Came in yesterday afternoon for a combo Pepperoni Lover's/Meat Lovers pizza, had them add some extra pepperoni and cheese, and boy howdy! BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD! Lacy brought it to me in the waiting area with a smile, got it home and we chowed down! yummy! PS thank you to all the other half-dozen Pizza Huts we've been to during the wait! (Burnet, Lampasas, Bulverde, Manor, SA, and Austin) All are great and I don't see how anyone could eat pizza elsewhere :) Come to Pizza Hut, and may your Pizza Dreams Come True! :)

This location is hit or miss. When done right, it's some of the best Pizza Hut pizza you will ever have. Other times, they will mess up your order in multiple ways, making the food a miss. I think it depends on the staff on duty. The previous 2 times we ordered, everything was outstanding. Tonight I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings and they forgot two of the toppings, which left the pizza rather bland and boring because the toppings they forgot were the most flavorful (and expensive.) I also ordered a boneless wings with medium Buffalo sauce. I was really craving Buffalo sauce. Instead I got BBQ sauce, which I am not really a fan of. The two issues together made for a disappointing meal. It's a shame because when the staff is on their game, it can be really good for affordable food delivery.

We were so excited for the 2$ personal pan pizzas and the whole time we were eating we just kept finding hairs . these are 2 more that we found in our box after moving the pizza .

99% of the time it’s a bunch of young girls who can’t pay any attention to orders and often mess them up. Don’t mistake me for bias because they are all my age. I haven’t had my personal orders or the DoorDash I pick up for others done in a decent amount of time or not messed up and redone in a long time. The older lady with piercings is awesome though, always nice and keeps everything timely!

Walked in for a take out order gave my phone number and confirm it was me then told would be 15 to 20 minutes after 45 minutes asked where are my pizzas was told my phone number was not inputted on my order so pizzas were given out to someone else. I did get a refund but not offered a discount/credit for my trouble on the next order probably because they have so much business they can afford to lose customers so for me there will not be a next time. I highly recommend you confirm your number is actually on the order to avoid this from happening to you. - missing phone number

I have ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem but now for some reason they won't give me the pizza that I paid for. I redeemed my points it shows I was never given a receipt I was never told anything about the pizza. I received an incomplete order and when calling the store was given nothing but excuses. I will be reporting this place and I will be never ordering from this garbage store again. The manager should be ashamed of themselves and commit harakiri!

I don't not know what is going on with this location. We ordered a large stuffed crust supreme, a hut meal with a pepperoni pizza and fries, and the cinna Stix online. Pickup time was 7:50. We arrived and were told it would be 5 more mins. Which was fine, I get it. However 15 mins later I went to ask the status. The poor counter girl tried to find out, however finally came up and told me they honestly don't know and are trying to figure out the orders. I decided to give it another 15mins before I gave up and just asked for my money back. However right when I was walking up to the counter they called our order. It was missing the hut meal. I asked about that item and the counter girl went to the back and tried asking. She came back up to get the receipt and I showed her my order and the item missing. It became obvious she was being dismissed by the back of house staff, so I finally asked for the manager. Turns out the one dismissing her was the manager. We finally got the hut box 10 mins later. I told my son he could just eat it in the car as by this time it was already around 840. He ended up not even being able to eat his fries as they were cold with some still slightly frozen in the middle. My husband and I got home to find all the veggie toppings had just been thrown on after the pizza had gone thru the oven. This is our second attempt back since they reopened. Our first attempt was the same issues, but we had figured it was due to the fact they were still getting staff trained, organized, and adjusting to a new smaller kitchen. Working in this industry we get hiccups. However, no one other than the girl at the counter cared, not even the manager. Not for any of the customers as we weren't the only ones that had these issues.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with *double pepperoni*. I originally received a supreme, had to take it back to get remade. I understand mess ups but when the order you’re making IS a mess up remake you would be more diligent than this. “Extra” pepperoni? This wouldn’t even be acceptable for a normal amount of pepperoni. Not only that, but both times when I called even though I assured them it was no big deal and I just wanted it replaced, I was asked “well what do you want me to do about it?” by a manager. Each interaction I had at the store felt like they just wanted me to get the hell out. I understand if it’s super busy or if I came right before close but this was 7pm on a Tuesday. My order was the only one in their cue.

I think we were being kicked out! We stopped by for a quick bite (+/-8pm) after a day at the lake with the kiddos. Salad bar was NOT stocked and they began cleaning shortly after we arrived. They don't closed until 10pm. VERY POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I should of known since at our arrival the hostess said "sit anywhere that's CLEAN".
