The young man who took our order was amazingly friendly, so polite. I love taco casa, the tacos are always loaded! Unlike taco bell that skimps on the meat and cheese, even when you ask for extra and pay for it. Also, the kitchen area was very clean. My only complain was the dining room floor was sticky.

This place was ultra clean when I came on 5-4-23. Cleanest I have seen a fast food place in my life. Service was great, food is great for fast food texmex. I definitely recommend this place. They seem to take pride in their work here.

Food is great, too bad they don't have chicken as protein

I found it odd that I had broken up taco shells for nachos. So they mixed regular chips with taco shells and I found soggy chips in the nacho cheese.

05/22/2024: I came here and ordered my usual and noticed it wasn't made like it normally is. Whoever made it this time messed up and didn't want to remake my order. The tortilla ripped and they decided to throw a handful of cheese on top of it. I couldn't even eat it without a fork because it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. pretty disappointed.

You’re slipping at this location which is typically a go to……lunchtime…..staff not friendly & enthusiastic. Food not as well made (usually see better prepared)….appears clean but ceilings unappealing & possibly unsanitary while eating in dining area. Missing tile, wires out, dirty

Puting a big X on this place my order was $ 33 for 10 tacos and chilli burger very little meat very disappointing new taco shells sucked also

It doesn't matter if order in drive thru or door dash they never put jalapeños on side when ask for them for the dry nachos.

I recently visited this location through the drive-thru and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order clearly, but I was given something different than what I asked for and was charged for the incorrect item. When I went inside to address the mistake, the employee I spoke with was short and dismissive, then walked away. The manager then came to speak with me, but instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was also very rude in her tone and gestures. I addressed the managers rude demeanor. I am in awe of the audacity of the behavior of these employees when I was kind when ordered and kind when I addressed they way situation was handled. I truly value good service and believe all customers should be treated with courtesy. You have a job because of customers and being rude especially when the customer is inconvenienced due to employee error is unacceptable.

Had the Super Salad. The meat and beans were cold! It was horrible! And guess what? Taco Casa is no longer giving a senior discount!! All they're offering now is a free small ice tea. And for customers who don't drink tea...you get nothing!!!!

Ordered bean mild and got no sauce. Beans everywhere including all over the paper. Hardly any beans in this just a hard tortilla. Had to throw it away as I couldn't even stomach it anymore. This place doesn't and will never compare to any of the other taco casas. They need better training always did and the person running this needs to stop adjusting how much to out on items. Definitely doesn't meet taco casa standards at all. Needs better management for sure and someone who actually cares about their customers and the service given. I don't know why I keep going back to this place and I don't recommend it as they keep getting greedy with their food

Highly disappointed in this location and will never return to it! Every taco(3) only had the fillings of maybe one from any other taco Casa! Not to mention they don’t even let you dine in!!! Look at those shystie tacos.. RIDICULOUS looks like a Taco Bell taco

Waited in like for 15 minutes, ordered 6 tacos. I get home and open them, find that they only put 5 in my bag and on top of that they're barely filled. I've came once before and the tacos were so good! This time was just ridiculous. Hate leaving bad reviews but come on.
