Daniel and Matthew went above and beyond to take my order despite having recently closed the store. They didnt have to, but they did. I feel like this type of service and decency is becoming more and more difficult to find
My grandmother and I love this place. Our server Lashone is an amazing woman who is always looking out for each and every customer with her endless compassion. I wish there were more people like her and am happy to have had her on our visit. Thank you Lashone for spreading your kindness! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Soul is a very good worker and deserves to be a manager and eventually owner of his own DQ. He showed his appreciation for our dancing which made us feel very welcome.
Although I went through the drive-thru, they were extremely slow. I ordered a peanut buster parfait and a brownie oreo cupfection. When I got to the window, the young man repeated my order, gave me the peanut buster parfait. I then waited nearly 10 minutes for the brownie oreo cupfection. Never again.
When I found out there was a DQ near me I was excited. First time I went i waited approximately 3-4 minutes at the speaker to order. No answer at all. Finally I got my food and no gravy as I ordered the chicken tenders. They had given me ranch without even asking what I wanted . When I asked they told me they were running out but finally decided to give me some when I told them that’s the main reason I got the tenders. The gravy texture was real thick for some reason. I had to ask twice for my kids meal drink and for the treat that it comes with after they gave me my gravy. Then my mint shake that I ordered was brown and not green and I asked to make sure it was mint they said yes. It had a tad bit of green in it and tasted nothing like mint. Almost $4 for a medium. Not worth it at all. My time overall in line was about say 20 minutes max . It was a really bad experience. I’m very disappointed I wish they cared more about their customer service. It really lacks communication and they just seemed very lazy when I asked about my missing items. What a chore . I don’t plan on going back. It was not worth it. I’ll stick to Whataburgers tenders with gravy.
We went to this location and the lobby is close and it says in the door they close at 11. They’re is no sign stating otherwise and their workers inside and we kept trying to get their attention and got ignored.
My wife had to doctor my gravy because it was absolutely glue in styrofoam. The ice cream is always down by 6-7 pm. Which is ridiculous on a Saturday night. This happens all the time and they always say. It will be at 30 minutes to get ice cream. This location has to do better or ppl will move on and I'm 1 of them
HEALTH HAZARD! Watched them give my blizzard to the cat ahead of me. They took it back through the window. When I pulled up, I heard the worker say the woman took a few bites out of it. I refused and said I heard you say the other woman ate it. Worker denied it. I requested he throw it away and make a new one. Was not happy. Made new one, but also got the order wrong. Don’t eat here it’s a health hazard.
If I could give them zero stars I would.... customer service is horrible... and they shut down well before closing time... I will go out of my way to another location not spend my money at this location... it's pitiful
Went in to eat and the sewage smell.like to killede omg aot was even worse when my husband was gonna use the rest room went trough the drive through it was absolutely horrible tacos was bad nothing was good
I stop here weekly because my kids want DQ, but I HATE spending my money here. The employees… suck. If there is 1 car in front of you and nobody in the restaurant, plan for it to take 20 minutes. The rule is 10 minutes per car- more when there are customers inside: Expect that they will not know how to do the transaction or make the ice cream, and expect poor hygiene from the employees- one can be smelt from across the restaurant. I plan to make Wendy’s frosties part of our routine instead.
My husband and I had just came from a doctor appointment. He was very hungry, we went out of our direction to come specifically to this location because he wanted their Tacos! He normally loves them, however he couldn't even swallow them because the taco shells were hard. I called back to let them know and a woman answered the phone and when I told her the issue, she hung up on me. She was the manager. I keep calling back and she kept hanging up.I won't let my dog go there to eat, no customer service at all . Unprofessional
If I could give this review, zero stars, I would first of all wait. Time was extremely Long. We go to the window. Nobody greeted us. Nobody said anything to us. 30 minutes later we get our food and it was disgusting. Two. People talking to each other while cooking the food nobody came to even tell us we needed to wait a few minutes from start to finish horrible service, horrible food, horrible atmosphere. This place should be shut down.
Worst Dairy Queen service lobby closed at 8:30 pm when it says it’s open until 10:30 pm!! Had to go around only one car in front of us and it literally took 36 minutes for us to get to window and pick up 2 chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards!!! When asked why lobby was closed they said no reason we just getting ready to close , it’s 8:40 pm 🤦♂️
DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Today was the last time I’m ever going here!!!!! I was handed a liquid blizzard! Are you kidding me??????? Disgusting garbage service save your money go to the sonic across!!! It was handed to me in liquid form ridiculous!!! Had to take this pic in better lighting couldn’t believe it.
The food at this dairy queen is pretty much the same as any other dairy queen. The service at this dairy queen is absolutely horrible. It is the slowest running "fast" food I've ever experienced. Do not waste your time at this restaurant, it takes so long you just drive off before even ordering sometimes
I really hate to leave a review as such! If the Dairy Queen corporate office wants this location to survive and be successful they have to hire all new staff! We sat in the drive behind 2 cars for almost 20-30 mins. When we got to the ordering board no one greeted us after sitting there for an addy10 mins or more. We finally said, “Hello, is anyone there?’” A gentleman responded and and asked if we can give them a minute and went radio silent for another 8 -10 mins. We were finally able to order 2 banana split blizzards with no pecans (small), one banana split blizzard w no chocolate add pecans (small), one smoores blizzard (small), one banana split no chocolate, 4 count buffalo tender meal. We finally pulled up behind one car at the window and waited an additional 15-20 mins to get to the window! We got our food they had no idea which blizzard was which, they put the napkins inside the box with the buffalo tenders with no bag! So, needless to say all the napkins had buffalo sauce on them all, the fries were not cooked (translucent fries) and the box had buffalo sauce was all over my leg as I checked the order. About 10-15 cars decided they were not going to deal with this foolery and they left. We timed the total experience from the drive up to the drive up line to the moment we received our food…it was a 55 mins drive-thru experience! I believe in giving Grace and Mercy but Ohy God Jesus would have been feed up and rode off on his donkey! Wait..There’s more… when I got home and opened the banana split hoping at least they got this right. I was sadly disappointed again! I have a split with NO bananas!!!! Really, who makes a banana split with NO bananas! Now ya’ll playing w my emotions! I just can’t!!! This location will not last with this kind of poor service! Date and time of service; 6/29/25 5:45-6:50 pm CST.
Short staff long wait time to order. The manager here is rude. I asked for a chicken basket apparently it comes with gravy but I don’t eat gravy on chicken strips! She tells me that’s what it comes with and I had to pay 56 cent for a barbecue sauce. Like the level of pettiness. So you just make ppl eat a sauce that they don’t like! Who does this . Mind you this came after she wouldn’t let me use a code that was sent to me because I didn’t have the app or time to download it. Just very rude I will never come to this Dairy Queen again. I’ll drive out the way first.
Their hours say they're open until 10:30 pm. Got there at 9:40 pm and sat at the drive thru for several minutes and nothing so pulled around and saw two cars in front of us. We backed up and waited, thinking they were just busy but sat there for a long time. Drive up to the window and notice the cars were gone. Tried asking the guys inside of the were closed. They just stared and wouldn't even open the window to talk to us. They motioned they were closed. Still wasn't even 10 pm. If they've changed their hours, they need to update them. They seem to close early quite often. Very aggravating!
Went through the drive-through today orders a taco and a medium blizzard. The young man at the window never greeted me just said the cost. He gave me my taco in a box with no napkins and the blizzard with no lid. So, I asked for a lid for my blizzard he acted like he didn't want to do it. The manager saw the way the he handed me my food and tried to fix it. Listen, if your staff doesn’t want to work hire someone that appreciates the job. Losing customers closes business. I will not be back!
If I could have the option of 0 stars I would. First of all, customer service was horrible I place the order on the drive thru. The guy take the order and act if he’s doing me a favor or if I ask for free food. I ordered Combo #1 And bacon cheese hunger-buster And a shake. Bacon cheese hunger-buster the guy give me the sandwich with out patty when I noticed I was on my way into the freeway no time to come back. I’m very disappointed.
