm it up. No utensils and no napkins!
First time trying this place. It has a feel of TGIF and applebees mixed in. The menu was plain and a little overwhelming at first. Tons of food selection options. Our drink order came out wrong and I just rolled with it. The waitress did fix it by bringing what I initially asked for but never topped my drink back up after that. The food orders were messed up when they came out. We had to request an item that my youngest had ordered long after the food showed up. But we needed to flag down a different server to do so. When they brought out the first few dishes, they brought out something we didnt order. Which had me concerned that food was visiting other tables before it got to where it was suppose to go. I had the doublesmash burger right off the menu and it was definitely not something worth writing home about. The consensus was that the food was decent but not great. The cheesecake was really good, but why 7 forks? I was planning on sharing it with everyone at the table when it was off the dining for two part of the menu. I will probably give this place another shot but its not someplace I would recommend at this time. When did go after church on a Sunday, so it was probably busier than usual.
I am perplexed with this review because I aim to be fair at all times. When I arrived, I was given a 30-minute wait. I watched for 30 minutes, people come and be seated. At the 40-minute mark, we asked how much longer and was told, "We can't make people get up." We were the ONLY people waiting. Ten minutes later, we asked again how much longer and was told, "Another 30-40 minutes." Again, we were the ONLY people waiting. I requested to speak to the manager. The young man at the desk ran off so quickly I couldn't finish my question. The manager (Matt) apologized and stated it wouldn't be much longer. After explaining the responses I had received and the ridiculous wait for no reason, Matt had 2 young men at the desk clean a table that was magically empty. Our server (Shawna) was awesome! She had multiple tables but gave each table their time. She didn't rush. She didn't disappear. She was apologetic with great customer service. Two meals came out cold and had to be sent back. Nathan, the manager at this time, came to the table and introduced himself, apologized, and offered to fix the cold food problem. Nathan was the saving grace. He was professional, with great customer service. Nathan and Shawna should be trainers for the rest of the staff. The food was good, nice variety. This was my 1st time at this restaurant. I might try a different location.
My friend and I came in today for lunch around noon and my first thought was what a nice place! It's nicely decorated and has a comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Upon entering I noticed they had a lunch rush but thankfully there was no wait and were promptely seated. For appetizer we ordered the gringo dip & chips. This was great - cheesy and a nice little kick to it. While we waited I had the Patron margarita which was simply delicious. My friend had the basil lemonade which she also stated was fresh and had the right amount of alcohol. I ordered the carne asada taco platter and my friend had the spicy chicken sandwich. Her sandwich looked great but my food not so much. The rice was extremely dry and a little burned. I asked for it to be fixed and got the same thing back. The beans were watery. The tacos had no flavor but at least they were edible. Our server, Jamal, was phenomenal - he alone made my experience worth the bad food. I cannot say that I will be back but I will say their staff is nice and attentive. The place is fun and inviting. Good drinks. Too bad the food is not up to par.
The happy hour is a rip off. There were 2 of us dining in and ordered 3 happy hour items to share. We were charged for three drinks because we were told they charge a drink for every item instead of per guest. On top of that the food was very basic and the service was poor. I have been here several times before and this was the worse experience from food, service and pricing. If you go don't go for the happy hour items, you are better off ordering from the regular menu. Hopefully the cooks will feel like cooking and the servers will actually serve . Ours didn't check on our table one time, not even for their overpriced drinks for a refill. This place was much better prior to the remodel in my opinion.
