Wonderful drive-in feel. The hamburgers are like the way you remember McDonald's. The milkshakes are thick and flavorful. Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate are available. The burgers are on the small side so get a double double if you are hungry or 2. The fries and onion rings are great. Very fresh! It brings about a nostalgic feeling when you eat here.
If your looking for a old school feel this is the perfect spot ! Small menu but all the right things !! Hamburgers, fried shrimp milk shakes a little for everyone !
The line moves very quickly. You get your order. Take a look on top and see if it has a number when they call it. You pick up your order to the right they have napkins and straws. Just make sure you ordered extra ketchup. There’s a parking lot that you can sit in the problem was we had two weeks of hundred degree temperatures so there was nowhere to hide from the sun except in your carFood is excellent. The price is exceptional has not been raised since 1968 and it’s just amazing how you can order a hamburger and it gets delivered within five minutes.
Always great food. Service is always fast too, even when the line is around the corner.
I haven’t been here since before the pandemic I don’t think. Don’t be alarmed by the line if there are people outside. It always goes by quick as they have four cashier lines going. It’s a small place with no seats inside of the building, however there are seats on the outside. It’s a very quick in-and-out deal they have going on which truly is the epitome of “fast food.” A lot of people say it’s overrated, but it’s just a solid and consistent place that you can get burgers/fries/hot dogs for under $3 each which is a deal you can’t beat. I recommend the cheeseburger, the Frank, and onion rings! I know they have good milkshakes but I wanted to grab ice cream next door. People travel long distances to come here, I would go if you’re in the area already, don’t make this what your whole trip is about!
Best burger on the island hands down! A Landmark With fresh burgers, fries, franks, shakes and Sandwiches a drive in nostalgic feel. The quarter pounder is #1 and amazing the double double is a must. They even have awesome fried shrimp. The pms e is addicting. You’ll drive far for it! Prices are very reasonable.
Such a great place to stop for a quick lunch. If you are going to get fast food. . inexpensive and fast.
Great burgers and fries and milkshake. Can luck out and get a table sometimes in warm weather but limited seating. Small parking lot but can street park
Not too many places you can grab a burger and fries and enjoy it outside. Nostalgic, inexpensive, good food and fast service. I also grabbed a vanilla milkshake against my wife's recommendation to get a chocolate. I believe she was right as the vanilla was just ok, and the straws were too narrow. A nice summer treat!
An All American staple of Long Island! Been coming here since I was a kid, so have my parents. This place is just classic Long Island. Its a no frills burger joint that tastes great and has great prices. Burger and fries is always my go to but the shakes, onion rings, and dogs are good too. There is no indoor dining here, never was. You can eat outside or like everyone else, in your car. If you've never been here and you live on the island, come here. An added bonus is that they take credit card now. 🍔🍟
So cute and old fashioned. Very simple menu, but very good burger. I had the quarter pound cheeseburger. It was delicious.
Update: had a few burgers for lunch today and tried the fish filet for the first time amd decided that fish filet sandiches are the unsung hero's of American fast-food. A really nice woman named Kathy took my order and made the visit even better. Thanks again for a great meal. Delicious burger! Worth the ride and the wait. Eat it right there on the hood of your car.
Cannot beat the food and price. Think Mickey D’s burger without the chemicals. Took my girl here on our first date (it was perfect for us as “picky” college students, don’t hate) and we’ve been a back a good amount since. The staff will remember you and are always super sweet. Our favorite time to get it is on the way to or from Jones Beach. Highly recommend the All American burger with fries and a chocolate shake!
I've been going here ever since a kid! Great burgers that are arguably better than McDonald's
The regular hamburger is like a white castle in taste.with no ketchup. The other burgers are just bigger. Knish, is great. Nice area to sit and eat. Plenty of parking
I LOVE All American! I've been coming here for a few years now and think it's one of the best places for a burger on the island. My boyfriend hasn't been so we went this past Sunday and he had a great first experience. We paid just under $17 for two burgers, two fries and two drinks which was great- we satisfied our cravings with something inexpensive and delicious. As always, there was a huge line but the staff moves quickly so after we ordered we waited less than 3 minutes for our food. Overall, its a great place to sit down and relax, eat some good food and not break the bank. We'll be back soon!
An old fashioned classic on Long Island. Dirt cheap prices with burgers and fries that will make you keep coming back. Line moves fast considering its always wrapped around the building. Still totally worth the wait. If you haven't tried this spot out try it ASAP.
After taking the drive out to pay our respects to an amazing man we decided, the kids ands and I, had 15 minutes further west and visit a Long Island staple called All American Burger. What is there to say about the nostalgia of this restaurant. It has been there for absolutely forever. It has been open since 1963 and nothing about the place has changed. My son got two burgers. When asked how he thought they tasted he said all I taste are pickles I hate pickles and why is the meat so thin. I explained nostalgia My daughter got two cheeseburgers, when I asked her what she thought her response was the cheese taste like something. I'm not sure what but there's a hint of a flavor in there and I don't know what it's like. She then informs me that she absolutely hates sesame seeds and their buns have sesame seeds on them. I then decide to get my kids shakes my daughter orders a strawberry shake she tells me it tastes like medicine. It doesn't. Kenny enjoyed his shake but explained they were way too thick and hard to suck up through a straw. I had two cheeseburgers and they taste exactly like I remember them from being 18 years old going there and my friend Vinny's car. They both said the fries were good they are really salty which in their opinion is a good thing... This place has been around for 80 years, and I hope they're around for another 80 years so I can bring my grandkids here and they can see what we ate. I cannot wait to go back!
Great! Went there for the first time recently. I was worried because there were easily over 60-70 people on line. I still got my food in less than 10 min. Great prices too. Awesome spot
This place is an old school 50s style burger joint that's been a staple of the community for generations. You get back from the beach and are jonesing for some fast food? This is THE place to go. The service is incredibly fast, food is very fresh and tasty, and is packaged such that you can drive for another 15 minutes or so and still have a really tasty meal once you get where you're going. A morning or afternoon at Jones Beach isn't complete without a double double and a knish with mustard on the ride home. I hope this place never closes.
Step back in time and enjoy the best tasting food at a great price. Service is fast. Don't worry about all the customers. I have never waited more than a few minutes.
A must go to if you're new to this area. A legendary spot if you're a local. The food is great, affordable and you don't have to wait long for it. If I'm in the area or know I'm going to be, I always make sure to stop by.
Was looking for a "cheap eats" (but quality) in the area and came across this historic gem. Just as I pull it up on my phone, I turn on the tv (of course it was on a food channel) and they are showing the best of the best and in this case it was hamburgers. Needless to say I HAD to check it out. It was definitely worth the hype. Like the other reviews say this place has the old fashion look and the taste and quality that is reminiscent of when I was a kid. No frills, just good food. The quarter pounder with cheese comes on a sesame bun, 2 layers of melted American cheese, pickles and sauteed diced onions that burst with flavor when you bite in. The french fries taste like their hand cut and the onion rings cooked perfectly. (The oil was definitely clean/changed) The vanilla milkshake was thick, creamy and flavorful. There was a 10 minute wait but the line moves very quickly and we may have waited for our food for approximately 2 minutes. We will definitely be back! Delicious!
I have been going here my whole life. Stop in overtime I'm in town. Best fries. Awesome milkshakes.
One of the best burgers on Long Island hands down. My server was a cashier named Anthony and he was amazing at his job. He rung me out really fast and efficiently. Also made sure I got my extra condiments when I forgot them. The staff today was amazing. 10/10 will come back all the time
Genuinely one of the best burger places especially for the price. This place is a corner stone or even an institution of long island. Dont miss it if you’re around.
Great burgers, but a double cheese burger won't be enough so order more. The fries were also excellent and the dogs are good. Although it looks packed, they fit the ordering down to a science,v and you won't wait long for your food.
Trump visited here, so what more could I say... I always knew this was a cool "blast from the past" but now it's confirmed lol. This is the best little hamburger joint around today. Yes it's fast food, so keep that in mind. Every once in a while you have to let yourself go and don't count the calories. And this is the perfect place to do it! Yes there aren't too many place to sit down here and there aren't any inside seats. They have their counter service down pat for sure and the long lines move quickly and efficiently. The double double(two burgers with cheese) is my favorite, the fries are fresh and very good too, nice shakes, and if you're looking for something else try the knish(they will cut it open and put ketchup on it if ordered), tuna sandwich, and/or a fish sandwiches, even shrimp too. A little place with lots of options. Enjoy!
So I hadn't been there in 25 years. Everything is still good however the short young lady dark haired with glasses wasn't welcoming. I had just come from the breast cancer 🎀 walk and was hungry and excited to be there. Welcome people to the establishment. Nothing more
We kept our order simple, cheese burger and fries. It was a solid, “cheap eats” meal. I loved the history behind the concept and the fact that they seemed to not change anything over the years. It’s still commands a crowd and is a favorite of the local law enforcement. Keep up the great food and don’t change a thing!
grew up coming here and will always love it. nothing beats all american and their prices. the lines can get super long, even during the winter but theyre usually pretty quick about it. always always love going here
Honestly, I really like this place. It's a cheap fast food spot which satisfies your cravings. It's kinda like when you crave that unique taste of McDonald's fries. Same with All American, a unique taste that you crave. I was able to get a full meal for 2 people for just $24! Where else can you get 2 burgers with fries (EACH) and a milkshake for so little!? If you are a Long Islander or a visitor, I definitely recommend this spot!
This burger place is drive in only, there was a long line when we got there, but it moved quickly. Parking is crazy, but it seemed to be enough. Order ahead of time if you can, especially for large orders.
Huge line but worth the wait! The line is massive but moves quickly we got our food within 10 minutes. The burger is one the best that I have ever eaten, it hits the spot. I always get the quarter pounder with cheese it comes with ketchup, pickles and diced onions, the bun is a soft sesame bun. The burger is cooked around medium well but for some reason it so juicy and tasty. The prices are very reasonable especially now that beef prices are at all time high. High recommend, I give the burger a score of 9.2/10.
This is the quintessential American burger spot. And the prices are like 1950! You may see a long line, but it moves fast! They have a great, efficient system! This is a long island and American treasure! Don't walk, run!
They are the best place to get takeout food. I loved being able to enjoy a decent hamburger rather than a quick fix burger from the drive thru. They make them fresh and delicious!
All American Drive-In is a true Long Island classic and an absolute neighborhood staple. Their menu is simple, affordable, and everything you want from an old-school burger spot. The burgers are always fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of that nostalgic flavor you can’t find anywhere else. People come from near and far just to get their hands on these delicious burgers — and once you try one, you’ll understand why. The fresh-made fries are incredible: crisp, hot, and the perfect pairing to any meal. And the milkshakes? Thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious — one sip brings you right back to childhood. There’s something timeless about the whole experience. From the quick service to the classic drive-in feel, All American captures the charm of a simpler time. Despite the crowds, everything moves quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly, the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is pure nostalgia in the best possible way. It’s the kind of place you crave and the kind of place you bring friends and family to so they can experience it, too. If you love great burgers, great value, and that iconic old-school charm, All American Drive-In never disappoints.
We love to get food from all American. It's always freshly made to order. There's always a huge line but the workers are so good it goes really fast. They have outdoor seating, which is great. Awesome prices. We usually order the fried shrimp , onion rings, fries and burgers. Everything is delicious.
I’m not a big fan of Long Island (I'm from from Brooklyn) but when I do go, I try to hit one of the best burger places I have been to “All American”. This place is always crowded, but the service isn’t slow, they run it like fine-tuned machine! There’s at least 15 people in the kitchen pumping out orders as fast as they come, it’s amazing to watch! I used to deliver hamburger buns here when I was a kid, and used to look forward to going there, because the burgers, fries, everything, were fresh and were extremely delicious! IT IS THE SAME DELICIOUS FOOD AS IT WAS YEARS AGO!!! I got a quarter pound burger with cheese (even though everyone swears the “double double” is the best) fries, hot dog, onion rings and a knish. Yes, I ate all of it! THE QUARTER POUND BURGER- Not too much fat, just enough, juicy, very flavorful- the meat was not overwhelmed by the cheese, you tasted every component of this burger, even the pickles! This is what a good, wholesome classic cheeseburger should taste like… AMAZING! THE FRIES – Nothing artificial here, freshly cut and fried every day! Crispy outside, soft inside, not too greasy, little salty – Damn… These are some excellent fries! THE KNISH – YES! “The Knish” You don’t think you’re going to get a good knish from a burger place, but this was a classic well-made knish! The outer crust was slightly crispy, golden and tasty, with a soft, mildly seasoned little thicker than mashed potato consistency inside - perfect! Not a thick crusted, golden brown “Coney Island Knish” but just as delicious, I was pleasantly surprised!!! I’m not going into everything else they have and what I ate, because I myself would not go to an amazing burger joint and order the fish fillet, even though, wait… MAYBE I SHOULD TRY THAT NEXT TIME!!!
Update 7/27/25- Food is okay, prices are reasonable, portions are small for the onion rings Good food (burgers fries milkshakes). Even Mr. (Now President) Trump came here after Officer John Diller's wake (March 28, 2024). That shows how popular and good All American is. Infrequently eat here, however, it is good. Haven’t ate here since 2023, should go back soon (update as of July 22, 2025). A US President eating here is incredible, it must be that popular!
This. This is what America is all about. Burgers. Melted and made to perfection. Crispy fries. The thickest chocolate milkshake you will ever have in your life. Absolutely incredible. We found parking at the restaurant and the wait (which started around the corner iykyk) was NOT bad! From wait to having your food hand delivered less than 20 minutes. It is along the main road so it can be loud, but I think this is such a nostalgic summer hang spot! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
So after hearing about this place for the past couple of weeks, I had to go see what the hype was about. So I came all the way from the Bronx. My family and I were definitely not disappointed. Let's start with the prices. I ordered 13 items and paid less than $40. All prices are very reasonable compared to everything else in this economy. As for the taste, everything was flavorful and tasty. The All American burgers tasted like an old school burger. The quarter pounder tasted amazing. In my opinion, the best burger on the menu. We had the strawberry shake, great flavor and consistency. Now what complimented the burgers? French fries! They were cooked perfectly, salted just right. I recommend this place to everyone who's looking for that classic burger taste with a touch of nostalgia. I will be visiting again. P.S. Don't be afraid of the line, it moves very fast.
You’re on Long Island and you’re hungry. Head to Massapequa, find the little hamburger spot that makes the best burgers, fries and shakes anywhere around. Welcome to the iconic “All American” (as the locals call it). Be prepared to wait at lunch and dinner times, the line gets a bit long. But don’t let that scare you. Stay right where you are, it’s well worth the wait. You finally made it to the front of the line? Great, order yourself a double double, large fries or onion rings and shake! The double double is a double cheeseburger, with little onions, pickles and ketchup. The fries are hand cut right on the premises and the shakes are your basic vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, but they are not at all basic! The shakes are thick and creamy and are the perfect complement to this meal. Now that you’ve ordered grab your receipt, step back and wait for your number to be called. Total wait time, a minute or two, not bad huh! Ok you got your bag of food, now do like the regulars and walk outside to eat your food either at the seats that sit right in front of All American or grab one of the benches that sit on the side of the store or if you really want to be a regular, go sit in your car right there in the parking lot and enjoy what you just paid under $10 for and I promise you, you will love it!
Amazing burgers! You won't be disappointed. The prices are unbeatable. If you want dinner on a budget, this is the place to go. Line is usually super long but it goes by fast.

I'm my books these are the best burgers around. The fries, onion rings and shakes are a must as well. Been coming here since I was a kid. Can't bet the prices either.
This was recommended while I was in the neighborhood. I got there and there was a long line. It went by very quickly. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, a hot dog and a strawberry shake. The cheeseburger was surprisingly finger licking good. This is a great spot and well worth the long line. I paid $11 total!!!!!!!!!!! 😱😁👏🏼🎉
Wouldn’t consider this the “best” burger in the country however, I can definitely see the appeal as well as the nostalgia associated with this burger establishment. The burger tastes really fresh & great. The prices are unmatched and the overall anticipation of having to wait a long line is what makes eating at this location a whole experience. Needless to say, I will definitely be back for more!
The fries and shakes are delicious. Strawberry shake is the best. The burger is alright, the meat is tender and the onion and pickle are good, but it lacks flavor. The hot dog is delicious. Better than McDonald’s and cheaper.
Good food here. The price is what matters and this place has the best price for a good burger. Way better then Mcdonalds. Quarter pounder and fries cost $7.71. Hard to beat. I've had the burger, fries, hot dog, chocolate shake and it's all good. Burger City comes close though.
Best darn burgers ever and the fastest service I ever seen. I arrived to a massive line that was conquered real quick & got my food in no time. The simplest menu cooked to perfection. The shape a form of the building structure reminded me of the McDonald's documentary movie ,all the structure needed was the golden arches. This place hands down is the real deal. The prices are very reasonable and the food cooked to perfection. I loved the kanish. It was the perfect temperature again cooked to perfection ,clean no over cooked corners. The onion rings and fries are as old school as you can get and old-school is DELICIOUS. Just keeping it 💯 👌. I definitely recommend and will share to all on my social media.
This was my first time going here. The knish was super tasty. The double double cheeseburger was a disappointment for me because I loathe pickles. I received my order correct with the pickles omitted. However, the onions used for burger must be mixed with pickles. The burger was small & still tasted like pickles so I was not sold. The price was great for what you ordered.
The food is amazing and overall the experience is great the only reason is not. 5 stars is because of the cashier CAMILA R attitude try to order it wasn’t even a noisy crowd and yet she still made us repeat everything 3-4 times all thought all we asked was 6 cheeseburgers and 1 soda and for worse she kept rolling her eyes at us and other costumers she took care of after us. Genuinely felt like we were bothering her we get it you could be having a bad day but this was beyond rude never have i had such a rude cashier with such a horrible ATTITUDE the other cashiers seem fine even the cooks and they doing a lot with the amount of people lined up outside yet she was the only one with the disgusting attitude
The line goes pretty fast on a Saturday night (~10 mins) as there are 4 lines inside the building. There are a few tables outside and I see people eat outside their cars with the trunk opened. The quarter pounder with cheese is good and simple. Quarter pound patty with diced onions and ketchup and pickles. Think McDonald's burger but fresher and more oniony. Fries is a bit greasy, and onion rings are just okay. Skip the Hot Knish (fried mashed potato). Shake is okay. Everything is priced pretty good.
Didn't have the heart to give this place a 3 even though it deffinitly is NO where near as good. After almost 40 years I can say the past few years I just drive past it. I guess great things cant last forever.
I know … it looks like school lunch if you’re an 80s kid 🤣 I have to say though, for the price, it can’t be beat. The burgers do actually taste good. I got a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder with cheese but after trying both, I would stick to the quarter pounder. More meat and you get a bite full of it. I got the hot knish and onion rings on the side. I don’t know what a hot knish is and didn’t bother to look it up. Only that people recommend it. Its potato. I guess if I were to redo my order, I’d skip the onion rings and French fries. Do the hot knish and burger and soda. Done. It’s a very simple menu. Grab and go. Just a note - entrance door is on the side where parking is. Don’t be a doofus like me and walk around the perimeter just to find out I parked right IN front of the entrance 🤦♀️
When you are in there you feel like you are back in time. Place is cool, really fast service. Fries are so crunchy and taste amazing so is quarter pounder. Cheeseburger was 50/50 didnt finish that one tbh. Kinda weird taste for me, maybe it was a bun..dno. Definitely place to check! Enjoy
We’ve gone here a few times now. Prices are very good. Drinks and shakes, sides of fries and onion rings are worth it. As far as burgers, the quarter pounders are better if you want it meaty. The regular burger patties, even with double, don’t fill the bun. Pickles, onions only. No other veggie topping options. Fish filet was good, with tartar sauce. Knish is pretty dense. Filling. Fried Shrimp had 6pcs, breaded. Was just ok. Hotdog is plain, so will pass next time. Grilled cheese is a disappointment. Just cheese in burger buns. Service was friendly the first time we were there. Fast and efficient. Order at the counter and pick up when your number is called. Some tables out in front, but mostly for to go. Restroom available on the side of the building. Has a parking lot or residential nearby.
The name says it all: a classic walk up burger shop service basic burgers, fries, and shakes. If you want to relive the glory days of a traditional window service burgeria, this is the place to go. It absolutely feels like stepping back in time, pulling into the parking lot and walking up to the freestanding glass building, and eating at the picnic tables up front. The burgers are nothing incredible, just a classic old school fast food burger, coming in two patty sizes. The fries are pretty dang amazing so be sure to get some extra. Highly recommended for a nice throwback day!

Bland burgers we’ve had hamburger and quarter pounder, use ketchup for taste really, fries was hood and milkshakes was not bad either. They should put some taste into that burgers. At least salt and pepper. Shrimp was fine and onions rings were just same as frozen ones. Overall it was not bad, but not as good as we expected. I hope they put some taste into to their burgers. Cheap and affordable. Thanks
I've been coming here for such a long time and i really don't think i enjoy it here anymore. They finally let you use card which is nice. Food just tastes kinds bland and the prices keep going up. Two double burgers and a large fry don't feel that filling anymore. I think i paid 33 for around 5 burgers, 3 fries and a shake which isn't horrible i guess.
Their is a lot of fuss about this place but I found it crowded. The staff mixed up my order so I had to wait way too long for it to be corrected. And the food was not that good. The best thing about the experience was that the young people taking the orders were very pleasant, even though they messed up my order.
After hearing so much buzz about All American Hamburger, I just had to check it out. I went for the cheeseburger with fries, but to be honest, I’m not quite sure what all the fuss is about. It was an okay burger, nothing really stood out except for the wallet-friendly price. On the bright side, the fries were pretty good. But be warned, if you’re a mayo lover like me, they only offer mustard and ketchup here, so it might not be your go-to spot.
Went Sunday evening 1/4/26 and burgers were great but fries and onion rings were too small despite getting large size. Service was abysmal. The tall dude working on the far left register (near the entrance) was SO unenthusiastic, emotionless, and clearly did not want to be there. Order came out very quickly but same thing with the dude handing out the orders at the pickup station; he had the same borderline rude attitude and he side-eyed us for literally no reason. I get that customer service may be dead nowadays but would it kill them to greet us, crack a smile, or have a friendlier tone? Would not come back here for the crappy atmosphere alone. Why should I pay to be treated like I'm some kind of a criminal?
This place is more nostalgic than anything else. Burger City in East Meadow actually tastes better. I hate to admit it, as I have been an All-American loyalist. Coming here will bring back the warm memories of being here with friends when you were in high school. It's dependable, it's there when you need to connect with your own kids. Stop by and have a bite!
I heard of this place on Boomer and Gio, so we stopped by here and ended up getting a quarter pounder with cheese, knish, fries, onion rings and a soda, all for $14.72. The burger was eh kinda thin…
I used to go here for lunch all the time when I worked at the mall. Today, I was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a burger and fries. The fries were just as good as they always were, but the burger was terrible. The burger and bun were flattened, like it was underneath several other burgers or something. I understand trying to streamline the process and lower the wait time, but quantity is coming at the expense of quality. I'd be OK with waiting in line a few more minutes if it means my burger is made fresh and isn't flatter than an pancake after lying at the bottom of a pile.
Stood in a long line for a very sad double cheeseburger and frozen onion rings? Nothing here is fresh, nothing is made to order, food arrives barely warm. I honestly do not understand what people like about this place! 🤷🏻♀️
Heard great things about All American . Sadly not the case at all . The regular cheese burger , Bland and dry and on a stale bun to boot . Went on a Tues afternoon , so hard pressed to make any excuses . In the future I would give them a second chance and adjust my review if warranted. But based on first impressions I can't recommend.
I rarely ever leave negative reviews, especially for All-American Burger, because this place has been a staple in our lives. We’ve been coming here on a weekly or biweekly basis for a long time, and the food has always been consistently great. That’s why this experience stood out so much. The cashier, Gianna G., unfortunately made the visit unpleasant. From the start, she came across as rude and dismissive. She took our order incorrectly, and rather than resolving the issue with professionalism, Gianna G. repeatedly insisted it was our fault. To argue with customers over something as minor as a slice of cheese felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Mistakes happen—that’s understandable—but what matters is how they’re handled. Instead of de-escalating, Gianna G. doubled down, making the situation uncomfortable when it could have been a quick, easy fix. We’ve always enjoyed the food here, and that’s why this incident was so disappointing. All-American Burger thrives not just because of its menu, but also because of the experience customers have when they walk in. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides Gianna G. with proper training in communication and customer service. Customers don’t expect perfection, but they do expect respect.
The line was a bit long but it moved fairly fast. The price is “cheap” but you get what you pay for. The fries are soggy, the double double (double cheese burger) has a very sad look to it. It took me about 3-4 bites to finish the burger…I was very hungry so, take that into consideration. I wouldn’t say the food was “bad”… But I prefer Burger City even though the price has gone up, at least fries are always crispy over there. If you just need a quick bite when you are not super hungry and not spend much money, this is not a bad place to go.
Very disappointed this time, have been there on more crowed of a night. Check your order bf leaving. Ordered 4 hot dogs with saurkraut and 2 quarter pounders, got the opposite 2 hot dogs with NO suarkraut and the bread falling apart. The hamburgers are gross, the worst I've had in a long time. If I was closer we'd be going back. Counter boy was specifically asked if he had the correct order and he said yes. So lied to on top of it all. We will think twice if we stop by again.... No pickles on the burgers and they were dry and tasteless
