My family and I go to this Razoo’s often and the meals, atmosphere, and waiters are always great and on par! Our server tonight, Dilan, was especially great, and went above and beyond to give us a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend this Razoo’s to anyone!!!

The food was amazing. The chicken and sausage gumbo was definitely my favourite, it was very flavorful. I got the fried jalapeño catfish, and it was so crispy and juicy. Our server, Dylan, was very attentive and helpful and we had a great conversation. Definitely will be coming back.

Dilan S was a fantastic server tonight! He let us know it was his first week working here, but you really couldn't tell. He was confident, fun and came by often without interrupting. The food was quick to arrive and so good. We had the crab cakes, appetizer combo and the crab and shrimp boil. The seasonings were perfect and the rat toes were an absolute favorite. I just have to brag on Madison at Razzoo’s tonight. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of like family. She was warm, patient, and attentive without ever hovering. Every question we had, she answered with a smile, and she checked on us at all the right times. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out hot, and she didn’t miss a single detail. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does her energy made the whole experience better. It’s rare these days to get service that feels both professional and personal, but Madison nailed it. If you go to Razzoo’s, ask for her. She’s a whole gem.

Ever since frequenting this location last year (‘25) going into 2026, I’ve found the service from Dilan and Erin specifically to be absolutely amazing! Those two work incredibly hard and are always so pleasant, attentive, and professional when waiting on my girlfriend and I. The food always comes out quickly, hot and tasting equally delicious each time!

Restaurant was extremely clean and we were greeted by several people on the way in. We travel from Paris (TX) when we can to come over and eat and always pick this location. Server (Dilan) was super friendly and we enjoyed bs”ing with him. The food was fast and tasted great and he got our togo order out just in time to rush out to a movie. The manager even came over to chat with us and check in. It looked like he was pretty involved and genuinely concerned about the dining experience of everyone in the restaurant. We had mentioned to several people we drove an hour and a half over and every one we talked to wished us safe travels on the way out. I think we had 4 people hold the doors on the way out, including the manager. Thanks for a great meal and friendly service. Side note, we learned that a lot of the kitchen staff has been there 15 years. In food and beverage industry you’ve gotta know the place is doing something right to keep people that long and they must know what they’re doing!

We went to Razzoo’s tonight for dinner with some friends and all had a great meal. I had seafood Gumbeaux and Fish Ah Yee. The gumbo was excellent with a thick dark roux and the fish was tender and flaky. Our waitress, Erin was awesome as always. We’ll be back again soon.

Our first visit to Razzoos. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and service even better. First time in a long time I have been to a new to me restaurant and said “I will be coming back here”. Rat tails were phenomenal and the Cajun fondue was delicious!!

We came here 2/13 and really loved the food, new menu, and service. Upon entry this place was welcoming and warm, with the managers opening the doors for us. The food did take a little longer than expected, but considering that it was Valentine's Day weekend and a Friday, that was to be expected. Our server (can't remember her name) was very friendly and personable. I ordered her recommendation of stuffed shrimp and it was delicious and huge! She even brought me extra bread for my dish, which I truly appreciated. We had a fantastic experience and would happily come back again.

Listen! Gear food is one thing, but great service seals the deal. Our waitress Lexis was amazing. Friendly, quick on her feet, and on point with everything. I love Razzoo's! This was our 1st visit in 5 years. We moved out of state, so tonight was a treat. The food was fantastic and our waitress, Peyton was very attentive, friendly and fast. I had the stuffed flounder and my hustle the catfish basket. We had gatortail and crab cake for appetizers. Overall, it was a great dinner. I've missed them and tonight did not disappoint.

Ordered take out for lunch. Got the Bayou meal with Rat Toes, boudin, and fried pickles also some pop corn shrimp. The best thing on my plate were the fries 10/10. The popcorn shrimp a little over cooked 6/10, rat toes ok 8/10 and boudin balls 7/10 without sauce and 8/10 with. The young lady at the desk was very nice and honestly the service was lightening fast!

I went with a grilled chicken salad and my husband got the bayou bargain fish and shrimp platter that came with a side salad. The food was good and it didn't take long. Razzoo’s was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere and service was similar to other mid range family restaurant chains. The crawfish etouffee seems to be their defining menu item—indeed, hearty and worth trying. My only hesitation in recommending it is that it’s priced a bit too aspirationally. Still, going in knowing that, no regrets and would go again when a craving hits. Plenty of parking and seating. Easy place to meet friends.

First of let me say i love razzoos but tonight was not great. Our gator punch was filled with orange juice. I did not taste any alcohol as usual. It was orange instead of red. The food was good though. The lady that seated us was a little rude bc we didn't want to sit in the corner. Our waitress was cool. We waited a super long time for the check.

My son was curious about the taste of fried alligator so she brought samples for everyone at the table. I was very hesitant thinking about what I was about to eat, but decided to try it anyway. It wasn’t bad at all and really did taste like chicken. 🙂 We ordered the Catfish Basket and Stuffed Flounder. We will visit again in the future and look forward to trying something new.

This location is pretty good, and the staff was attentive for the most part. She was super nice and friendly to my two children which I appreciated even though they were quite loud, unfortunately. The only complaints I feel like I had, were the gator was a little over cooked, and the server didn't offer to refill our drink, and just let us know it was 1.00 to refill. Also the lighting is a little dim during the night. The fries are well seasoned and savory, answer me the cocktail sauce has a little kick to it, which is nice. Despite the mashed potatoes having the skins inside, they were surprisingly smooth and flavorful too! The hush puppies were well cooked, with an addition of jalapeno pieces in it. The coconut shrimp was delicious! The price for 2 baskets, 2 drinks with 1 refill, 2 kid's meals, and one appetizer totaled a little over 77 dollars. It's a bit pricey so make sure to bring extra funds. Overall I think there's potential here for a 5 star rating!

First time ordering since M Crowd took over. I ordered crawfish etouffee, red beans n rice with extra sausage, and fried pickles via a delivery app. Portion sizes are smaller than before but all restaurants seem to be doing this. I tried to order extra garlic bread but this wasn’t an option on the menu. There was an option to separate the rice and I selected this but it got ignored or lost. Looks like they tried to add special seasoning to the ranch for the pickles but they didn’t mix it so it got stick to the lid. Food tasted pretty much the same but was hoping it would have improved.

Terrible service, overpriced terrible food, terrible atmosphere. We were sat next to a table with a child who was screaming and crying and jumping over the booth and running around the restaurant and instead of the mother getting up to get the child she yelled from across the restaurant, which I understand is not the restaurant’s fault but they could’ve sat us anywhere else) I ordered a $20 fish and shrimp platter and got 10-15 French fries 4 tiny pieces of shrimp and 2 tiny pieces of fish with no lemon, not to mention it’s a fish restaurant with no malt vinegar. My fiancé’s plate looked about the same for $20. Never got napkins or silverware had to ask the host stand myself then she took her sweet time came back from the kitchen 4 times without silverware when I finally got it I was handed cocktail napkins and plastic forks. Later our server realized she didn’t bring us silverware and brought a fork and a knife. The servers were too busy hanging out in the back instead of doing their job. I’m not a Karen and I’m not old so if I felt the need to leave a review(which I never do) it had to be pretty bad. Our check came out to $56 for that. Our appetizer had more in the basket than our actual meal. Super disappointed probably won’t be back to this location.

How this location has 4.6 stars is beyond me. Everybody at our table asked to have their salad or gumbo before our meals but unfortunately they came out with our luke warm food and completely forgot someone’s order. Everybody who ordered the catfish said it was not good and did not finish their meals. The jumbo shrimp I ordered were not jumbo and everything as I stated before was barely warm. The atmosphere was bad because someone had literally pooped there pants in the restaurant which is not the restaurants fault but at the same time probably should’ve nicely asked the man to leave or get his meal to go since that is extremely unsanitary for a restaurant. Instead of removing the chair they just sat another family in the same spot. I assume the chair was wiped off but I did not see it. Either way that is absolutely disgusting. We all thought there was a sewer leak or something in the building until the man walked out and the smell got even worse but eventually went away. Not to mention adding an 18% gratuity when everybody got separate checks is weird. Will not be back. Correction: I was informed that the chair was removed from the table which is good but still a bad experience all around. Response to Owner: Absolutely not.
