We were a party of 10. Large groups can be challenging with their different needs. Melissa was very patient and professional and we wanted for nothing. Chay was great. She was very attentive and managed her tables with a calm and pleasant demeanor. She was friendly and competent. She made frequent visits to our table but not excessive like we've had in the past. My son's steak was supposed to be medium and really looked VERY rare. She was apologetic and took it back to be recooked. She provided drink refills, a to-go cup for the rest of my soda, and mints!

The food was excellent, though my steak was a little more done than med rare, with the ribs and the sauce being my faves! Chay was an excellent Server today. I think she was the only Server working while we dined - from our observation- and she excelled at taking care of all the diners. She was prompt with her service, had a beautiful smile, and was accurate. She also actually came by to check on us at least 2 more times after we were seated and she had served drinks and the best cheesy toast (do you think she made it? Perhaps she’s one of Santa’s Elves? Next our server Melissa… wow… she made this very mediocre restaurant feel like a fine dining experience! She was the perfect balance of checking on us and making sure we were taken care of without overly hovering. She was like a seasoned professional with an intuitive understanding of anticipation of our needs and wants. Ok so far you’re thinking this review is too good to be true… naw… honestly the food was trash! It came out cold and tasted like something you buy in the frozen food isle at Safeway. Why kept us in our seat and willing to come back was the service! Even Carlos stepped in to help out and we weren’t even in his area! For real, we will be coming back if they keep this service team somehow they just made it worth it even in spite of the food.

Evelin was great. My wife’s dish was supposed to have mushrooms in it, but when it came, there was barely 3 mushrooms. Evelin was on it. She asked the kitchen staff for extra mushrooms without us asking and brought it to us. Great service!

Chay made great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made our experience feel special. You can tell this is someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about their guests. One small note for future visitors: read the menu carefully to see what's included with each dish—some items you might expect to come with your meal may be separate. Not a big deal once you know, but worth paying attention to so there are no surprises. Overall, a great experience thanks to Chay's amazing service. We'll definitely be back!

Yuni was such a sweet server. It was the end of the night and she made it very enjoyable. Food was mid. I ordered prime cheese burger. It was a bit salty. My daughter ordered the shrimp lover meal and she enjoyed it. Hubby and son ordered the salad bar and it was well stocked at 845pm.

This is a great family friendly atmosphere. Jason was our server and he was very friendly and attended to all of our needs. It was a refreshing experience to be serviced by such a happy friendly person. Oh and the beef stew was delicious and perfect for this crazy cold weather. We will be back again!

Great salad bar with tons of options. Outside standard salad items, they had soups, pasta, taco, nacho, potato wedges, ice cream, fruits. Everyone enjoyed their food. The restaurant is newer and nice inside and out. Nice dinning room, plenty of seating options. Check in and ordering at the counter, service was great. Once at the table, we rarely saw our server. So it was a pain to get drinks, napkins, more bread, more shrimp, etc.. The restaurant had maybe 5 to 10 table filled while we there (Saturday 11:30am) it was pretty empty, so unsure why the service was so slow / out of sight most of the visit.
