Best believe when I feel like having a heart Attack with sprinkles on top, This is my treat of choice. Cinnabon is located at the main entrance of green acres mall across from the elevator leading to the food court. These treats are always fresh from the oven and ready to be consumed by people with dangerous sweet tooths like me! Workers are okay. I haven't had any problems coming here :)
Great service. One lady there is excellent. Order once or twice and she immediately recognizes your voice and knows your Order. Love that it is drive thru
It is just like any dunkin donuts but there is one thing that is good is their donut collection which is far better than any other dunkin i ever visited in queens . It is truly the cleanest dunkin you will ever visit had a great time there.
They are incredibly friendly and understanding when it comes to any issues with orders, and they promptly resolve any problems that may arise.

Always quick and accurate with their orders. Much like millions of other people, I love their coffee, especially iced mocha lattes. Food is delicious, my favorites are their power breakfast sandwich and their sausage egg and cheese croissant; flaky and buttery, yum!
Finnaly, you got new guys who really pay atencion to my order, at once they can do what I order. The mexican new guy is mean but straight to the point. I love this new management!

Was a very nice looking Dunkin kinda giving off more modern vibes compared to the traditional interiors for Dunkin’s. The employees were very fast with my orders and made things very easy.
Menu is mostly sausage or bacon eggs and cheese sandwiches. Small-sized omelets, bagels , empanadas, croissants. Fruit juices flavored coffee and sodas. Their donuts are very expensive and not always fresh.
My last experience wasn't bad, but the worker did mess up my groups order about three times to our surprise and which made us laugh. The manager took the situation well and made sure we got what we ordered.
They have good service, but the last time I was there, which was a week ago, everyone called out, except one female, so they only had the drive thru open for orders, but the donut holes I received were stale and had, which I hope were parts of the donut holes that fell off and not non led on from a rodent or something, because of this establishment does have a rodent problem, I wouldn't go back 🤷🏽♂️
Night staff was not too informative. Morning staff was a delight. Thank you. I ordered donuts the night before and was asking some questions and all i got was i dont know. So thanks to the day staff when i picked up donuts in the morning and everything was pleasureable.

Located on a busy intersection, & in front of a bus stop so usually crowded. Staff is not too friendly - no service with a smile ever. Donuts not really soft & fresh anymore & not a big selection of munchkins anymore. I liked that place better when they used to make the donuts fresh in that facility, but ever since all the D & D's merged with Baskin Robbins their products have gone downhill immensely! All their donuts & munchkins get delivered to them from a truck & they're not made fresh in any of the stores at least here in New York anymore. They still have good hot and iced coffee which is why they get only three stars.
I go there for just one or two things. It's getting better with the new variety of eats. The kids absolutely love it there for drinks and snack foods.
This place is convenient location. However, you have to repeat your order to many time and they still don't get it right. Also employees here should be careful when speaking bad about customers in Spanish. I overheard an employee calling a customer stupid just because he asked to order a coffee ☕.
Drive-through is supposedly open 24 hours but that is hit-or-miss after 10 PM (otherwise, this location would score higher). Day crew says that night worker was most likely asleep. If late night coffee and donuts are needed I would recommend the short drive to the Metropolitan Avenue location.
They have 1 guy there who's amazing. The need to pick up on speed and customer service. The workers only hustle when the store manager is there to push them. I hate that because its 24 hrs, a lot of sketchy people can be found killing time there.
Newly renovated but closes early not like before that stayed open late. Service is a bit better not the same people which is refreshing but you'll wait a bit for a coffee especially if it's busy
Drink was alright, typical Dunkin Donuts beverage. Service was bad tho, they started my drink but then left it halfway done sitting on the counter for 10 minutes until I finally asked what was going on. Someone then finished it and gave it to me, no apology. While waiting around I witnessed a harsh discussion between an employee and a customer.
Been there in the paSt 2 weeKs 5 times —order the $5 ICE coffee n egg sandwich—and in those 5 times asked for a croissant instead of a wrap— n all 5 times THEY HAD NO CROISSANTS??? Most of the staff at this Dunkin’ come off as rude and like they don’t want to be there. There’s no greeting, no thank you, and they act like serving you is an inconvenience. It makes the whole experience feel unwelcoming. The only person who actually seems to care is a Tall young Hispanic guy who works there — he’s polite, patient, and always professional. Honestly, he’s the reason I even consider going back. It’s a shame the rest of the team doesn’t show the same attitude. Good customer service should be the standard, not the exception.
Its a dark store and the layout is confusing bc they have 2 registers but only one works but they dont tell you until you look for someone to place your order to. Idk if its all of thrm but their icecream is small and overpriced.

This location is convenient with a nice sized parking lot. I’ve stopped by here 3 times in the past few months and I’ve gotten the incorrect order 2/3 times. Both times my order was incorrect was the same cashier punching it in. During my last visit, I tried to order one of their seasonal special flavored cappuccinos but it was rang up as a regular cap. I asked him to add the flavor shot to the order and he said okay but didn’t do it. I point to the sign above showing the new flavor cappuccino and he straight up says no. Not wanting to argue I just ask for less sugar and he said okay. Got my drink and of course it came with the FULL dose of sugar for a medium. Well, better luck next time I guess.
Was my first time here. I ordered 1 extra light coffee, no sugar. Ingot the coffee and the receipt stated 2 sugars. I sent it back and told the server I requested no sugar and that I stated it 2 xs. So he gives me another coffee. I get out to the car and the coffee had sugar in it. Ugh. It was 9:38am on a weekday. I was bummed out.
Always in a rush to take your, but never pay attention to what you're asking to order. Hence the order is always wrong, check your bag before you leave. Also food portions are smaller than other DK's I've been too and the price is higher. Only perk about this DK is that it has a drive thru.
So there is just one worked that doesnt make things hard and knows what shes doing. There was a new guy at The drive thru. .. im sure he was new but not extra new. He knew The menu. . But we asked for two coffies with carmel and almond milk plus two Avocado toasts. We recieved one Avocado toast and coffes with no caramel and regular milk. When we asked for him to change it he came back with cold coffee keep in mind he didnt redoo it he just added like bunch of caramel to it and like a drop of almond milk ? Who does this? What if Someone was allergic to milk? Plus I’m sure he on purpose added like 10 pumps of caramel because you couldn’t even take a sip…
Check your coffee, they get it wrong ALL THE TIME. Check your order before you leave. And their attitude after your good morning is What you want 🤨 A food cart has better service. Skip Dunkin and Go anywhere else
Lady at the drive-thru window is pretty rude. Not the first time. All she does is complain. Complained that i didn't have the money ready, when they didn't tell me the total. Complained when she made the coffee incorrectly. Told me "look at the screen that's what it's the for". Should have told her the same thing. "Look at the instructions on the ticket"that's what it's the for". Does it hurt that much to get a "thank you"? Like I said, it's not the first time. Just today was the last straw. Guess I'll go out of my way to go to a different coffee shop or at least different location. Thankfully there's 4 other Dunkin Donuts on my way to work
At 10:30 they had one guy handling the register for walk-ins and drive thru. Took almost 10 minutes to place my order despite there being only two people in front of me. I ordered a kids scooped, the dude filled it half way and then tried to charge me for a single scoop. He didn't know how to reverse it either. There were also a few characters waiting for the bus. Two stars because it's clean and the drive thru is convenient.
Owner of this DD won’t allow workers to give out a water cup for free (something that even unionbusting Starbucks does). They wanted to charge higher than an actual bottle of water. Coffee is ok but Cheap owners
I purposely went out of my way to go to this location because it had a drive thru. The guy taking my order didn't listen to what I said and was rude. I ordered a large latte with no whip cream and he asks me if I want whip cream on it. I guess my long pause made him realize I already told him. I get to the window and notice the price is too low to be a large. He ordered me a small. Thankfully I don't live near here, because I wouldn't go back to that location again.
Two customers before me had their drink wrong and both had to change two times before they left. I placed a mobile order and the little shelf to pick up the mobile order was hiding inside the counter behind the refrigerators, not visible to anyone unless you peek in from the pick up counter. I had to wait till all the customers before me left to get to the pick up counter and found my order on the shelf. I ordered a sandwich and an iced latte. The sandwich was fine, but they apparently only gave me 2/3 of a medium latte. I left without bothering them but I was not happy.
This store literally just ruined my day. I asked the guy for 2 strawberry banana smoothies. He tells me there out of bananas. OK! So then i tell him can i get 2 Medium strawberry mango smoothies. He then look at me. And doesnt understand what i tell him. I repeated to him 3 times my order and he still doesn't understand and has a confused look on his face. They have to stop hiring. These bangladesh people that cant even speak or understand english. It makes no sense for them working there if they cant even understand a simple order. Learn the language first then wear the uniform. Waste of my time.
Terrible location. 5 employees behind the counter, none of them working. Staff rude and could care less about the customer. This entire location needs new staff and new Managment.

This is the worst dunkin out of the 50 I randomly go to all the time. This establishment has young inexperienced rude kids working for them who don't even make the stuff good
The service is horrible. I walked in stood on line when it came to my turn to be served the employee walked away and left ,then when i asked for help from another employee she gave me a look and screwed up my order. This place deserves no stars.

Worst service of any dunkin donuts I have been in. First of all they are not nice.secondly I got a feeling they are there for hours not for work!!! I just left the store after waiting 10minutes in the line and I was actually 3rd to be served. Their prep. For 1 sandwich Takes forever . They don't understand that their priority should be to serve fast especially in the morning where lots of people go to work!!!! Will never go back there again. You just lost another customer. What an atrocious staff! On numerous occasions, I have waited over 10 minutes to get an ICED COFFEE. One time, I mistakenly asked for more ice, and my request was met with not only a scoff, but a $1.51 surcharge. Not a single employee is qualified for the position to take drive-thru orders. That's probably why I am met with a devastating silence whenever I pull up to the drive-thru mic. Please avoid this establishment, unless you have a gun to your head. Stay safe out there.
Im writing this because I feel I may have bern racially profiled while at this location. I typically do not stop at locations outside of my comfort zone unless necessary. I had to use the rest room so I stopped at this location. I knew from the demographics that the restrooms would require me to be a paying customer, which I didnt have a problem buying something. I went to the counter to purchased a hot cup of tea. The staff were standing at the drive through window and the manager was on the phone sitting down. I had to call the staffs attention. I ordered my tea and asked for teo tea bags. I was told it would be extra. I declined and said one is fine and proceeded to the restroom. I had to be buzzed in to get into bathroom. I used the restroom and as I was leaving the manager was standing outside the door. I found it strange he did not use the rest room he was checking it to see what I may have been doing in there. That's my only assumption. I get to the register to pick up my tea and im just standing waiting for it as the employees ignore me. Then finally a employee gave me my tea. I have always been a loyal customer however the way this particular establishment is run unfortunate. I believe all Dunkins should be run with the same level of customer service that I am accustomed to. I will not be going back to this location and I believe the manager walked in the restroom and came back to the kitchen area without washing his hands.
Worst service ever the front door is locked wih no sign telling u to go to the drive thru which is at the back of the building worker totally ignores you as you knock on door . I got in my car went all the way around worker instructs u thru intercom to go to the window. Get to the window he is having trouble opening the window after 4 tries opens window I placed an order for the cheddar twist was told we dont have sandwiches I asked for two coffee cake muffins was charged $4.33 gave me a bag with two muffins luckily my wife checked WRONG muffins I asked for my muffins took bag to the back gave me two different ones but still wrong muffins I asked do you have what I ordered hr said yes changed those two brought me back two different muffins but still WRONG muffins . I stated price so if manager wants to check he can because he had to enter into the REGISTER when I asked for my money back then I had to watch him try to open window up again he couldn't, got my money from him as he squeezed his hand thru a gap he finally managed . Worst service no knowledge of items in store INCOMPETENT individual. Do not waist ur time here this MAN TRULY has no clue and is rude.
Worst Dunkin donuts ever. Worst service. Very slow. Workers are always doing something else besides helping customers. They don't know how to make any drinks. I threw away my $4 frozen coffee on my last visit. I only go here if I have to.

I'm a Dunkin' Donuts coffee lover. I used to go to this place, it's close to my house, but its getting dirty and some of the employees are lacking hygiene. Some of them are nice. Sometimes I don't like the way they serve the coffee or icecream, they do a sloppy jop. I went with my family today and I hardly ate.
There's a dude who covers the night shift with girly long hair who seems to hate his job. It took him about 20 mins to serve a car ahead of us, and when we came up to this fool at the window, he had no idea what the hell I ordered(small ice coffee). Please get this sleepy rapunzel squidward k.o face FIRED!!!
Terrible service , came to the counter, got served the wrong thing twice , I repeated my order saying that I think the wrong type of donut was put in the bag the guy assured me he put the right thing when he blatantly didn't. Didn't want to argue , so paid and left, but please , before you go there think about choosing different DD on the way if you care about getting what you actually ordered.
I went to this particular dunkin tonight to get coffee. This is fourth time getting coffee. Now, I don’t reviews much at all however this was warranted. The coffee is terrible, each time I've went and asked for a cup of french vanilla sweetened I get the exact opposite, bland coffee with no taste. Its as if i’m drinking hot water!
I was surprised when the manger said if you have a free medium ice coffee than you should not have wip cream on top of the ice coffee or caramel flavor. He said that my boss made this new rule. However I usually buy my coffee for thier and I never heard of this rule. It is stingy store and disgusting
This is the slowest dunkin donuts i ever went to. You will spend 20min ordering one iced coffee. i went to the drive thru and ordered. when i came to go to the booth. This stupid indian guy asked me and took my credit card saying “oh what did you order again? I said what did you order” like for reals ? im not deaf for you to ask me twice. This place is a chaos
extremely slow, and employees are rude. had to wait in the drive though for an iced coffee for 20 mins. i drove up, the workers looked at me multiple times but ignored me. when i told the worker about this he said “it is what it is” and rolled his eyes. so rude and slow.

The worst DD in Queens!!! Never going here again!!!!!. The fat short Middle Eastern manager who thinks he owns the place (which maybe he does lol) is sooooo rude!!!! So then i asked for the same cup so i can just double the kids cup. & this guy gives Me Birthday a great a small plastic cup that doesn't even fit!!!! So i walk away. Finally my goes to him telling him the situation (again!!). Long story short the manager FINALLy gives us 2 extra cups & gets the nerve to say, " Next time ask for more milk!" Seriously?!!!!! If i wanted Milk then i would've bought milk!!!! Never going here again!!! I'd rather walk half a mile to the DD on Grand Ave & 69Street then go here ever again!!!!! Worst place ever!!!!!
Don’t EVER get anything from that Dunkin’ Donut place!!! I repeat! Don’t ever go there! I ordered a caramel Medium Latte for the 2$ deal with whip cream and she said no sorry not today, total $5.05 AND a DOT of whip cream!! That’s a shame!! I’m surprise they are still open for business. I can’t believe it! I rather drive an hour to go to Dunkin’ rather than that place. Date: May 30th, 2020
Came through to get some late night snacks and they said that their drive-thru was closed. So we tried to go inside, but their doors were locked. I don’t understand how there is someone inside, with everything locked and closed, while the website says it’s open 24?
I didn’t get her name but I was delivering for DoorDash and note said to go inside the store to pick up order. When I got there I saw order ready on the side and ask if I could get it. Lady then said go outside so I hand you order. I was like I’m already here, she told me go outside and wait by the window that’s my policy. I said why make it complicated I’m already here. She then gave me attitude like I’m so low life individual that can’t be respected because I drive for DoorDash. I hope owner or manager reads this because we gig workers help your business make more sales it’s unnecessary to disrespect us specially we make your business more money. To the old Indian lady you do not belong to a customer service business with that attitude. Please give her training she could have said it nicely and I would have happily oblige but for her to tell me go outside and wait there because that’s my policy is totally mess up.
The place was renovated nicely, but has the worst Dunkin staff I've ever encountered. I recently moved around the corner and will never go back to this location and I encourage everyone to do the same. The wait time is just ridiculous even when you order ahead and theres nobody even in the store waiting. They get every order wrong. Literally.. They lack basic customer service and people skills. They have the nastiest attitudes and retaliate by giving you raw food if you point out they gave you the wrong items and its not just 1 of them its all of them especially the guy in the food prep area with his nasty disrespectful slick comments. I had such a bad experience I contacted customer service with pictures and it was supposedly sent to the manager but i havent heard anything back. So poor management as well. If theyre unhappy working there i get it but then find another job dont take it out on the customers.. Just a girl needing her caramel Macchiato 😂
After the renovation, customer service became even worse. Do something to motivate your employees. The staff is unhappy working there, and customers are dealing with aptitudes.
I was in there about two weeks ago with my 4 year old nephew. I was placing the order, and my nephew ran up to me. The cashier looked at him, shooed him away, and told him, "To go away." When I confronted her, she said that it's alright since she has kids. I called her out on it, and she laughed like it was a joke. I filed a complaint and finally received a call from the owner. I explained what happened, and he asked what she looked like, which I told him. He said, "Okay, thank you," then he hung up on me like I was an inconvenience. I'll never go there again.
I would give it zero stars if I had the option the customer service is horrible the lady was rude and disrespectful and I repeated my order multiple times and she still got it wrong after that I just got my money back and left unbelievable and when I got my donuts it was sloppy and it had hair on it . Don’t go here everyone !!
To all the good reviews, you’ve obviously lucked out and never had your drink made wrong here. I’m not quite sure what happens at this location but drink orders are completely and blatantly disregarded and they’re made however the person making it feels like making it. There’s no reason I should have to PAY for extra cream/swirls in my coffee to be handed a coffee that looks like it had a tablespoon of milk in it and no flavor added to it at all. Also no reason I should be handed a refresher that is 90% green tea. If I wanted a green tea I would’ve ordered one. I’ve also on numerous occasions have been handed drinks that weren’t even full. I’m also not sure what goes through someone’s head when they put a donut in a bag and then put napkins on top of it. Then you hand that to the customer lol. Needless to say donut went in the garbage and my refresher ended up in the fridge.
Can you speed up the service? I order a sandwich and coffee. I come after 20 minutes and nothing is ready. I wait another 10 minutes! I don't order via mobile order to wait 30 minutes inside! Can you hire more people? I watched a Dunkin worker today and I think he was in the world championship for the slowest sandwich maker! and won!!!
The manager shows that she is a rude person. I talked to her and she ignored me for more than 30 minutes. I don’t know why they hire people with such a low talent.
Omg where do I begin? My first bad experience was receiving a horrible iced coffee that tasted like it was loaded with chemicals. I vented my frustrations on Twitter & long story short I received a free coffee & sandwich thanks to the manager. That kind of help the situation. After that I continued to go and receive mistake after mistake after mistake via the drive through. And with every mistake I'd email the manager with pictures of my receipt & the wrong order. He's apologize every time & said he'd work on this. I finally gave up & stopped going. Today I was in a rush to get to work so I hit the drive through hoping maybe they fixed their problem. Guess what? Nope. All I order was a Everything bagel with butter & jelly and they managed to mess that up. No jelly. Plus the woman who took the order sounded pissed when I was like that's all after placing my order. I rather not eat or have coffee than go back to this location again. They suck!!! They lady at the window is nice, but that's about it. Horrible horrible horrible service!!! Stay away. You've been warned.
I used to go to this DD everyday. They seriously went downhill. Hiring incompetent workers, that are rude and don’t know how to make proper coffee. I would continue to go in hopes that they just had a bad day and it’ll be better next time but that’s not the case. The new hires messed it up for me. And I was was a daily loyal customer. They lost me and my family as customers.
I don’t know The guys name who they got working early in the morning around 5 AM at the drive-through but he never seems to get the order right. I’ve given multiple chances but today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a pumpkin cream cold brew and it came up to about five dollars. He didn’t charge me for the bagel with cream cheese and charge me full price for the cold brew so when I went back to order the bagel with cream cheese again they couldn’t offer me a refund because there’s no manager to fix the pricing issue and they wouldn’t fix my drink or offered to fix my drink because he failed to put coconut milk, I got charged for as well
The service here is extremely slow and the staff is rude, especially one of the managers. My girlfriend and I watch them routinely go at it with one another in front of customers. The floor is always covered in trash and it is clear that little effort is dedicated to cleanliness, which can only make one wonder what it looks like behind the counter where the customer can't see. If you value your time, dignity, and perhaps even health, avoid this location. More like "America Limps on Dunkin!" (I didn't even want to give one star.)
I truly don’t understand who trains this staff. Every time I come to this Dunkin no one understands how the Dunkin rewards app works. When I go to redeem my points they tell me every single time that my app isn’t working and I can’t redeem my awards. No one in that store seems to understand how that app works, and they constantly give me a problem and attitude when I try to use the Dunkin app. Also every single time I come there they are always making my coffee wrong. The staff seems extremely over whelmed. Too chaotic. If you don’t want a headache, stay away.
I wish I could give only a half a star or quarter of a star but I can't. So with that being said there is public parking. There is a public restroom. It is wheelchair accessible. Other than that they have poor service. Poor service in the Drive-Thru. Poor service at the counter. Dirty condoms on the floor everywhere. The people who work their work very slow. There's always a long line. Management needs to step up their game. The location is great the service sucks
The service and atmosphere is so bad it affects the food. Good thing the donuts are terrible already. Not, food-chain-average-bad, but more, holy-this-wasn’t-even-made-correctly-bad. Music is insanely loud, probably to get you out ASAP, and the kiosk system is pointless if you’re waiting 15 minutes for a BOTTLED WATER AND ONE DOUGHNUT. We walked up to get an employee’s attention after waiting and she made us wait even more. We are literally the only customers in the store. If you need to be convinced more, just eat a slice of Wonder Bread with a packet of sugar and that will legitimately be better than what we had. It’s bad. If you brought a box of donuts from here to your office you will be fired.
Horrible place. Don’t order anything that you saw in a picture because it looks nothing like it and their response is, “that is a picture”. Yes, I know and that’s why I ordered it. Nasty, nasty man, not the short employee but the taller one that thinks he’s the owner. Edited: How funny, the real picture wasn’t approved! Good job Google on real reviews!! >:0
The bathroom was completely open and the attendant told me i couldnt use it, she gave no reason, and was very rude about it. It wasnt out of order or anything. I had to leave and didnt buy anything because i had to go elsewhere for a bathroom. Horrible service
The nightshift guy at the window ALWAYS messes up my order. It’s always syrupy at the bottom and not stored properly. He has forgotten my order so many times that I stopped going there because every time I do I pay for something I don’t get to enjoy because he forgot to put it in the bag.
Burnt my food and got my order wrong. Even when I asked if they could fix it at the window the woman said she didn’t know how and wouldn’t get someone who knew how to fix it.
I usually go here and everything is fine with my order but recently the new people they hired have been getting my orders wrong and refusing to change it to the right thing as well as not making the coffee the way it’s supposed to be made according to the recipe, not to mention they’ve burnt my food countless times since the new hires have arrived.
I did not like the energy being provided by the workers, the guy seemed like he was annoyed of more customers coming in. Lack of professionalism
One worker dropped the cups on the floor. She put them back . The workers aren't happy at all. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and no hot water. A complete disaster. Ive never seen a worker clean the floors or tables . Its the worst location I've been to .
LADY WAS IS EXTREMELY RUDE THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. So I decided to make my way inside to see who had all that energy. Come to find out it was the MANAGER. She blamed it on the “timer”. That’s no reason to be repeatedly asking questions not giving time to respond. And if she couldn’t hear through the MIC then she should’ve lead with “sorry I can’t hear you” BAD MANAGEMENT ETIQUETTE. Do better !
This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute joke. The brand new ordering stations are a complete waste of time and money. Orders placed through them are flat out ignored. What’s the point of having them if no one’s going to use them properly? The music is so obnoxiously loud it’s like they’re trying to drive people away. Seriously, it’s like they don’t even want you to sit down and enjoy your food. And if the blaring music wasn’t bad enough, the ice cream cake freezer rattles like a dying engine, making the whole place feel like a nightmare. The tables? Plentiful but disgusting. Not a single one was cleaned, and the store wasn’t even busy! The service? A complete disaster. I ordered the simplest damn donut on the menu, and it took over 10 minutes to get it in an empty store. How is that even possible? This place is a train wreck. Fire the staff or retrain them because whatever’s going on here is beyond embarrassing. Do better.
I had nothing but good experiences at this Dunkin prior to renovation. After renovation came around the place has significantly gotten cheap and riddled with rude staff and poor management. I had a bit of a sweet craving, and decided to skip walking in and going through the Drive thru. They gave me a Boston Cream with MINIMAL cream. What good is a Boston Cream without its main component? After I opened the donut and proceeded to tell one of the staff about it, Their answer was “All the Boston Creams are like that.” So not only am I getting ripped off, But anyone who decides they want a Boston Cream are in for a surprise. Distasteful and Disgraceful. Do better.
Too preoccupied with the drive through window to deal with walk in customer. Came by today ordered coffee and donut. Clerk hands me coffee. I ask for the rest and he says that's all I ordered. Wrong showed him my receipt then he asked me again what kind. It's not rocket science! Came again today. Same story! Ps donut stale and not what I asked for! Came today service worse than ever. Last time I come here. Sent a complaint to Dunkin home office. They shorted me on my order!
