We ordered delivery from UberEats. My wife can’t tolerate gluten. She was so excited to see a gluten-free margarita pizza. She loved it.
Friendly family owned - neighborhood restaurant. Always an excellent meal. Everything is fresh. Excellent pasta dishes. They know how to make excellent sauces. If you like it a little spicy try their chicken cappuccino. BYOB.
We ended up here after a misadventure led us to McKinney and we were starving. I ordered a pizza and my husband got baked tortellini, both were AMAZING. Service was quick and friendly as well. Will definitely return should we be in the area again.
The food taste really good. My husband and I ate there for first time. He had the Salmon and I had a personal pizza with a salad.
This place is great. Our server Mallory was fantastic and was really great with our 3 year old who loves to ask question. Service was a bit slow but in these times I don't mind because the food was fantastic! Will definitely be going again when we get a chance.
We had the spaghetti with meat sauce. Very good. The salad is extra and really kinda of pitiful. Iceberg and a slice of tomato. Only two kinds of dressing and I am not a fan of tomato based Italian dressing. Had the ranch. Bread was excellent but it was served after I had finished my salad. Service was very good.
I am Italian, so I look for places other than chain pizza places or Olive Garden (trash) when I am traveling. The pizza was great, and so was our sampler platter. They also bake their own bread, which is fantastic and unique. The mini cannolis are delicious too. You also can bring your own beer, which had I have known, I would have, and I would have shared em' with anyone that wanted one. If you're impatient, uncultured, uneducated, etc. like others who leave malicious reviews for this place, go eat at Olive Garden with your kind... Also, Liv is a sweetheart, true Texas, a great server with an actual smile on her face. Eat here if you like authentic, good Italian food and want great service!
In one word - Outstanding! We loved it all. The atmosphere, the staff, the prices, the food - oh my - the food!! The bread was hot and fresh and came with real butter! I had the eggplant with spinach and my husband had a half order (definitely NOT small!) of chicken alfredo. Again it was hot and fresh and so delicious we can't wait to go back. I can't believe we've lived out here for two years passing this gold mine by with a vague thought of trying it one day. Well after our friends raved about it, we knew we had to try it. So try it we did and we aren't looking back!
My husband and I enjoy this hidden gem. The peppers and sausage are highly recommended. Chicken parm is my go to. The home made bread is addictive with a side of goop, a delicious mix of spices, garlic and olive oil. The staff is mostly made up of family and friend. The owner is great to talk to and always on had to help answer questions. Highly recommended mom and pop casual dining with great eats.
This is my new favorite place. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Seriously the best Italian I've had in DFW, especially at the price point. The owner is also super friendly and the servers were attentive. I can't recommend it enough.
Our Family has been eating at Sicily's Restaurant for over 20 years and we keep going back when we want good Italian food and a friendly atmosphere. We are never disappointed. We love taking family and friends to share a good meal which offers many choices and excellent specials. Give it a try. You will feel welcome and leave satisfied. Lucky & Elaine
How do I say this? Delicious pizza! I’ve been ISO a delicious, Italian-quality cheese pizza that satisfies my old husband, our teen, our toddler, and my 33-year-old-ish self and THIS takes the front seat! Just in town for the week and we ate here twice! Thanks, Sicily’s Pizza and Pasta!
The absolute best Italian food. The ingredients where fresh. The sauces made from scratch. I had the chicken Parmigian. The chicken was cooked and breaded to perfection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our waitress who's initials where E.K was very sweet and attentive. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely be back.
My family has eaten here many times. The food is a 5 star pizzeria quality food. nise
My family and I had a great dinner out. The fried ravioli was awesome and the food is all made fresh. The owner came out to our table and spoke with us to see how out meals were. The owner Eddie was an awesome guy we stayed talking with him an extra 20mins. The whole experience was good and I would recommend Sicily's Pizza & Pasta for authentic Italian food.
A local staple. Sicily's is the best Italian restaurant in town, and they also have the best prices. I always get the manicotti. I have tried this dish at other, more expensive places, and none of them do it as good as Sicily's! They also have free bread, which is crunchy and delicious. They have pizza by the slice, which is also pretty good, especially if you have picky eaters!
Great food. Great prices. What makes this place special is you feel like family there. Eddie, the owner, will always stop by your table to check on you and see how you are doing. Never had a bad meal only great ones. Love the Sicily's Salad with Chicken.
2024 Black Friday Lunch was amazing!! Eggplant Parmesan came out Hot and Delicious, every bite was perfection, with lofty warm fresh bread and salad with house dressing!! 2023 We went for Saturday dinner and had a wonderful meal!! We ordered The Sicily's Salad for two and it has fresh sliced mushrooms, black olives, lettuce, tomato wedges, and lots of fresh shredded mozzarella cheese, of course with the house red tomato vinaigrette. We both ordered the lasagna and it was delicious, the sauce was superb with a nice layer of cheese on top. The Owner visited our table and we talked about the sauce which is a Labor of Love, thick, flavorful and rich from the extended cooking process. BYOB: we brought our own Italian Red Wine, from Italy. I Love that this restaurant is still a great place for 20+ years, That Matters!!
One of the BEAT Italian places near us. Family oriented business.
Second time we stopped for lunch. Always friendly prompt service. We ordered Spaghetti and Baked Ziti plus took a Pizza to go. Each time we enjoyed our food and quality was consistent with previous visit. Definitely a good spot for tasty Italian food for reasonable prices. We will be back!
I had dinner with the kids and it was absolutely delicious. The rolls were huge and so good. The kids asked to eat here the next time we came to town.
Prepare to ask for a to-go box. Large portions. However, it's quality AND quantity here. The food is really excellent, in addition to being voluminous. Watch out for the fresh-cooked bread rolls. They're planetary in size. Don't fill up on 'em before you get your main meal.
First time of many returns. Food was very good: I ordered the Chicken Cappuccino and it was awesome. The garlic rolls were huge, the Alfredo was good (not normally a fan white sauces), and the pizza was NY style large greasy slices (which we love)! Our server was awesome - she even owned an error made. Prices were reasonable since the portions were large! This will be our go to Italian place locally!
We decided to have dinner at Sicily’s (McKinney) during the week. Parking lot was very full. Nice young lady sat us and apologized in advance for the wait due to being short-handed. We were observing these 3 young ladies working their tails off with grace. We didn’t experience any delays. Food was delicious! Service was top notch. Cameron was in charge that night and I have to say, she and the others were amazing. I found out they were younger than we thought, so they deserve even more compliments. Highly recommend. Portions are HUGE and prices are very reasonable.
Love their gluten-free pizza. I can not have tomato sauce, so they do an olive oil base. My husband loves their ravioli, and they bake fresh rolls daily. They have byob, which is a great savings.
Honestly one of my favorite finds so far!! Sicily's is a simple little Italian hole in wall, very cosy interior that reminded me of childhood pizza joints. The staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented, and the food... I was amazed!! HIGHLY recommend the pink sauce. I will definitely be coming here again in the near future!!
Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing owner overall just amazing experience at this place
First time trying and it was good we would be coming back for more.
We LOVE this restaurant!! They have the best gluten free dishes! This 3 generation family restaurant was the 1st in McKinney! Love the redecorating!
The quantity and quality of food is great. Friendly staff and yummy food. There's a reason this place has been around for as long as they have. On this visit, we dined in and enjoyed the chicken parm with pink sauce and the Stromboli. Looking forward to ordering a pizza for takeout next time.
I’ve been coming here with my family since i was a kid! We’ve brought all our family friends! The cooks are amazing and very friendly, the star of the show is the chicken cappuccino
I am from NY, been here almost a year, I’ve been looking for a good pizza and I have failed miserably until tonight when I stumbled on Sicily’s pizza. It’s instantly brought me back to NY. The crust, the sauce, the cook👌👌👌👌If you want a good pizza, definitely try them out. The price is on point. I’ve been trying every pizza place in a 50 mile radius, not one compares to Sicily’s
Received a recommendation to visit a little ol' hole-in-the-wall Itallian restaurant. The host had some chops and the servers had great attitudes. Our server, Clara, aka Clara-bell, has been on the job for 2 weeks and had her menu down. Upgrade to the Sicily's salad. The rolls are literally loaves and the baked ziti had the perfect amount of ricotta cheese.
Great food, generous portions. The owner stopped by to check on us, waitress was always there for a refill or to bring more of that amazing bread. Love love love this place, if you want authentic Italian this is the place to go.
Great service and non greasy pizza! Seating was perfect, BYOD wine bottle was nice.
We really enjoyed Sicily’s. The food was excellent, the atmosphere is cozy, the staff were friendly and we had great service. This will definitely be a regular place for us and a place we will be bringing out of town guests!
Family had eaten here before and we're going to be disappointed if we didn't go (live 2.5 hours away and in town for a family event). I see why they wanted to go food and service was excellent. Will be going again when in the area.
Ms Ava is super nice and welcoming! Food was; chicken Marco Polo ,delicious and portion was great! I highly recommend the restaurant in McKinney tx. I plan to visit soon with my family!
Looked all over for great Italian food. Finally found it. Great prices. I am originally from NY. Their sauce is wonderful!
Been coming here for many years. The best homemade Italian restaurant in McKinney. Delicious lasagna, chicken Alfredo, pizza, you name it. Love the BYOB.
This place exceeded expectations. I like to order eggplant parmesan, but I did the chicken parmesan with pink sauce. I ate everything! Can't get enough of the pink sauce. Husband got the sausage hot sub. Loved it. He's Sicilian, so he knows his food. This place is a gem. They've been around since the 90's, so you know they're good. Clara is awesome. Greeted us at the door, asked our seating preference and got drinks and bread right away. Every step of the process, Clara was great. Asking how we liked the food, checking for refills, etc. No photo of the tiramisu, we ate that so fast, by the time I remembered we needed to get a photo we were on the last bite.
We all had different dishes, however everything was delicious. I had the lasagna and it was fantastic! Very friendly staff, especially the hostess. I'm from Colorado but when I'm back in Dallas I'll definitely be back!
Been eating here for 25+ years, my daughter even worked here a while. But Ive never really thought it was excellent food. Kind of bland, really. A few months ago was disappointing. Tonight was a little different. Looks like new items in the menu, and they have some spicy options now(more than just the chicken cappuccino). I was impressed, and I really hope it stays at this level of food quality going forward. Sicily's is kind of a McKinney institution, and I'm glad to see they have improved! Oh, the pizza my grandson got looked really good tonight, but I didn't have room to try it out after I ate mine up!
We just had lunch with our family and some friends and this restaurant is awesome. The food was amazing and the servers were great!! I had the chicken Sabino and it was so good, there was a pink vodka sauce to dip the bread and it was to die for. I will be bringing my friends asap to share this amazing find!
One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Texas, hands down! My boyfriend's parents live in McKinney and we go here every time we visit, every chance we get. We order the Chicken Parmesan with the penne pasta, and it's our most favorite chicken parm. No other restaurant has mastered it to be this good, as Sicily has. The garlic rolls are HUGE and they're served with delicious marinara. I also get the tossed side salad served with a scrumptious dressing and I always get a bottle of this dressing to go. Eddie and crew are amazing and have some of the best service I've ever come across. Furthermore, it's BYOB so we bring our favorite reds, and enjoy a glass of wine. Cheers!
Hidden jem! My family and I had our first visit today for lunch and it was delicious! My kids loved the pizza and rolls, my baked cheese ravioli was very tasty and my husband had the deep dish pizza (which we then all had for dinner because there was sooo much left!) 4 stars only because the "salad" that comes with your pasta is just chopped up iceberg lettuce and a single wedge of tomato. Good size portions, amazing service, decent prices and delicious food. We will definitely go back.
Dropped by last week for a late lunch. The food is always amazing and portions are generous enough to take leftovers home. I don't know what they put in the marinara, but it is the best I've had; even better than my homemade. Service is usually spot on without your server hovering.
My mother and I have enjoyed the pizza here since I was a young girl. We recently visited to see if it was as good as we remembered. The pizza was excellent but the Chicken Piccata dish I ordered was not. The chicken tasted like deli turkey almost like the way microwaved leftover turkey dinner tastes and the noodles were very bland, plus there were no capers either. When we complained to the staff, the server was very accommodating but the manager/owner? was not so much. He seemed offended more then accomadating and also we were charged for Bread when it was just brought to the table. We thought it just came out, or we wouldn't have even wanted it. I have been in the service industry for over 15 years so I expected more from the leadership there to put the customers 1st. I wanted to give 5 stars, but after leaving it did leave me feeling a little disappointed.
A great place to visit - it was busy when we went, but we got a table after a short wait and we had a nice dinner. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. My Stromboli wasn't quite what I expected, but my wife and son's dinner was fantastic - I may not have Stromboli again there, but it isn't my favorite anyway... next time I'll get the lasagna, it was very good! We'll surely be back again.
I ate at Sicily’s for the first time at lunch today. The food was delicious. I ordered the Stromboli, which was enough for two meals (although I did eat all of it!). The service was fantastic. Both the owner and our server, Amelia, took great care to make sure we were satisfied. I’ll definitely go back!!
The atmosphere rating could range from 3 to 5 depending on what kind of place you like. It's a neighborhood Italian place. You won't see any sommeliers, in fact it's BYOB. Pro-tip: if you forget, there's a WinCo right across the street and they sell wine. Sicily's has some corkscrews you can borrow. What you will find is staff that is largely composed of local high school students for the wait staff, and more experienced folks doing the actual cooking. That combination of well-made Italian-American classics and enthusiastic service from smiling young men and women makes this whole thing click. The management obviously makes it very clear that customer service is paramount, because you will get a lot of smiles and attentive service. The food is good, high quality American style Italian favorites - lasagna, pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken Marsala/piccata/parmesean, and others in that vein. I'm always happy with the quality of the food and the price point is very reasonable.
Went just after lunch time on Tuesday. Hardly anyone in there! Food was great - we had a large pizza half n half. The bread they brought first was amazing. TONS of cheese on the pizza. Only complaint I have is the spinach on the pizza was canned. Would have been perfect if it was fresh!
Not the absolute best pizza I've ever had but it was pretty good. Their prices are great compared to some of the other franchise and SBO pizzerias. I would eat there again for sure.
Good food, good service, good people and good value. Yum.
We had pizza and it was fair. Loved the bread and portion amounts but when I asked for Italian sausage, I didn't expect rolled cut sausage that looked similar to pepperoni. I will definitely try this restaurant again and adjust the rating if the food is better. Our friends had items from the menu that looked good.
I have eaten here many times over the last 14 years. On this particular occasion I was dismayed. I tried to call in an order a few times but no answer. I assumed it was due to being a Friday night. When I arrived it did not seem so busy maybe less than half full. I placed an order to go and sat down across from cashier. I over heard them saying to go orders were very heavy, yet I never heard the phone ring once. I noticed a bag placed on pass thru and thought it might be my order. I observed wait staff chit chatting and being on phones. After several minutes I observed the lady who took my order look at the slips in front of her, she then turned to the pass thru and looked at the bag, sure enough it was mine. After sitting there I had to heat it back up. Somewhat disappointing though even reheating the food was ok. Seems like they need better leadership or guidance, might explain why the mMexican place behind them was packed .
It's a simple and local owned Italian restaurant. It's very quiet and not very busy so that's nice compared to a better known chain restaurant in the area. The service is friendly and the food comes out within a decent amount of time. Their menu is manageable so if you like pasta or Italian food, you may find something you like on their menu.
We ordered ahead but hadn't paid yet. When I came in to pick up my order after a very long day of traveling, they left my food out on the rack. When I said I was there for my order, they said it was on the rack. Someone from the back asked if it was paid for? The server asked me ( it seems like they should have known the answer), and I said no. They kept me waiting another 7 minutes. They put together 2 other orders, cleaned off a table, disappeared into the kitchen, and then came to ring me out. By the time I got out the door, the pizza was luke warm at best. We shouldn't have had to get home, preheat a pizza stone to reheat our food. It kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out don't ya think? They need to be more organized.
The food was okay, my family seemed to enjoy it. I did enjoy the bread; however, I didn't enjoy the menu. How can an Italian Restaurant say they're authentic and not have veal on the menu? The 3 hardest things to find: 1. Is the restaurant really authentic? 2. Do they even have a veal dish on the menu? 3. If veal is on the menu is it cooked properly? Chicken with red sauce and a lot of cheese doesn't make an authentic dish. Also the bread was very good, but offer garlic oil or marinara sauce with it, that would be much better.
Called in curbside order. Made it to the restaurant, called number on sign for curbside. Girl on the phone said she would be out in about 5 to take payment and bring pizza (one 12 inch pizza) waited 25 minutes and no one came out. Had to go inside to get order. No acknowledgment of no one coming out to deliver said curbside order. Inside was not busy, maybe 3 tables. Just disappointed.
The service was great and fast, and not overly priced. It was cooked perfectly, but everything we ordered was very bland. I tried a slice of pizza, the chicken fettuccine alfredo, the lasagna, the garlic knots, and some meatballs. I love the vibe, and the staff are really friendly, but I really wanted some kind of herbs and spices, flavor. Really wish I could rate this one higher
Spent over 30 dollars for 3 Tiramisu and they were completely frozen. So disappointed. Will definitely not order this again.
So Googlers, I know now that I live in the country, Princeton, that I would stop reviewing. Wrong! So my favorite food is Italian. So when I read that Sicily's Pizza & Pasta is where the, 'Real Italianians go' I had to. Sorry to say, 'molto deluso'. The appetizer, the Home Bread, was recommended by our friendly waitress. Soggy tomatoes on some sort of bread with sliced white cheese. Molto Deluso! I ordered the Eggplant w/ Italian sausage and my wife the Chicken Alfredo. My dish was passable. But my wife's Alfredo was watery. I've tasted better alfredo and red sauce out of a jar on aisle 6 at Kroger. And that's the main problem here. The food lacked flavor, color and imagination. My wife commented the her Alfredo was just boring white. Peas, scallions, hell parsley! I know a ton of people go here and that it's a McKinney institution. Maybe it's the pizza? We will try that on the next visit, cause everyone deserves a second chance.
I was really craving a Sicilian pizza after not having one in so long. So, I gave this restaurant a try. Their deep dish pie didn't really taste authentic. It was very bready. More like a fake Sicilian. The restaurant itself is not in the greatest location, and the girl that I collected the takeout order from was nicer on the phone than in person (robotic and wouldn't give any eye contact).
My family has been going to Sicily's for probably 20 years. Lately the sauce that is being used for spaghetti, baked ziti and other dishes requiring sauce is very different than it used to be. When the parents were running this restaurant, the sauce was so good you just couldn't get enough. The last 3 times we have eaten there (3 times because we forget the sauce tastes bad) I can only take a few bites before the taste of the sauce sickens me. Too bad because we ate here at least once a week. We can't return because the sauce is just so horrible now, it tastes like canned sauce. We now drive all the way to Celina to eat at an Italian Restaurant that is very reminiscent of Sicily's before the bad sauce.
Not a good first experience. Ordered the chicken parmesan w/ pink sauce. Chicken tasted like it was old and it was tuff to cut. Spaghetti was overcooked and sauce was very bland. Definitely not recommending. Told staff about chicken tasting old and all I got was a sorry. smh.... Also sounded like cook was more interested in flirting with staff than caring about quality of food. Very disappointing.
We have eaten here for more than 15 years and always enjoyed it. Last night I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was basically warm milk with noodles. Very runny and flavorless. Despite talking to 3 people, nothing was done. The order also rang up a dollar more than what was posted on the menu and the clerk refused to adjust it. I'm sorry to say it will definitely be a long time before I ever try again. I understand an off night but refusal to accommodate inadequacy is unacceptable.
Really wanted to like this place due to the good reviews but was disappointed sadly. We love to give our money to small businesses but this place did not hit it out of the ball park. No taste in the shrimp alfredo and the sausage was forgotten in hubby's ziti had to ask for it tasted like it came out of microwave. Only good thing is portions bigger then olive garden. Won't be coming back . Coffee was made in a cheap little coffee maker. I make better coffee at home :(
I would never eat here again, but the service was good but the food was just tasteless and the bread appetizer was just so bland.
We were hoping for much better food based on their website, but I can’t tell you how disgusted we were. The rolls had no flavor and were cold in the center. My husband’s soda was not right. They needed to replace the flavor I think. The only thing fresh about his pizza was the mushrooms, which surprisingly were not canned. The crust was soggy, and clearly a frozen product. Worst of all on the pizza, they used breakfast sausage instead of Italian sausage. In fact, if you want Italian sausage on your ITALIAN PIZZA, you get to pay extra! My pasta dish was bland. The pasta was not homemade as they claim, and the artichokes were canned. We both feel sick tonight after eating and will not be returning. Oh, and we paid $50 for all that. Not worth it.
NEVER order here during dinner rush and NEVER do delivery! They just threw everything into the bag, it was leaking. I ordered their lasagna, no ricotta, with side meatballs, mushrooms and marinara they served the lasagna with ricotta (and I'm allergic to ricotta) I expected there to be an individual container for the meatballs, but nope, they threw it into the container with my lasagna, they also threw that piece of bread into the bag without any container, had to get my own bowl to set it up how I wanted it, the bread was cold and soggy. Overall flavor is just eh, I've worked in Italian food restaurants for two years now and I'm disappointed. I decided to eat the meatballs and not risk it with the lasagna, I am getting an allergic reaction in my throat already. If you got allergies, please be careful, they should've just called me to change my order, but they didn't put the ingredients on their website or any others. I know when it's dinner time, it's difficult, but you must prioritize what the customer wants/needs and put thought and care into the orders. Even if you're going slower than usual, you're making sure the order is correct, it saves more time and more money if you don't mess up. Period.
My son and I went for an early dinner. He had the cheese tortellini and I had the chicken Alfredo. My dish was flavorless and the chicken was overcooked and tough. My son's dish was way overcooked and his pasta was mush. The pink sauce was also flavorless. We were the only table for most of our meal and my water glass went empty without our waitress ever checking on us. It is sad that the best part of the meal was the bread and water. I had takeout several months ago and it was also bad. I will not be giving this restaurant another chance.
The year was around 2016. When my friend had cancer and just got out of the hospital, after having part of her body amputated. She couldn't get out of bed after having a chunk of her body cut out and her 3 children were hungry. I called in an order to Sicily's McKinney TX. I had been at least 20+ times and had spoken with the owner in friendly passing. I went to get the food and explained the situation to the owner. I asked if he could donate the food or give a discount under the circumstances, which I did fully explain. "NOOOO!!!" then he stormed off. I paid for 100% the food and got the opportunity to be a blessing to someone in need. I'll NEVER set foot in this establishment after being responded to with such abrasiveness. UPDATE** A friend went in and asked him about that event. He knew nothing of it. Isn't that strange...... He then began giving food in front of said friend. Maybe he learned his lesson or maybe it's all part of the show.... Look good now because word got around. Pathetic! As for my friend that was fighting cancer. SHE BEAT IT!!!
Ordered from Ubereats. Alfredo Pasta was possibly the worst I've ever had in my life. Tastes only like butter. Bread was hard & the Cannoli tasted like weak cream cheese in 3 day old bread. Cheesecake was OK but overpriced.
The appetizer was good, fried ravioli. The bread was homemade and fantastic. However the entree was swimming in runny spaghetti sauce. It was like a soup they used so much cheese. It made it really unappetizing. The pasta was so soft it would just fall apart. I couldn't even take more than three bites. Lasagna soup. Staff was nice. I won't be back
Had a party come in to try this place out. Was our first time. We ordered different pizzas and different pasta entrees. Everyone that had pasta did not like it one but and no one could finish what they ordered. People who ordered pizza were split on liking and not liking. Waitress did a decent job. Will not be back and would not recommend.
Undoubtedly the worst experience we’ve had. The waitresses were great but the food and owner/manager was not even subpar. He was argumentative and did not care if you were you unhappy about the food at all. The wait time for the order was way out of normal wait times. When my order came out it was incorrect so I ordered a salad instead because I didn’t want to wait for the entree again. Everyone had completed their meal before the salad came out. The chicken in the salad was so tough I couldn’t eat it. The lettuce was good but very little of that. We wondered why there was more pickup orders than people dining and we know why now…service takes waaaaay to long. Will not try it for a second time if it were free.
Well I guess you get what you pay for. We ordered and picked up lobster ravioli and bread and goop, (olive oil parm cheese and other seasonings) , the bread was cold and hard and the lobster ravioli was mealy and fishy; also not very warm. We could have went somewhere else, but the good news we didn't over eat. Never again!!!
We have been here 3-4 times and it’s been so so, last time they gave us fresh bread and butter, we didn’t even ask, this time the salad was small with 1 tomato slice, we asked and were told thats what they are told to put on it and that other people don’t like tomatoes! The owner came by we told him and he said we could have asked for more! Really? Then why didn’t our server tell us? And I asked about the bread and he said we could have ordered it! When I go out to eat, I don’t want excuses! Never going back!
My wife and I have newborn twins and decided to try this place because of the great reviews via uber eats. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and tried them again and unfortunately it was the same results. Food was tolerable but not good. Fried zucchini was soggy and overcooked. Im not even sure what was going on with my lasagna but it was a sloppy mess. Wife got chicken parmigiana and it just wasn't good. We aren't picky eaters but know a good meal. Maybe its better inside but we won't be giving them a 3rd opportunity to disappoint us. Id rather eat Olive Garden..
Ordered from here and didn't receive items in the order they pretty much would not do anything to help make the wrong right. No refund said they were closing and that they could do anything to help us. That if we wanted a refund we had to contact Uber eats. The food may be good but the staff are useless. Not the 1st time this has happened
My family and I came into your restaurant this weekend. We were so excited because the food is amazing. We’ve been coming there for 10+ years. My daughter and brother’s girlfriend got food poisoning
I ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza, which I would not order again. The crust was okay a bit too soft & soggy. Cheese was overpowering & had a weird buttery taste.. the marinara was OK. I think the “garlic rolls” were most disappointing. You get a mountain of cold bread with no garlic flavor what so ever. Marinara for the “garlic rolls” was tasty. It’s messy when you walk in & a mess behind the register which made me question the kitchen’s condition. The dining area was clean though.
