She made sure everything was packed neatly and correct before I left. You can tell she actually cares about the customers. It's been a while since I've experienced great customer service like this, you don't always get that level of care!

We recently grabbed takeout from BJ’s in Menifee and had Hali helping us out at the counter. We were a little unsure what to order because there were a ton of options that looked good. Hallie was super helpful and took a moment to talk us through a few favorites and her own recommendations. She made the whole decision process a lot easier. Everything was ready on time, packed up nicely, and we left feeling pretty happy with what we got. Definitely a nice, easy takeout experience thanks to Hali!

My family and I had such a great dinner at BJ’s, and our server Ben made the experience even better! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He struck the perfect balance between being personable and efficient — our drinks were always refilled, food came out just right, and he made sure everyone at the table felt taken care of. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. It’s rare to find service this good these days, and Ben absolutely deserves recognition for it. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Ben again!

Had an amazing experience at BJ’s with my family! Our server, Ben, was truly outstanding — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food here is pretty good. We ordered the fish and chips, pizza and wings and calamari. Don't have any complaints about the food. The pizza has a really good dough that combines with a great sauce and toppings. The wings were cooked through (not rubbery). The fish and calamari had a good tasting crust and not dry. The place can get crowded because there is a nice bar to sit at and tvs for your favorite sports,so your server will be delayed just slightly. Overall a good spot for family or a sports night out.

Haven’t been at a BJ’s in several years. My first visit at this location, in Menifee. We didn’t want to wait 45 minutes for a table so we sat at the bar area and had dinner and drinks there. No problem. Happy hour drinks, not bad for $6. Like: Flat bread cal club and chipotle salmon both delicious Normally not a fan of any Chipotle type dishes, but went ahead and gave it a try. Our server/ bartender, Maria, highly recommended it. She was VERY positive the dish will be a hit. Sure enough - it was! The taste, texture and the fixings made all the difference. For almost $26 plate, another item should have been added to this dish K Dislike : Cesar salad was missing “taste” and was on skimpy side. Bartender/server Maria was friendly, engaging, and attentive. She gets an A. Keep in mind the entire bar is full. She and another co-worker were bartending Not much for crowds and sports bar atmosphere, but overall, I had a good dining experience at BJs, in Menifee…days before Christmas

The food here was not bad, we went really late, more for apps and dessert, the service was really good, she came by quickly and gave us good suggestions. The food did take longer than expected to come out, considering we ordered 2 apps and a small pizza for my kid, but that's OK, I assume the food here is made to order. Everything was pretty good, including dessert. We also ordered a couple of drinks, and honestly, everything turned out well, other than the food taking some time, I had nothing to complain about, very satisfied.

We had a great time, the food was very good! We had the poke and the fish was very fresh, the avocado was so creamy. To add to the appetizers we ordered the avocado spring rolls, they were delicious, and the calamari, my nice devoured. We all ordered our food and we all enjoyed. We seated on the patio because we had our puppy! The 4 star was for the service was on the slow side, and a few mistakes with orders.

Update March 2026: Food prep has been inconsistent for the last 6 months. Too often now when asking for a medium cooked burger it comes out well done 😂😅. Then I end up eating it anyway cause I'm hungry and I don't want to waste food. OMG it was sooooooo dry. Old review: Great service and food is consistent. The men's bathroom was a little gross the last time I visited though.

Food was great! Burger was cooked perfectly, and fries were nice and crispy. Unfortunately, our service was not great. It took forever to get the beer that was ordered, and our server was just a little bit off putting. We asked for the happy hour, which she claimed they did not offer on Fridays, only to come back 5 minutes later and say they did offer it on Fridays after all. Shouldn’t she know what her restaurant offers? She sounded sick, and also unnecessarily touched my arm a couple times while talking. On top of that, when we checked our bill before deciding on dessert, she had added the beer club to the tab, which we did not request. She removed it before we paid, but it’s weird that it was even added. Overall great food, but service that would not have me coming back any time soon.

They have a very large menu. And they have some daily specials every week & some happy hour specials in the bar. It took at least half an hour to get our food after we ordered it. The full rack of baby back ribs was a little overcooked. And the grilled vegetables that I ordered well done and soft were still hard.

We ate at the bar area for happy hour on Feb 26 for my brothers birthday. Our waitress was very passive aggressive toward us, almost angry at us for wanting to sit at the bar. She took 15 minutes to acknowledge us at all. She made us repeat our drink order 4 times each and still served us the wrong drinks! It felt very intentional, we were feeling very uncomfortable with her. The food was good though, keep in mind they arent serving alcohol at this time. I don’t think I will come back to BJS anytime soon.

The food at this site is typically good. Today was awful. I ordered a French Dip plate that came with coleslaw. The meat was very fatty with gristle. I had to spit out a mouthful into my napkin. The bread was smashed and everything was barely warm. Service is always good with happy staff and very welcoming. Maybe was just a bad day in the kitchen.

So I ordered a steakhouse salad wedge through delivery. I understand it was late (around 10:50 when I placed the order) but there was no excuse for what I received. My salad had absolutely no meat in it. Just 2 wedges of lettuce with no meat at all. To make matters worse I asked for no bleu cheese and there was still pieces in my salad. They could’ve at least asked if I wanted to sub the meat if they were out but I believe they purposefully left the steak out because they were too lazy to make more.

I work in the hospital near by. So I order food when I need to, if I don’t bring some. I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs. Sub the meatballs for chicken. They arrived on time thru DoorDash. The main part is the spaghetti, of course. But the protein, the chicken, missing. Not on the side , not mixed. Just none. I wasn’t inform they were sold out or anything. Just nothing. And then no cutleries. Should I eat with my bare hands? Good thing I work in a place where I can grab some. And the bread, none. I’ve order this quite a few times, but shheesss. PS - I’ve order before at this restaurant, but I haven’t for the past year, until I thought. Let’s try it again, I remember the food was good. But look what happens when I give them a chance a year later, the same problem. Just so you know, my other post is the same problem, also regarding the spaghetti dish. You’ll see it. It was just last year. I couldn’t post again via my other account as I’m only allowed one review , so i use my other account. One thing is for sure. “They are consistent!!!”

I ordered a medium sirloin steak, but what I got first was incredibly overcooked and dry—nowhere near medium. I let the waitress know, and to her credit, she was very understanding and put in a new order for me right away. Then, a female manager brings out the replacement steak (pictured). She simply set it on the table, said “steak,” and walked away. No apology for the first mistake, no check-in to see if this one was correct—just complete indifference. And honestly, the second steak was even worse. It looked pale and unseasoned, like a piece of boiled fish. I was shocked that a manager could see this and think it was acceptable to serve. I asked her to take the steak back and remove it from my bill, and she had the nerve to say the steak was only $7, so that’s all she’d take off. I’ve never paid only $7 for a steak—even in a combo meal—so this just added insult to injury. The waitress did what she could and was the only redeeming part of the experience, but due to the food quality and how poorly the manager handled everything, I will not be returning to this location.

I had the worst experience with my takeout order from BJ’s Restaurant in Menifee. The order took much longer than expected, and when I finally got home and checked the food, it was a huge disappointment. Parts of the order were missing and the food that was there was cold and clearly had been sitting out. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality and accuracy. Takeout should be simple—check the order, make sure everything is there, and make sure the food is fresh. Unfortunately, none of that seemed to happen. Very frustrating experience. I hope they start double-checking takeout orders before handing them to customers because this was definitely not worth it.

I came here to order a ribeye I don't know what kind of meat it was but it was definitely not a real ribeye there was no spinalis which is the best part of a rib eye on it at all kinds of crystal in this nasty and brought me a second one it was somewhat edible but the only picture I took is what was left that I couldn't eat cuz there's two grissley. Should have went to In-N-Out And they tried to charge me for both steaks!! But, in their defense they did take both of them off the ticket once I complained to a manager about that. I only paid for the one beer I had at that point.
