They serve quickly, it's clean and has a good selection, with combo meals and promotions. They have a seating area, but it's quite small; I recommend getting takeout. The service is good and fast. They offer delivery through apps like Didi or Rappi or similar services.

Terrible service! Before, you could customize your meal to your liking, obviously for an extra cost! Now, they limit everything! The staff's attitude is terrible, as always!

Subway is one of my favorite brands, but this branch is honestly disappointing. They only accept cash. When I got in line, the employees were gossiping and shouting, and the girl in line and I just exchanged glances after saying good afternoon a couple of times. I had to tell the employee what was in the sub I ordered because he was about to put it in the toaster and it was missing some toppings (it was a pizza sub). When I asked for the vegetables, he reluctantly threw them into the sub. Even though they're usually served in small portions, there's always something missing. When I went, there weren't any onions or several types of crackers. They charged me with an arrogant and uncooperative attitude.

The food quality is what you'd expect from the franchise, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. They don't allow phone orders and are often a bit rude. Otherwise, the product is good.
