Thought I was missing an item so I circled back to check. They let me know I was crazy but were so nice about it. They started preparing of what I thought I was missing as I was coming to the window so once I pulled up they insisted I could have them. It all came out great and I really appreciated the courtesy and the free food! Thank yall!
I rarely leave reviews for fast food chains, but the service and professionalism I received tonight from their staff was above and beyond my expectations. My husband picked up our online order through the drive through. When he got home we realized my food was missing. I’m pregnant and have been craving this food all day. So I called and let them know we had two items out of twelve that were missing. Immediately the gentleman who answered said to have my husband come back and he would have the entire order remade so that all of our food was hot and we could eat together. I genuinely was overwhelmed by his kindness as all I expected was the few missing items that were missing but I felt that it was so thoughtful to remake everything keeping in mind that the rest of the food would get cold in the meantime. We love this location and their staff!
I just spent $62 on food via Door Dash and didn't get all the food I paid for. Not the Dasher's fault since it wasn't in my bags. I've had this issue a lot with this location. The food always tastes good, but it's literally thrown together and looks like it. Items are always missing and when addressed, there is no apology given only attitude. They need more training or a Hands-On Manager. Either way, this location sucks.
The people were friendly, but... When I got home. I discoved the quesdilla was missing. Also I had ordered a Supreme taco, which they added the sour cream, but did not put the tomatoes on it. The food quality for the items I did receive was on par for a Taco bell, can't complain there. I do however, highely reccomend, if you get take away, triple check your order to make sure you got everything and that it was made correctly.
Shocked to find a nice clean new Taco Bell in the little town of Melissa had horrible customer service and totally destroyed our order. We sat with six other cars in the parking lot after we went through the drive-through to get our food. Then my pizza was smashed or tacos were missing sour cream, even though they were Supremes and we were missing our cinnamon to us so I had to go back in the car after we checked our food and get the cinnamon twist after we got plenty of attitude from the Young females working there. Who clearly didn’t have parents that taught them manners. I hope the manager gets this straightened out with some new employees because these girls should not be in customer service. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the food wasn’t horrible, but I would rather go to the other taco spot next to Buccees, even though I prefer Taco Bell. ***Owner/Manager take this review seriously before your business flies down the drain because of the people you hired.
Never again! Spent almost $30 for loaded fries & 7 what was supposed to be supreme doritos tacos (which is not what I received 😑). On top of that the tacos barely had a scoop of meat in them. Basically a taco shell with a bunch of lettuce. Waste of money. The employees were kind though. I won't be returning.
we came here cause we were having issues with the Central Parkway location. on the receipt we clearly put no beans, no beef- seems this location and the others in the surrounding area can't follow simple order instructions we will heavily consider not going to any surrounding taco bell locations if neither this location nor the Central Park location can get it right. the ticket and app both say the same thing- if you're out of something it's better to ask than assume someone is just gonna be okay with how it's originally made- cause we are not okay with this. this kind of mistake happens way too often to be ignored. Edit: 3/4/2025// this location has been more than disappointing and unsatisfactory on multiple occasions. At 1 hour to close an online order was allowed to be placed, however when finally getting someone to answer the window the store is "short staffed and closed, you will have to get a refund on the app". Maybe instead of being ignored at the speaker and at the window, the online ordering should be disabled from within the store. That is what the 404 N Central Expy location chose to do. Lived in the area since 2021 and this is no question the absolute worst location on Earth, with management incapable of hiring competently, and staff incapable or unwilling to work competently. Our experience is always a disappointment and we will never return to such a waste of time, brick and mortar. New management advised, new hires absolutely needed.
Needed a quick easy meal for the family last night. No luck. Rolled up to the drive thru of our local Taco Bell in Melissa, TX and started to order but was quickly interupted with "before you order you need to know that your order will take at least 30 minutes". Suprised but not deterred (hungry...) we started to place our order again but was again interupted with "you do understand this order will take at least 30 minutes (there were 2 cars in front of us and only a few people inside). We said you must be really busy and they replied "we are slammed"! We said we will wait, can we go ahead and place an order. We did have a fairly large order as we were trying to feed 6 adults. We started the order with our usual taco party pack. Interupted again, "If you are going to order a party pack (12 crunchy tacos) that will be (pause..., talking in the back ground) probably an hour at least an hour", an hour I said? 2nd person shouted in the back "Sir we are trying to get orders out as quickly as we can." First ever negative review of anything... We have been loyal patrons of Taco Bell since we were kids (we are in our early 60's). Disapointing to see what it has become. Ended up with a satisfying meal from Taco Casa.
Add coupon for free medium drink but they give me a small that wasn’t even full instead, didn’t get the opportunity to correct the order because they just shut the door on my face. The employees are the laziest I’ve seen here.
This had to be the worst food there is. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to taco bell. Broken taco. Soggy bottom. Crispy top. Shell was not fresh. Meet fell through the bottom. Want a mess. Ordering from kiosk was stupid and difficult. The fries were cold and aweful. What a waste of money and time.
If I could give it a 0 star I would. Took 45 minutes for 3 cars to go through the drive through. Got my very very simple order wrong, the girl working the windows was extremely rude, didn't catch a name, she wasn't wearing a name badge. Seemed to be nobody working at all, where's the manager? Where's the workers? Could not have been a worst experience. I couldn't even turn around to leave prior to ordering because the drive through is too narrow.
At first I would like to thank the “Taco Bell” for having such great and rude staff. We called this place yesterday around “11.45pm”. As we are vegetarians for a few days we asked one of the staff member(lady) a very quick question over the phone regarding cheese quesadillas. The question is “ do you guys cut the cheese quesadillas with knife that will not be used to cut the chicken. That’s it the call went to silent call and later immediately disconnected by her and never picked our calls later as we tried many times. The Lady(staff) did continuously disconnected our calls atleast for 4-5 times. Very rude and disrespectful. Never knew that the staff will behave like this to customers. That’s why I would like to Thank “Taco Bell” for having such great staff teaching them to behave like this to customers. The lady staff member do not have patience to answer for a quick question. Anyways I will never 👎 visit this place and we will not order any food from this place. I will never recommend this place to vegetarians. 👎👎👎👎👎
I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. Went and asked for a diet baha blast and was handed a cup of soda water with no color. When I asked the employee why they gave it to me, they swore up and down that it was correct and refused to change it. I could honestly tell that he was possibly under the influence. Extremely disappointed in this establishment. Moved to Melissa because of the atmosphere and loveliness of the city and this one place brings it down!! Definitely would urge for a new team of employees or management as a whole.
Out of every Taco Bell I have visited, from the East Coast to the West Coast, From the North to the South, Taco Bell in Melissa, Texas is the WORST I have ever experienced. How can you mess up basically 5 ingredients so bad? I ordered 2 double Decker tacos, 2 five layer burritos and 4 bean burritos through the app. When I get the drive thru order home I get to play mystery burrito. All of the burritos were wrapped in the same wrapper style. So I get to dissect each burrito to see what is what. I finally start eating, beginning with the tacos. There was absolutely no flavor to the beef / meat. It was like they watered it down, it was nasty. All of the mystery burritos were very small considering what is usually fulfilled by any other Taco Bell in the country. Again, very bland and watered down. I will spend a few dollars more next time and go pick up authentic Mexican from somewhere else around. Taco Bell in Melissa, Texas 👎🏻👎🏻
Chris C was working tonight/this morning. Order was placed around 12:30am. He was extremely rude while placing my order. I wasn’t greeted at the window..he never said thank you or anything…just put my items out through the window. Customer service was extremely poor. Food was good though
Drive thru and overall customer service is garbage. I understand working in food service sucks, been there done that, but customer service is a marketable skill that you need to learn for most jobs. If I pull up and your only sentence to me is for me to pull up to the front, you're failing at your job. This establishment needs some serious training overhaul.
Very disappointed in this establishment. Constant technical difficulties, poor service and the WORST food I have ever received from any place ever. I usually never leave reviews, but this place is so bad I had to speak my mind. Please take a look at my Cantina Chicken Crispy Tacos from tonight. Owner should just shut down and start from scratch.
*WARNING* LOCATION LIKELY FOOD TAMPERING ***potential health hazard*** went here about 20 minutes ago on 7/7/24 and would give zero stars if possible. my taco was soaking wet. i believe this was a retaliation from the employee as i had to repeat my order several times and she was frustrated with my request to change a beef taco to chicken. i believe the wetness on the taco was likely spit or some type of disgusting response (maybe could even be chemicals? or thin soap?) from the young female employee working this evening at the drive thru. her employment should be reconsidered due to this disrespectful and downright unacceptable behavior of tampering with food. i believe this also explains why our order took so long as well, the employee was too busy tampering with it to get it out in a timely manner. this is filthy behavior. this restaurant refuses to answer the phone and did not give receipt for my order but i do have the charge on my card. also this location will redirect every car to park. this is a waste and causes confusion and order mixups, my order was almost given to TWO other people. this location needs SERIOUS HELP. you can see in the image below just how WET the taco is which is DISGUSTING. to the employee, if you don’t like customer service don’t get a customer service job. there is no need for that behavior whatsoever. also the soda came out of the machine hot, which is odd and further points to the lack of anything good from this location. i have also included a screen cap of my attempts to contact the restaurant without avail.
Took awhile to get the food after ordering from drive tru. We ordered Sweet Tea, the girl said rudely, "we don't serve tea after 8pm" so we ordered lemonade. When we finally got to the window, she opens the window and says we don't have lemonade. So we get soda instead. We get our food, with no sauce, after we asked for it. No napkins in the bag. We get home and find that my crunch wrap was, well a bit not wrapped. And not toasted like it usually is. The taco shells were broken and the chapulas had no tomatoes and hardly any meat, one had sour cream in it and one didnt! Kinda disappointing with a new place.
