If I could give them more stars, I would. I was traveling through Marble Falls with a high school marching band...we were in need of a hot meal and Christen and her team met that need with a smile. She was willing to work with our schedule and her team also kept up with their regular lunch rush while fulfilling our huge order. Feeding 60 adults and teenagers on the road can get stressful, but they had everything ready when we needed it and were so accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping care for our students!

I always love whataburger. From the Dallas area driving through and an item was left off our order and wasn’t able to drive back. The lady was so sweet and she refunded our entire order. That’s why I always love and come back to this place.

Best burger chain ever!!! Stopped at the location in Marble Falls on a drive home from Waco after flying home from Colorado and man did it hit the spot yet again. After 9 days in the mountains coming back to Texas it was known to all passengers in our car that the first stop had to be WHATABURGER! My sister her husband and I all said the same place to eat at the same time as we were all craving the best burger known to mankind. The #2 with added cheese, jalepenos, bacon, toasted buns, extra whataburger seasoning, and take the tomatoes off and you've got the perfect burger combination.

Went to Whataburger at 2am for a simple combo, only to be met with the absolute best customer service by Timothy; absolutely professional and nice to interact with, this location deserves a higher rating thanks to this gentleman!

They did give my husband burger buns on his chicken sandwich instead of toast but he said it was still delicious, and I came in with really stupid pokemon slippers on and was really self conscious, but they compliment my shoes and made me feel way better lol. Huge line up when we arrived. Ordered online so we parked in online parking section near entrance. Food came out about five minutes later than online timer said it would. No biggie. Last night me and my girlfriend went to the whataburger in Marblefalls TX I ordered the same thing I always do a patty melt with extra creamy pepper sauce with side of medium onion rings so my girlfriend thought that sounded good and ordered the same thing waited 20 minutes til we got our order and the patty were really good but I was disappointed when they gave us cold onion rings and you could hear the staff's conversation and I heard one worker tell another about a gentleman who was sitting alone the worker told the other worker man!!! Pretty good burger, Walter. Far as I can tell, I haven’t died eating these Whataburger’s . That said, I have spent the last few years building up an immunity to fast food. But not gonna lie, this location , seriously struggles with taking money and putting burgers in bags. Yes, I’m talking about the wait time. Now I know what you’re Thinkin. This guy is a pirate. He’s never put a burger in a bag in his life.. how could he know their struggle? Correct. I do not. I am simply saying it doesn’t take 20 minutes to cycle 4 cars through a drive through line. Isolated incident? Hardly. It’s been like that at this Whataburger as far back as I can remember (somewhere around 2012). I love Whataburger, but I cannot count up the number of times I have pulled out of this parking lot and gone to Chick-fil-A. Moral of the story: don’t go to this Whataburger on a busy Sunday without a good book. I’m not disappointed at the employees I’m just disappointed at the lack of reviews pointing this issue out. (Looking at you, Nate the great. Yeah, we see you.) Food was fantastic. Quality control excellent. Store employees, friendly, and helpful. I suggest putting everybody on a highly incentivized pay raise program for six months and see what happens. Don’t scoff, corporate. I know you read these.

The morning crew is on point, friendly, and professional. The night crew made me, not my food, their behavior made me question if they were handling my food in a food-safe manner. They were also making inappropriate sounds aloud while I and others were in the restaurant.

They can be great and they can be not so great! I don’t know what it depends on, perhaps the crew working? But over all, you’ll most likely have an enjoyable visit! Lot and inside is typically tidy, line-and wait- is usually long, but 9/10 the food is fresh! That’s what counts I think, if I waited long AND got cold food, that’d be pretty odd. The employees are usually kind, not overly, but moderately. That’s all it takes for a mostly pleasant interaction, honestly. It’s an okay place!

Fast food joints are always challenging to grade because the very nature of a chain fast food joint doesn’t really allow it to shine in a superior way. That being said, I found the experience to be entirely average at every level. The cleanliness was average, the cashier was pleasant, the food arrived in an average time and tasted exactly like every other fast food burger I’ve had before. If you want a solid fast food burger you found it. They’re closed for remodeling stating 2/8/23 for a short period though so be aware.

Came to wataburger tonight at 8:10pm Fries were stale from sitting under the warmer to long and my honey BBQchicken sandwich was barley warm so it was already pre-made sitting under the heater instead of it being fresh. This has happened to me 4 times already whataburger needs a different crew or better management. P.S The only reason I am giving 2 stars is they gave me fresh frys.

If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place for dinner. We waited in the drive thru line for FORTY, yes 40, minutes! Never got an apology about the absurdly long wait time for fast food. I understand the world is lacking in employees right now, but at least let your patrons know they’re looking at a lengthy wait time if you are struggling in your business. When we go here and began to order, it seemed like the young man who was working the cash register was out of sorts. Our orders were not correct, and we had to ask other employees to help make them right. My burgers top bun was wet and soggy on the top. My girls burger was missing the cheese we paid for. Love Whataburger but today - just now actually - customer service was not good. Dante gave me my drinks through the drive through window and the ice tea lid was not on properly. It came off immediately, as he was passing the drink to me. Tea was spilled all over the left inside side of my car (inside) and my pants. Accidents happen but he didn't apologize and didn't give me any extra napkins or even another lid, I had to ask for it...I guess I should've driven home with an open tea cup and soaking wet.... Their is “kids” running this establishment. They do not care about your food or order. Fries were cold. Lowest amount of stars I could possibly give. They made me get out of the drive through and come inside to pay with cash on a call in order and then wanted me to make the drinks and wait for the fries which came out cold anyways. For 20 dollars an hour take the 15 steps to the dam window and if you make someone wait for fries make sure they're not old and cold. Also paltry on the sauce and mixed every order up in the bags. I will never go to this location again.

The leadership here is terrible, morning managers need to be demoted. She is not an asset to the company. They have no standards during the morning time and are rude! They follow her lead with their customer service. They will screw up a plain bread sandwich and if you complain they treat you very badly, and believe me, you definitely need to check your order.

Placed an order for pickup ahead with the app. Cashier (Charles) was incredibly rude. Told us it would be ready soon, walked off to help with some thing in the kitchen and then came back and looked past us, where we were still waiting, and started talking to the people behind us. Consistently, they can never get my order right. They always leave something out of the bag or give me a different burger. I ordered a meal with 2 extra large onion rings. When I got home there where no fries with the meal. No straw for the drink, and the 2 large onion rings were only half full. As slow as they are you would think they could get the order right. They did however change everything correctly just did provide what was paid for.

We were passing through on our way to San Antonio and decided to stop for a quick dinner. We ordered and sat at a table. 20 minutes later and still no food brought to us. I went to the counter to ask and who I assume was the manager looked at my receipt and says "we didn't make it." No apology, no excuse, no we'll get it right out to you. I go sit with the family and 10 minutes later here comes our food and the server drops the tray and half our order is on the floor. Another long wait for our food. Went through the drive-thru around 11:45 pm in the drive-thru without anybody asking me or telling me welcome to Whataburger. I sat there for 30 minutes before somebody asked me. Did somebody take my order? Several people including the manager came outside to let somebody in but couldn't take my order. Then when I asked if they were closed they said no but still couldn't take my order. Took 45 minutes for me to be able to be assistant and they gave me a hard time using my rewards like they do a lot at this location. What a horrible experience I've had tonight. I don't think I'll be ever going to the store very again. Very satisfied and the food was half cold but I'm really hungry and I live 2 hours away. So I ate it. Sad so much potential for this store and they keep letting me down every time I come by save your money and go to McDonald's or somewhere else not this place. Whataburger just lost a customer of many years not that it matters to them, that’s the last time I ever wait 30 minutes for a sixteen dollar patty melt meal only to be told at the window the limit on ketchup is 2 packs. When asked if I could buy extra ketchup the worker said they don’t sell extra and that corporate has been changing a bunch of stuff around. Many other options around for anyone interested the dam grill in Buchanan has one of the best burgers I’ve had from a restaurant and only 14 bucks

Don’t ever waste your time and money at this Whataburger location. My mom and I went here this morning for our regular morning drinks, and my mom asked specifically for a MEDIUM CUP OF ICE! Well, we pulled up to the drive through after waiting for twenty minutes in a short line (which is another problem here), the cashier (who appeared to be a short middle-aged woman with grey hair in a bun), failed to produce the ordered cup of ice; after my mom asked her again, she handed my mom a TINY cup. When my mom confronted her about this, the cashier said that she would have to charge my mom extra for my a medium cup because it supposedly “wasn’t in the order”, when my mom explicitly requested it in the order, and they never before charged my mom extra for the medium cup even when it did appear in the order…After my mom told her “just forget it”, the lady through the cup on the ground and swore at my mother as we drove off. I don’t what this lady’s name is, but she must be dismissed for her unprofessional conduct and failure to uphold the oath of the “customer is always right”. But also, every cashier here is abysmally slow and cannot seem to comprehend simple orders, so you’re just better off crossing this place off your list…
